- Bruno (10/5): Om terug te komen!! - Je had er alles onder 1 dak. Het restaurant gaf je een totaal relaxed gevoel en was heerlijk. Er was een gymzaal, zwembad, bubbelbad, sauna en hammam en we hadden deze volledig voor ons alleen. Alles was vlot bereikbaar

- René (9/5): Prima - Ik zag iemand voor mij die met hond in checkte. Ik vraag mij af of daar aparte kamers voor zijn? en anders vind ik dat van der Valk die keuze moet laten maken bij het kiezen van de kamers. Er zijn naast mij genoeg mensen allergisch voor honden haren!

Niet voor de faciliteiten maar er was een verschrikkelijk lawaai door enkele onbegeleide kinderen. Men denkt aan rust en sereniteit voor een Welness gedeelte. Dit was alles behalve het geval. Ik heb dit ook nadien aangekaart bij de receptie.

- isabelle (5/5): Premier et dernier essai chez van der valk. - La localisation, le parking, les super chargeurs Le petit déjeuner très varié L’odeur de piscine dans la chambre placée au 3 eme étage L’insonorisation des chambres est très faibles. Les voisins d’en face avaient du tempérament (de l’autre côté du couloir) La température glaciale de la chambre et l’impossibilité de modifier la climatisation. Elle se réinitialisait systématiquement après 30 min. Malgré une couette pliée en 2 car j’occupais la chambre seule il faisait glacial. Débit de la douche très économique cela n’aide pas quand la chambre est glaciale Des tentures en partie détachées dans les coins La chambre vaguement refaite chaque jour. Pas de nouvelle bouteille d’eau, pas nécessairement de serviette neuve (juste pas toutes les serviette ). Tasse de café pas remplacée le premier jour puis supprimée le jour suivant Service minimum

- Petra (9/5): Geweldig en bedankt voor de heerlijke lunch en super vriendelijke bediening bij de bar. - Wij vonden de kamer heerlijk ruim en de bedden ook prima. De badkamer was ook niets op aan te merken, ruim, schoon en van de noodzakelijke spullen voorzien! Wij hebben niet ontbeten. Hotel was ook heerlijk stil, op de gang, niets gehoord met buren of deuren. Top! Geen idee.

- Truus (7/5): Mooi hotel maar kamer was niet schoongemaakt en kier tussen matrassen - Het bad was erg groot en de kamer was mooi. Ook de sauna was fijn. Het ontbijt was lekker. De housekeeping was niet geweest dus we moesten beneden vragen om nieuwe handdoeken. We hoopten hierdoor dat de kamer schoongemaakt zou worden maar dat is niet gebeurd, ook het bed was niet opgemaakt. Wat we ook jammer vonden was dat de bedden 2 aparte matrassen had, en 2 losse dekens. Dit zijn wij niet gewend dus was niet comfortabel slapen.

- Shirah (6/5): Aanrader om te boeken - De Hygiene en service was fantastisch en personeel zeer vriendelijk en gezellig aanwezig er werd veel gelachen bij de receptie. Het uitzicht en hele harde klappen van deuren die dichtgegooit werden en het was heel gehorig je kon mensen horen lopen en praten.
- Judith (6/5): Teleurstellend - Ontbijt Wij gingen onverwachts een nachtje weg en dachten van der Valk is altijd goed.. Is ons nog nooit tegengevallen. We vonden de prijs hoog voor 1 nacht maar doordat er parkeerplaatsen zijn en goed ontbijt namen we dat voor lief. In de kamer een vieze lucht.. schimmel in badkamer en vlekken op tapijt. Geeft niets als je goedkoop hotel boekt maar voor 250 euro verwacht je dat niet. Jammer maar voor ons was dit niet top..

- Virginie (5/5): Pas de compassion pour les personnes a mobilité réduite et un accueil extrêmement HONTEUX - Le petit déjeuner est SUPER. Rien a redire. Le personnel a l'accueil n'était absolument pas agréable. J'avais beau lui dire que je ne comprenais pas l' anglais, elle continuait de parler sans essayer de faire un effort. De plus, je voulais utiliser le WIFI pour Google traduction et JAMAIS elle ne m'a montré que le wifi était gratuit car cela je l'ai trouvé dans sa chambre. Afin de me faire comprendre, j'ai dû demander a une personne (un logeur) qui parle Français de faire la traduction car l'hôtesse d'accueil était fermé et ne voulais pas faire d'effort pour un minimum de compréhension. De plus, j'étais avec une personne PMR et on nous a mis a la chambre 244 donc dans le deuxième bâtiment, au fond du couloir donc encore une fois aucun effort de l'hôtesse d'accueil qui voyait bien que la maman avait des difficultés pour marcher. Avoir un accueil comme celui là est vraiment HONTEUX dans votre établissement car cela a gâché mon séjour.

L’hôtel est magnifique : le lounge bar, le restaurant et les chambres, tout est irréprochable et très classe. Digne d’un 5 étoiles. Les chambres sont spacieuses, tout est neuf et les matelas sont très confortables.
