• Paul (1/5): Staff is not trustful, be careful!! - It should be a good hostel in Cadiz, at least ot looks good on the pictures, but the rooms have rarely fresh air, some lacking of a window and you hear the kitchen noise. One Maroccan staff stole my luggage from the luggage storage room with a value of over 900 Euro inside. The other staff members didn't care about, he was not there anymore when I arrived back, even one older staff member which know the owner was not taking a word about the situation. I went to the police and made a report, they could also not believe it. Now I will invoice them and engage a lawyer to put his thief down and get my money back, be careful!!

• Marta (8/5): Posizione favolosa e staff super - La posizione è centralissima e comodissima per visitare Cadice, lo staff davvero accogliente e premuroso e disponibile per ogni richiesta, ho molto apprezzato la colazione compresa e la ragazza argentina che ce l’ha preparata è stata davvero deliziosa. Struttura pulita e curata con delle terrazze super. Purtroppo siamo finite nella “succursale” ovvero casa pirata dove sicuramente le vibes erano un po’ diverse dalla casa caracol.. (avrei preferito saperlo da subito) diciamo che l’abbiamo vissuta più come un’affittacamere che come un ostello. Inoltre la struttura è un po’ datata, abbiamo apprezzato e visto gli sforzi per renderla accogliente ma ad esempio le porte delle camere non schermano in nessun modo i rumori quindi quando si sveglia uno si svegliano tutti 😅. Nel complesso comunque il nostro giudizio è positivo.
• Gui (8/5): - Nice hostel with a chill atmosphere, good to meet people. Location is perfect next to the train and bus station. Breakfast is "free" included which is nice, but careful it's only pancakes and cereals. No salty or more healthy options. The curtain for the bed are not the best. Some beds have no curtain as well. Kitchen can be small when everyone needs to cook at the same time. A recommendation: do not rent the bike they propose at the hostel. They are not comfortable at all for long distances.

• Juliane (10/5): - This was honestly one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at. The whole atmosphere is very open and welcoming. Both the staff and the guests create a really warm, friendly vibe that makes you feel at home right away. The entire place is thoughtfully designed, with lots of cute and cozy details that show how much care has gone into it. The beds were very comfortable and a real highlight is the rooftop terrace. During my stay there was even a small concert up there, which made the experience extra special. I also really appreciated that the hostel offers group activities, which makes it easy to meet people. But at the same time there are plenty of spaces to relax if you’re feeling tired. It is an ideal place for solo travelers and I would definitely come back anytime. The only small downside was that the rooms could be a bit better ventilated at night, especially when fully occupied

• Max (10/5): One of the best hostels ever - Might be one of the best hostels I've stayed at in Europe. Carmen and Julia from the staff were amazing and very helpful. The beds were super comfortable and had curtains, enough storage space as well. The free breakfast was great, thanks to Marcos. Superb location close to the centre. And the common room and rooftop were really inviting to socialise. Truly one of the best places I've visited, would 100% recommend!!! Everything was perfect

• Rita (10/5): - Super nettes, familiäres Hostel mitten in Cádiz! Alle, die dort arbeiten super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ein Ort, um sehr schnell mit anderen Reisenden in Kontakt zu kommen, auch als etwas ältere alleinreisende Frau. Aber auch ein Ort, um in Ruhe etwas runter fahren zu können (kleine, aber feine Dachterrasse). Gepäck Aufbewahrung vor und nach Check in/out umsonst möglich. Großartige Pfannkuchen zum Frühstück ☺️ Das Bett stand nicht ganz an der Wand, daher fiel manchmal was dahinter, mit kleiner Krabbelparie im Anschluss. Das Zimmer war dunkler als auf dem Foto, aber zum Schlafen gut😉

• Amygdala26 (9/5): Un soir à la casa et des souvenirs - Ambiance comme à la maison , si c'est ce que l'on recherche c'est vraiment une bulle de chaleur et de partage , possibilité de participer au repas , de faire du surf , du yoga et autres , ce partage culturel et événementiel est vraiment essentiel :) . Accueil chaleureux , pancakes gratuit au petit déj et rencontres au top ( merci beaucoup) ! Les chambres dortoirs sont un peu exigues mais c'est le bâtiment qui est fait de cette sorte , la casa ne peut pas agrandir les murs ! Rideaux lit du haut donnant envie d'avoir le lit du bas pour être dans sa bulle 😆😆

Liebevolle Dekoration. Das Rooftop ist einmalig. Sehr gut für die Siesta in der Hängematte geeignet. Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Świetny taras na którym możesz odpocząć po śniadaniu przygotowanym przez obsługę hostelu☕(wliczonym w cenę) oraz całonocnej integracji z ludźmi z każdego zakątka świata🍻🍻 Ciężko mi było opuszczać to miejsce. • Juan Carlos (4/5): Habitación pequeñas para tres personas y mal ha ceso para la cama de matrimonio escaleras muy justa - Hola buenas, la ubicación excelente, el desayuno para mis necesidades bastante corto para el precio de habitación, y las camas durísimas y almohadas fatal. y encima no era cama de matrimonio eran camas pegadas al techo con escaleras muy estrechas para subir a la cama mucho peligro para una persona relativamente gruesa.(mucho peligro deberían de explicar mas la situación de las habitaciones y para que personas son recomendadas, ) La escaleras para subir cama matrimonio durezas de los colchones y almohadas ( habitaciones muy pequeñas sin una silla para sentarse nada,) habitación para tres personas muy pequeñas y no para todo el publico su ha ceso.

• Ana (9/5): Experiencia muy enriquecedora - Lo que más me gustó fue el ambiente del hostal. Gente muy agradable, tanto el personal como los huéspedes de diferentes lugares que conocí allí. El personal, alegre e implicado, proponiendo y recomendando actividades, como cenas en grupo, clases de yoga, visitas, paseos, etc. Me sentí muy bien acogida. Gracias. No me gustó mucho la primera habitación en la que estuve, que era mixta. Había mucho ruido por las noches, por el trasiego y los ronquidos... Por este motivo, recomiendo a las chicas, encarecidamente, reservar una cama en la habitación femenina. En el hostal, por cierto, no pusieron ninguna pega a cambiarme de habitación.

• margunn (7/5): Great hostel, but they ask for good reviews - Loved this hostel. The rooms where pretty, comfortable beds with curtains. Good social area where it was easily to meet other guests. The hostel had activities you could join and communal dinners some days. The staff was friendly and helpful. When someone in my room had problems with another guest they sorted it out quickly. After I left I received a message from the hostel if I could leave them a 10 star review. I was gonna give them 9 because I really enjoyed the hostel, but don't appreciate the beginning for good reviews, so it will only be 7 I don't have any real complaints, except that that there sometimes was a smell in the bathroom, not to bad though. As long as you kept the door closed and the toilet lid down the smell didn't come out in to the room

• Jean-Paul (7/5): Hébergement qui mériterait la présence ferme d’un membre du personnel durant la nuit, afin d’y faire respecter la tranqu - Grandes réactivité, amabilité & serviabilité des 2 réceptionnistes Carmen & Julia; Excellent emplacement, au cœur de la vieille ville & à proximité de tout; Literie très correcte (matelas, oreiller & couette). Le dortoir de 3 lits, très mal situé dans le bâtiment & donc extrêmement bruyant, à éviter absolument selon moi; La climatisation défectueuse durant les 2 jours de séjour dans le dortoir de 7 lits numéro 2; Le bruit permanent durant les 2 nuits, dû à des clients festifs irrespectueux du sommeil des autres; Le petit déjeuner gratuit de pancakes, à éviter tant ils sont immangeables; Le tarif journalier, trop élevé compte tenu de ces inconvénients majeurs.

• Piergiorgio (7/5): Ottima posizione e staff gentilissimo, comfort migliorabile - La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff, in particolare di Luis, con cui mi sono rapportato direttamente: davvero adorabile, sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare. Avevo inizialmente una camera condivisa e, quando ho chiesto se fosse possibile una sistemazione singola, mi ha spostato senza alcun problema, con grande cortesia. Ottima anche la posizione, centralissima e perfetta per visitare la città. La stanza singola che mi è stata assegnata successivamente, situata nell’area rooftop, dava l’impressione di essere una sistemazione ricavata in un secondo momento. La camera era piuttosto fredda, con evidenti spifferi d’aria, e il bagno – molto piccolo – risultava particolarmente gelido, senza riscaldamento. Durante la notte si percepiva inoltre un rumore continuo, non ben identificabile, che a tratti disturbava il riposo. Il Wi-Fi nella stanza non funzionava correttamente: grazie alla disponibilità di Luis in reception sono riuscito a collegarmi, ma il segnale all’interno della camera restava instabile. Ho soggiornato in inverno e, con pioggia e temperature basse, questi aspetti si sono fatti sentire maggiormente.

• Carmen (10/5): Céntrico, bonito y con buen rollo - Me dejaron un secador de pelo de calidad y con total confianza. Todo el mundo muy respetuoso en las habitaciones y en las zonas comunes. ambiente animado pero no ruidoso. Desayuno estupendo, muy completo y rico, con mucha variedad de leches, con fruta e incluso con tortitas recién hechas. Al sistema de cierre de mi cajón le faltaba una parte del herraje y, aunque no suele pasar nunca nada, sinceramente te vas más tranquila todo el día fuera si sabes que está cerrado. El resto de los 6 cajones de la habitación si los tenían, lo solicité y lo arreglaron enseguida.
