• Danielle (10/5): Heerlijk! - Ontbijt was fantastisch. Veel keus en elke dag anders. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was ruim, het lawaai buiten (ik sliep aan de straat kant) was wat veel maar door het fijne bed en de donkere kamer prima geslapen.

• Karima (10/5): - Mi estancia en este hotel fue excelente. La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda, al igual que el baño, que también tenía un buen tamaño. La cama era súper cómoda, lo que hizo que el descanso fuera perfecto. Además, todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado. El personal fue otro punto destacado: muy amable y atento en todo momento, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable. El desayuno también merece una mención especial, ya que estaba delicioso y ofrecía muy buena calidad. Sin duda, recomendaría este hotel y volvería a alojarme aquí. Todo excelente

• Murat (10/5): A great choice for families - The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The entire facility was well maintained. The parking fee was somewhat high.

• Cormac (9/5): Comfortable hotel in picturesque area of Sarajevo. - I liked the location of the hotel. I had a room that overlooked the river, which was nice. My room was spacious and comfortable. What I really liked was the charger on the table next to my bed. I could just put my phone down and it would charge, very much like the chargers you would see in electric cars today. I have never seen a charger like that in any hotel I stayed at before. I liked the buffet breakfast, and the options for dinner. I also liked the rooftop bar. There, you had a panoramic view of Sarajevo. The fact that the hotel was close to the main river in Sarajevo made the hotel easy to find after a day exploring the city. I also liked that I had a room on the same floor as the gym. Another bonus, is that you can see the cutlery used during the Sarajevo Winter Olympics in the restaurant on the ground floor. The gym allowed me to get some exercise, but there could have been more equipment in the gym, like a rowing machine. There isn’t much to complain about in the hotel.

Close to both old town and the shopping malls with a supermarket super close and the area we felt was very safe. Room very comfortable. Room was prepared for us early due to our early arrival which was brilliant. Dining options were good but limited. Some staff were superb and helpful but others lacked that little extra service that makes a guest feel truly looked after.

• Maxine (8/5): Wonderful stay, double check the location suits your needs - Very comfortable hotel with all the facilities you'd expect. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating of our early check in and late check out. They were also great for recommendations. The rooftop bar has fantastic views across the city The location. For a tourist you're a good 15-20min walk away from the Old Town and City Hall where a lot of the attractions are. Not a deal breaker but after a while the walk back and forth can be tiring.

• Galip (9/5): Saraybosnaya tekrar gidersek nerede kalalım diye düşünmeyiz. - Kahvaltı alternatifleri bol ve kaliteliydi. Yataklar rahat, banyo kullanışlıydı. Roof barda genelde rezervasyonsuz zor yer bulunuyordu. Tamir etmeye çalıştılar ama başarılı olunamadı, odadaki TV çalışmıyordu.
• İlker (7/5): Clean and nice hotel with some serious staff issues - Very clean hotel with good location and a nice roof-top bar. Good and decent breakfast choice. The reception staff, particularly 2 people we dealt with, was not really kind towards us. They were very friendly when the local languages were spoken, we experienced it right before our eyes several times. One particular lady at the reception, who was very rude during our check-out, (short brown hair, slim and tall) while paying for the parking. She had a rude and harsh attitude several times all along our stay, as soon as she saw our Turkish passports... But was very nice towards other guests, depending on the spoken language. We read the comments and many people had mentioned how friendly the staff was and then realised it depends on where you come from. This sort of discrimination should not happen in an international chain hotel. It is quite a shame on Marriott. If you do not welcome and treat all guests in the same manner, then there is a problem. We know the recent sad history in this city and we hope you all learn from the mistakes and put the hatred aside hopefully...
