- panouli (9/5): - La localisation était génial 👍 5 minutes à pieds à côté de la station de gare de Busan. Même situé en dessous des rails de trains aucun bruit car fenêtre double vitrage et moustiquaire fort appréciable car il y a 2 ou 3 moustiques. Grande chambre, lit énorme pour 2 et très comfortable., Salle de bain magnifique, une douche italienne et grande baignoire et des toilettes à part. La climatisation que nous ne pouvons pas réduire le volume et le changement entre l'eau chaude et l'eau froide qui prend beaucoup de temps. La pression de l'eau était super par contre!

- Tamás (9/5): - It is close to KTX railway station. Therefore it is in the public transportation HUB. The rooms are ok, however as it is close to station you cannot avoid from the iron's sound of trains. This hotel is comfortable, however we did not have breakfast which is not a problem as the area is full of shops, foocourts.

- WanYu (1/5): THREE room changes and extremely rude customer service - The hotel has a great location very near Busan Station, and the room size and TV were good. Most of the staff we encountered were also friendly. Unfortunately, one staff member completely ruined the experience for us. From check-in, he was very unfriendly and even made us wait for him to finish his call before attending to us. The biggest issue was that we had to change rooms THREE times because the air conditioning was not working in every room assigned to us. During the first issue, we called for assistance and were questioned repeatedly if we were “sure” the air conditioning was not working. When the staff member finally came to the room to check reluctantly, he immediately spoke to us in an extremely rude manner, saying “You are very rude. I’m not your friend,” before stomping into the room. We were shocked, as we had spoken politely throughout and were simply asking for help as paying guests. After confirming himself that the air conditioning indeed did not work, he rudely told us to pack our bags and go downstairs to collect a new room key. There was no apology or assistance despite us having to repack everything and move all our luggage again late at night before even having dinner. The same situation happened again in the second room, and once more we were told to pack everything and go down to reception ourselves. No effort was made to bring the key to us or assist with the repeated inconvenience. Even after the third room change, despite him confidently assuring us he had checked the room and confirmed the air conditioning worked, it still did not function. Another issue was the toilet and shower layout, which felt awkward and poorly designed. Although the shower area had its own door, the clothes hanging/changing area was outside of it, and there was no proper door separating the bathroom area from the main room entrance.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den **hohen Schlafkomfort**: Die Betten sind unglaublich gemütlich und haben nach einem langen Tag für eine erholsame Nacht gesorgt. Ein weiteres tolles Detail, das den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat, war der **kostenlose Kaffee und Tee** auf dem Zimmer. Es ist eine kleine, aber sehr aufmerksame Geste, die den Start in den Tag versüßt hat. Auch das Badezimmer ist modern gestaltet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Aufteilung in verschiedene Bereiche (Toilette, Dusche/Wanne und Waschbecken) ist zudem äußerst praktisch. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – ich komme gerne wieder!

Definitely will stay here if I ever visit Busan again, and it’s great because it’s close to Busan Station too! - Avigdor (1/5): Terrible, this just feels like a scam. - We picked this hotel for one night because of its location. When we arrived it was one bad thing after another. The only nice thing was the employee trying to be helpful, though he was being held back by his boss. The room we booked didnt have a single bed, it was the family room. There were only blankets on the floor. Did not show this on the site or booking. Utter confusion that they tried to sell us this room. When asking about a different room with beds they tried to make us pay an additional changing fee. It was just a big scam. On top of that, when touching the stair railing my hand was black because of the dirt. There was a cleaning girl who looked like she was a child, we could only think this was child labor. The whole experience just left a bad aftertaste and a bad feeling. We left very upset to stay in a different hotel. Just a terrible experience.

There was an awful smell from outside so I couldn’t leave the window open for long because it would go into the room. The cleaning was OK the stairs would have a lot of dust. - 渊 (1/5): 非常恶心 - 唯一优点地理位置 有一个圆脸胖男前台服务员，有明显歧视外国人行为，对外国客户大吼大叫。对我大叫后我用英语要求他把主管叫来，马上就不做声。该人非常差的人品，对韩国客户态度很好。酒店有2次不提供水和干净毛巾，到前台反复要求后提供了毛巾，服务非常随意。酒店管理不行。

There is also a CU mart right beside the hotel. The room size was quite large and comfortably fit all six of us, which we appreciated. We booked the room for 6 people, but only 4 towels and 2 toothbrushes were provided, which was inconvenient. There was also no room service throughout our 3D2N stay, which was quite disappointing. The staff were not very friendly and did not seem welcoming. Additionally, early check-in was not allowed without extra charges.

- Elli (5/5): - The room is quite big, and the bathroom was nice. Even when they allow you to book 1 room for 3 people, and say it has an extra large bed, don't do it. The bed is normal king size and doesn't fit 3 people, and they charge extra for a third pillow, duvet or if you want to sleep on the floor with a thin mattress. The staff I interacted with were not very accomodating and they only accepted cash for the extra begging we ended up paying for and didn't give us a receipt.

I liked that I got a free upgrade so I have a bath tub in my room, though I wasn’t able to use it since I only want to rest. There’s just some noise I hear from I think the room above me. May have missed it but did not see any slipper as well available.
