L’hébergement est situé dans une petite rue au calme loin du bruit de la circulation donc c’est parfait pour se reposer. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Rien du tout c’était parfait.

Well kept swimming pool, WiFi strong so no problems there, basically everything you need is there, food and drinks, just a few minutes walk to the market and many local restaurants. Comfortable beds and nice bedding, quality towels provided Nothing really apart from I wanted longer term but it was a bit pricey

La famille d'accueil est adorable et d'une gentillesse remarquable. Cet homestay est magnifiquement décoré de plantes et lampions . Il dispose de plusieurs terrasses et espaces détentes ombragées, et d'une piscine... toujours bienvenue après une journée chaude. L' homestay un peu excentré du centre ville, se trouve dans un endroit très calme, et en retrait de la circulation. La famille dispose de plusieurs vélos en libre service permettant de rallier le coeur historique de la ville en qq coups de pédales.

There is absolutely everything you need in this idyllic setting, with impeccable daily maintenance. Nothing is left to chance, everything is thoughtfully designed for travelers: bicycles available to borrow, a beautiful swimming pool, fresh drinking water, delicious breakfasts, a very functional room & assistance with booking drivers… You won’t lack anything here. You’ll even want to stay longer. Many thanks to the wonderful and caring managers, as well as to the receptionist who speaks excellent English, friendly and very responsive.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The owner and staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. I had an issue with payment and they were very understanding and flexible, allowing me to settle it later without any stress. They also helped with everything I needed, including tours and recommendations The relaxation areas didn’t feel very comfortable for actually unwinding. Although the place looks nice, I missed having more comfortable spaces to truly relax and rest during my stay.

The spot is in a perfect location, near many great local and western styled cafes, near to amazing rice fields and only 10-15 minutes bike ride from old town and beach and they have a drinks cafe so it made it convenient to pop in and have a salted coffee on thoae hot days.. Vélos gratuits pour explorer les environs (tra que village végétal par exemple). Proche d'un night market. La fille des proprios est arrangeante et s'occupe de réserver des excursions ou trouver des bus à de bons prix. La piscine et l'espace jardin est superbe et très agréable.

La familia me ha tratado como si fuera una más todos han sido encantadores siempre con una sonrisa en la cara dispuestos a ayudarte. Puedes usar las bicicletas o alquilar una moto. En lugares realmente bonito está todo muy limpio. El desayuno es delicioso tienes una gran variedad de cosas para elegir y es muy abundante. Yo solía tomar tortilla, pan y fruta y una delicia! - hao (4/5): - The staff were very friendly. The hotel provides free bicycles, but it’s too far to ride to the Ancient Town, and the bikes are quite old and not very usable—I tried once and gave up. There is a swimming pool, but it’s very small, so you can’t really swim, only splash around a bit. In the courtyard, there is also a pomelo tree with many fruits hanging on it. 1. The room had a musty smell. After requesting a change, the new room still had some moldy odor—slightly better but still noticeable. The bathroom had a persistent bad smell, so my husband always had to keep the door closed. 2. The room cleanliness was poor, which was really frustrating. After sleeping, I felt itchy and got several bites. 3. Breakfast was quite varied but hard to eat. The fruits had strange odors—the dragon fruit tasted like meat, and the mango had a basil flavor, probably because the knife wasn’t changed. The beef fried noodles were completely bland, without even salt. If you want better food, there’s a nearby market where meals cost around 25,000–35,000 VND. 4. The location is quite remote, far from Hoi An Ancient Town. A taxi ride there in the evening costs 65,000 VND, and returning at 10:00 p.m. costs 93,000 VND.

The location is excellent - halfway between old town and beach (short grab ride or bike ride away - use the free bikes from Red House!). Amazing breakfasts. Comfy beds. And Thao runs a delicious coffee shop out the front. Really can’t ask for more - oh a friendly vaccinated dog that you can let your kids pat safely. The only place in Vietnam that we have found that!

She works hard in her little cafe which makes amazing drinks. We really enjoyed and would recommend to any other travellers. When one of my friends got sick she even offered to take her to the hospital to translate as well as organising Gluten Free breakfasts for one of our friends. She gave us a local map with her unique recommendations. Really great location. Also was helpful organising airport transport and could have organised tours if needed.

- Aimee-lee (9/5): Great stay! - It was perfectly situated between the old town and the beach. Either way is a $1.20 AUD grab bike (or about 20,000VND). They also offer free use of the bicycles or it’s half an hour walk each way. I personally liked that it was not in the centre hustle and bustle. It did limit brunch options within walking distance but with the grab bike and free use of bicycle - I didn’t find this to be a massive issue. The owners are lovely as well. Very accommodating and flexible with requests. It’s definitely more of a Homestay than a hostel which I liked. The beds and pillows are rock hard, but other than that I have nothing at all to complain about :-)

- Ruth (10/5): Really fantastic place to stay! - As a group of 11 we felt very well looked after by this family business. Very good value for money. They arranged transport from Da Nang for free for us as a big group. A trip to Cham island and cooking lessons were easily booked for us and we paid on checking out. Both were very memorable experiences and again very good value. The pool was good and well enjoyed within the garden area. Plenty of bikes for us all to go to An Bang beach together. . Breakfast was good and ordered the night before. The pancakes were exceptional, but there were also noodle and egg options. We enjoyed the outdoor cafe at the front of the hotel which was open until 10 for soft drinks and cheesecake. Beautiful fruit iced tea here. I had the dormitory for 4 for me and 3 'children'. This was a good room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Each bed was big and comfortable with a reading light and a curtain. Air con was very efficient. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Hoi An! Nothing. All good!

We instantly felt at home, surrounded by a golden-hearted family — caring, smiling, and genuinely kind. The place is stunning, tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and perfectly located to explore the surroundings. The garden and the pool offer a peaceful and serene haven, perfect for relaxing. Every morning, breakfast was a pure delight, prepared with so much love and generosity – a real moment of joy. They offer scooter rentals and provide bicycles to explore the beautiful surrounding rice fields, which made our stay even more magical. We had only planned to stay a short time… and ended up extending for a whole month, simply because we didn’t want to leave. This place has a soul, carried by people we absolutely adore. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we’ll be back for sure.

Nice breakfast, with lots of options. The owners are very friendly and when I need to arrange something then I could speak to their daughter by phone in English. When I left for the airport they gave me a bahn mi for the road. :-) None
- Dimitrije (10/5): Lovely homestay - This property is run by a wonderful family. They are great hosts and extremely friendly. I really liked the garden. It is an oasis of peace. They provide free bicycles, which make it easy to reach the old town or other attractions. I booked several excursions and tours through them, and the prices are reasonable with high-quality service. I especially enjoyed the cooking class. The breakfast they serve is fantastic. The bunk bed is not very convenient to use.
- Nir (10/5): A true homestay with a great family and everything you need - One of the best decisions of this trip. They went above and beyond when I got injured. After a stay in a boutique hotel, I wanted to try a homestay and randomly picked this place for three nights. After one night, I felt comfortable and booked another week. Everything was as explained, simple, nice and very cozy. My room had a great breeze, a balcony and the water in the shower, excellent. Enjoyed my morning coffee at the coffee place and sitting by the pool to work was superb. One evening I went for my run and fell, pretty badly. The family and Tau, took good care of me, got me what i needed, and without them, I would have been stuck alone. They are lovely people, the place is great, and if I could stay, I would do it there. As for the location, loved the market, and with a moto or bicycle, it's a few mins to old town or the beach.

- Sarah (10/5): Fabulous stay =) - Wonderful place, the best hotel/hostel I've stayed at in Vietnam! The owner and all other staff are so welcoming and helpful. I got the overnight bus from BNT so arrived pretty early, I was able to check in about 11ish, welcomed with a tasty ginger drink, comfy bed larger than average, privacy curtain, fresh towel amd toileries. Shower - hot and great pressure! Brekkie, well, that was a feast in itself, large portions, very reasonably priced and super tasty! Location - just away from the hussle of the main area but close enough to walk or cycle which was perfect for me as I needed some down time and a chance to dip in to the madness if i wanted it. Also free use of well maintained bikes, pool area lovely, nice and tranquil outside area perfect for breakfast, coffee shop and cute dogs. There's a lovely Spa two mins away - Lemon Spa - which does amazing treatments, also local market close by, coffee shops and lots of eateries. Honestly, can't fault anything, excellent value for money - you won't be disappointed. Thank you RedHouse, I'll be sure to spread the word & will return in the future. Wet room could maybe do with anti-slip mat

- Sandro (8/5): Very good - I had a good stay because of the friendly family and specially Thao. She was a big help during my stay organizing different stuff for me. Breakfast is amazing and the location is perfect to explore Hoi An. Very calm and peaceful place. I would totally recommend a stay specially in the private rooms. There were some things to improve: the dorms are quite old fashioned compared to the private room. There was no blanket and light on my bunk bed. There were also no keys for the rooms. To assure more safety that would have been nice. These are just some improvements. I had a very good stay overall!

The garden and pool area is beautiful, the location is far enough from old town to be quiet yet close enough for a modest bicycle (provided by the hostel) ride There are some good massage spas around, local vegetarian restaurant and WinMart.. The cleaning lady does her best to clean the room when nobody is around and we were never missing any toiletry in the room. Will definitely come back again 👍 The only 2.things that come to mind are the AC cleanliness and a little bit of mold. Mold is quite common in almost every accommodation I've been to in this region - even in much more expensive ones, so hard to fault RedHouse. Perhaps cleaning the AC and running it on dehumidify mode could help

It's kind of 10 min ride on the bicycle (included) from old town, makes it very calm during night time. The family is very friendly and helps you with anything you need, but they don't try to sell you any tour bookings you don't want. Plus, there is a very nice outdoor pool in the garden! I would give it 100/10 if I could... I'm coming back in one month! -

- Antoinette (10/5): Wonderful Homestay with a beautiful friendly family - I was simply blown away by the kindness of Thao and her mother and father. It was my first trip to Vietnam and from the moment I stepped off the plane Thao organised whatever I needed from day trips to shuttles to and from the airport, great restaurants and takeout options and even booked my appointment for my first ever tattoo. I booked a double en-suite bedroom and was given an upstairs room with a large balcony overlooking their beautiful garden and pool. Bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was always hot. I had breakfast 3 times during my 9 nights as I also wanted to try the local street food but Thao’s mothers breakfast was delicious. It was my birthday while I was there so they also invited me to join them for some delicious home cooked local cuisine for lunch. I used their free bikes every day to go either to the beach, the old town or cycle thru the wonderful rice fields. Red House Homestay is perfectly located about a 30 minute walk to the old town and a 30 minute cycle to the beach but there are plenty of less touristy local shops and restaurants and coffee shops around. Thao just opened her own Cafe at Red House called Cafe Ann after her daughter and she makes delicious coffees. I was so sad to leave but I really do hope to visit again soon There was nothing I could fault about Red House Homestay
