• James (10/5): - If I could give Hotel Plaza 10 stars, I would do it. The staff and manager are exceptionally helpful. Daniel, the manager, personally took me to the bus station and helped me correct an error in our tickets. The Hotel is located in El Centro right behind the Cathedral in pedestrian zone. Not to be missed is their cooked breakfast on the 4th floor with a deck that overlooks the city. It's very walkable to banks and restaurants and we truly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Plaza.

La cama es sencilla y de tamaño reducido, aunque suficiente para descansar. Todo se encuentra limpio y en buen estado. La terraza es muy bonita y acogedora, ideal para relajarse. La ubicación es bastante buena; sin embargo, el estacionamiento resulta complicado. La televisión es pequeña y de modelo antiguo, pero en general, la estancia fue cómoda. Es un lugar sencillo que cumple con lo que promete por el precio que pagas, no esperes mucho y así no te decepcionas, para algunos puede ser excelente opción y para otros insuficiente.

• L (10/5): Good location and clean facilities. - Location, location! Good breakfast in terrace with view of cathedral. Friendly staff at front desk, especially in the evening shift. Old upholstery chair in room was musty and uncomfortable. Chairs should be replaced.

• Laura (10/5): - Céntrico, zona peatonal, caminante. Una terraza muy linda para el desayuno con bonitas vistas. La vista en la noche es espectacular.
• Zidane (6/5): Pésimo servicio con una situación estratégica - El hotel tiene un pésimo servicio, instalaciones muy viejas como el abanico que hacía más ruido que aire y las toallas muy desgastadas. Además se todos los ruidos tanto de la calle como adentro mismo del hotel. El desayuno era bastante simple y con poca variedad. La gran ventaja del hotel es su ubicación, estratégica detrás de la catedral de Chihuahua que fue la razón por la cual lo elige.

• Joanna (6/5): Overall it was ok. - The closeness to downtown area. The front desk employees were very helpful and the breakfast was good. The lobby and hallways smell like sewer. The air conditioning in the room we stayed in was very loud and it was uncomfortable to keep it on at night and the cap to the air kept falling off.
• Ron (3/5): Terrible - Great location. The maintenance & cleaning people tried to be helpful, but with a manager who doesn't care what can they do? People from manager to front desk could care less. Obviously cutting corners everywhere. The place has great potential, but they have made it bad. Very poor WiFi after 1st day. Didn't care, gave a BS story about power problems in the city causing it. Wouldn't even try rebooting. Long black hairs all over the floors & bathroom ( in 2 rooms) Towels in ragged shape. Was moved because fan did not work. Security lock on door broken off. Food trash in hallway not emptied in 3 days. A/C not working in breakfast area. Very poor food selection. Worst weakest coffee ever... tea would be darker. Must be re-using used grounds??? I would ABSOLUTELY NOT book here again ever.

• Michelle (10/5): - The hotel is a little gem in the Centro historic area. Steps away from the Cathedral and many restaurants all throughout the pedestrian areas. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very tasty as well. Unfortunately, we were there only one night but would stay here again on a future trip.
