• Aude (10/5): Un enchantement - Riad très joliment décoré, parfum de fleur d'oranger, dépaysement assuré. Situé en pleine médina, à proximité des principaux spots (à pieds), tout en étant très calme. Le personnel est très agréable, notamment Hamza qui a été aux petits soins avec nous et de bons conseils. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité, grand lit. Le matelas est un peu trop ferme et le débit de la douche trop faible.

• Anna (10/5): Un oasi di tranquillità e bellezza nella caotica affascinante medina di Marrakech - Il riad è in una posizione tranquilla, un oasi di pace seppur nel cuore della medina. Lo staff di questo riad è davvero eccezionale e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con gentilezza, Hamza e tutti i ragazzi presenti sono stati preziosi nel rendere fantastico il nostro soggiorno presso questo riad. Le camere sono molto pulite ma necessitano di migliorie e manutenzione costante, ci sono molto piccole cose nelle camere che andrebbero migliorate e mantenute in buono stato. Come ad esempio serramenti, rubinetti, asse del wc.

Pokoje i łazienki czuć było wilgocią co nie było jakimś wielkim problemem ale dla osób które mają problem z takim klimatem może być to minus .

The staff went above and beyond, every little thing was never too much. Hazma was a true gentleman, aswell as his cousins both at reception & at our morning breakfast, a gorgeous family feel to the running of the riad. We were made to feel truly welcome and cannot wait to return again. Thankyou guys for such an unforgettable stay.

Lovely staff. I would definitely stay here again. There was some construction noise in the mornings which was a little disruptive but completely understandable given the Riad is amongst many other buildings! I would also check what inclusions of any excursions booked through the hotel, we thought it was a little pricey in comparison to what else is out there given it didn't include lunch.

• Matt (9/5): Highly recommend for a peaceful relaxing break - Quiet, small, friendly riad in good location. Good continental breakfast with choice of cooked eggs. Hamza and Said were both super helpful with lots of recommendations. The shower needed a low pressure otherwise it sprayed straight out into bathroom. A sign would be useful to explain this. Some information provided was not accurate. Eg printing boarding passes was necessary but BA do it for free (some airlines may charge high fees); Cafe Mocha is closed on Mondays during Ramadan.

No particular problem with the noise however good to know that the windows do not really close, so you don't have the intimacy that a hotel could offer. Also be careful when arriving, people around the hotel will want to show you the way and then ask for money, while you didn't need their help. Hotel won't help you on this. Breakfast is good.

• Greg (10/5): If you want some calm, but to be close to the beautiful chaos of the medina, this is the place. - When we arrived we received to most wonderful welcome from Said, we stayed for 2 nights and there was never a moment he didn’t greet us with a smile. Location, is down a quiet road not far from the bustle of the medina and the interior is utterly stunning. Breakfast was delicious and kept me going for the majority of the day.

He helped us organize all our activities, he scheduled taxis for us, taught us how to negotiate prices in the market and made our dinner reservations. He also had excellent recommendations for everything we wanted to do. He literally made our trip so much more enjoyable. Such a great location and Hamza was great!

• S.Schnuppe (7/5): OK aber für den Preis etwas besseres erwartet - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist top. Frühstück ist OK, obwohl wir am Abreisetag ein Lunchpaket bestellten, das nicht geklappt hat. Es gibt Außenbereiche und ein großes Bett, was allerdings sehr unbequem ist. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir eine zusätzliche Decke. Im Bad gibt es eine Heizung und Pflegeprodukte. Es ist auch rund um die Uhr Personal anwesend. Der Taxiservice hat bestens geklappt. Wir wussten nicht, wohin mit dem Müll, es gibt keine Mülltrennung, sehr viele Plastikflaschen. Zimmerservice gab es anfangs auf Nachfrage, danach kümmerte es niemanden mehr. Türen und Fenster ließen sich nicht schließen, den Safe hätte jeder hinaustragen können. Der "Kaffee" zum Frühstück ist braunes Wasser.TV ist überflüssig, wer schaut noch TV? Dafür wäre ein Wasserkocher und große Tassen nützlich.

• Liz (9/5): Loved it, an oasis in the business of Marrakesh. - Excellent breakfast and location. Staff very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was ok, but the bed was jammed in so exit and entry at the bottom of the bed. No hot water for a couple of days but was sorted and ok after that.

The staff is super friendly and we truly had a relaxing time when we were in the riad and also were very close in the Medina for all the sight-seeing we wanted to do. I can highly recommend this riad for anyone wanting to experience nice hospitality, comfort of the rooms and great location. A very special THANK YOU to Hamza, who was our dedicated host, welcomed us with so much kindness and respect. He had great suggestions both for restaurants and shots to visit. • Renske (9/5): Great stay overall! - Otman took his time to welcome us which we really appreciated and Hamza would check in with us about our plans and helped us booking restaurants. The riad was beautiful! Breakfast wasn’t served on time. To us, that wasn’t always a problem but good to keep in mind if you have activities planned at a certain time.

Foram todos muito prestáveis e atenciosos, dando-nos indicações de onde comer e quais os principais pontos turisticos a visitar. O Riad é lindo e muito bem tratado e extremamente limpo. Está bem localizado, bem no meio da Medina e muito perto de uma zona onde param os táxis que nos levam para qualquer lugar de Marraquexe. O pequeno almoço é servido no rooftop do Riad, que proporciona uma boa vista sobre Marraquexe e é muito bom, com muita variedade de comida típica marroquina. Recomendo muito.

• Cáit (10/5): Amazing stay, would absolutely recommend to anyone - Everything! Location was amazing, and such a peaceful place to stay. The staff were brilliant, helping with anything needed. They arranged transfers to and from the airport which was such a help. We had a little bit of trouble with aircon one day and it was fixed the same day while we were out. Breakfast is provided, and really fills you up for the day. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for our long weekend! Nothing!!

• dean (10/5): It is exactly what I imagine a Moroccan Riad should be. - Location was perfect and the staff were amazing, Hamza could not do enough for us. Very hard to find a fault but if I had to there was a lack of bedding sheets for the second bed but we just used some from the other bed.

• Emma (10/5): I would highly recommend staying at Riad Fleur D’orient for the best experience for a stay in Marrakesh - The Riad exceeded our expectations! The Riad was beautiful and had everything we needed, the breakfast was great every morning and all the facilities were clean. The staff were incredible and very helpful with providing transport, advice and their best recommendations for food and excursions in the area. Both Hamza and Said were so helpful and organised one of our trips to agafay desert as well as restaurant recommendations that were traditional Moroccan meals. Nothing everything was great!
• Victor (6/5): Nice, but with issues - Well situated, quite nice staff and breakfasts. Visually it looked nice. The listing says it has a spa and it only has a little courtyard pool. The tea is €2 a bag which seems ridiculous when they’re buying them for 1MAD if that. It would have been nice if there was filtered water available instead of having to buy it. Compared to other riads we stayed in this trip it wasn’t great.
• Liz Hood-Fleming (10/5): A wonderful experience and place to stay. I recommend this hotel 100% and will absolutely return - I loved this hotel. It's location is perfect, within walking distance to all the main sights, yet you have complete tranquility and cannot hear a single noise from the hustle and bustle of the old town. The staff are exceptional, friendly, answer all enquiries with a relaxed nature and go above and beyond to make sure you have all the help and information you need. We plan to visit again next year and we will absolutely stay here again. The airport taxi arranged via the hotel was perfect, we were met at the taxi (a must for first time visitors like ourselves) and personally walked to the hotel. I saw many other tourists looking for other hotels, lost and dragging their suitcases in the heat, and felt very lucky that we had arranged the airport to hotel taxi when we booked, it was stress free and so easy. We booked one excursion through the hotel also, and again, a flawless experience. I do not have any criticism at all. Lovely breakfast, beautiful service, a wonderful place to stay. A cosy and family run atmosphere, everyone was happy and took pride in their work.

Amabilidade e prestabilidade dos funcionários. Pequeno almoço muito bom e variado ao longo dos dias. A qualidade da riad justificaria a existência de um pequeno frigorífico no quarto.

• Androniqi (10/5): Incredible Stay - The entire staff right off the bat was so accommodating and wonderful. They gave us tips on how to navigate a new city and went above and beyond what a hotel has does in the past. Hamza specifically helped us with lots of the bookings through the Riad and even taught us how to make Moroccan tea so we have a little peace of Morocco when going back home. The pictures do not do the place justice. The attention to detail was evident and the entire staff was friendly around the clock. could not have asked for a better location as well.
• Elodie (10/5): Very much recommended - A beautiful riad with exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive—greeting me with mint tea, biscuits, and water upon arrival, and even preparing my room early so I could take a work call. The space is quiet, clean, and truly peaceful. I travel often, and I must say this stay was particularly pleasant. Even the cats who joined me for breakfast on the upper terrace were friendly and well-mannered—just like everything else here. Highly recommend. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Even though the riad is tucked away in a small back alley of the medina, it feels completely safe—even at night—so there’s no need for concern (and a lot of the Riads are in back alleys anyway).
