Khan (9/5): - The behaviour of the staff was amazing. Too happy. They have appointed few unprivileged people as staff which melt my heart. Wish very best for Lemon Tree. The hotel should have a swimming pool. The bedside sockets were out of connection for charging (room 302)

YP (8/5): Good - The entry/approach ramp to the lobby is too narrow. It is not safe for an SUV to enter, which is truly a test for the driver to enter/climb safely up to the lobby. It needs a re-look. Everything else was good.

Mohit (2/5): - DO NOT STAY at this hotel.What a poorly managed property. No hand towels ( just one small face towel) and no bath floor mats. My key card didnt work so i called up and they asked me to come 3 floors down to get the key. When i asked for two keys (one as a backup) then the receptionist said i can only get one. When asked to see a manager she mentioned the manager position is currently vacant and there is no manager.

Madhav (8/5): - Lemon Tree is a great brand eg properties in Pune, Bengaluru and Sambhajinagar are excellent. Somehow our Vadodara experience was not at par. Staff had good attitude but somehow struggled to provide great service. eg room key did not work on several occasions. Front desk needed multiple reminders to provide adequate supplies of towels, napkins and water bottles. Soap, shampoo, bodywash supplies were not refilled and needed multiple reminders. Restaurant and consierge service was quite good though.

Reception staff while check-in was very rude and non cooperative . Mr Fahim, Manager giving answers on overcharged which are manipulative and not bothered about customer orientation and spoiling reputation of Lemon Tree. Can Lemon Tree add exorbitant additional unnecessary illegal SERVICE CHARGES on confirmed booking amount by Booking.com. Room clumsy and bathroom door has no lock. Overall property is very old. Absolutely NO VALUE FOR MONEY.
Aniket (4/5): STAY ONLY IF U DONT FIND ANY OTHER HOTEL - Breakfast was very average ..i like the cocept that they are giving job to deaf people and honestly saying they were the most hospitabel then the normal staff around Normal STAFF approach is very bad ( handicap staff was much active and pleasant then normal staff ) don't even greet guest stayed for 3 nights and honestly i could have choose much better hotel at the price i paid, Rooms are smaller than pigeon nest Checked in and changed 3 rooms because Ac was not working , Hotel need massive renovations as well as some better staff who can make stay memorable

The reception did not reply my email for my request on airport pick up, my colleague had purposely went to the reception to arrange my airport pick up. 2. The driver late for my airport pick up. 3. The room is not clean, the floor is dirty. 4. The room have very poor soundproof, feels sleep in a market. 5. The room is smelly, the smog from outside went into the room. 6. We booked daily transfer to the office by hotel's travel desk, the driver with dangerous driving skill knock down a motorcyclist during my second day of travel. 7. There is a rude driver requested 2000 rupees for his dinner.
Ritesh (2/5): Terrible experience - I had a very bad experience during my stay I had made the booking for 2 nights with my wife but on the second evening after we returned to the hotel tired I received a call from the front desk and he told me sternly that they have to shift my room to a different floor for the second night since all other rooms on that floor we're unoccupied and they wanted to shut the AC. I told him that we are tired and wouldn't like to switch but he said I will have to shift else they will put ac off at night. I called their manager who made their gm also call me but inspire of all this I had to switch my room half way during my stay. Did not expect such terrible treatment from a reputed chain. I asked the gm to give this incident details to me in writing he said he will do so at the time of check out but I didn't even receive that. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybodye as they do not seem to care about customer comfort.
