- BANDAR (6/5): - تعامل راقي جداً من الموظفين ، ومتعاونين ومتجاوبين بشكل ممتاز ومثالي ومبتسمين ويحاولون يخدمونك ، الاطلالة على البحر حلوة ولكن ما فيه بلكونة فقط باب ينفتح 10 سم حق دخول الهوا ، الافطار يعتبر تركي ومتنوع الغرفة صغيرة جداً ، ومكتومة رغم انك تقدر تفتح باب البلكونة شوي بس لما يكون برد او مطر ما تقدر ، التكييف كان لا يعمل ، مروحة شفط الحمام لا تعمل ، صنبور الشاور كان محدد او خربان ما ادري ولكنك ما تقدر تحوله للحار لانه كان محدد بحرارة معينه فقط .

Unfriendly service, missing basic amenities (no tissues, toothpaste, loofahs), and our king room was replaced with mismatched beds. Café staff reluctant to serve, famous double tree cookies given only when they felt like it. Breakfast egg station staff frowned if you requested a custom order. Feels like a 4-star at best not worth the value.

But the hotel was very dirty and needed updating. - Ali (8/5): - The location is exceptionally good in a quiet neighbourhood. The hotel is clean. The room has air conditioning. the bathroom is clean. The view from the room on the sea was spectacular. All staff (except the lady in the reception of the SPA) were helpful and cooperating. Two things: 1. There is a stupid rule in the hotel that they do not allow outside food. This was very upsetting as the hotel restaurant did not have all type of food. 2. The lady in the reception of the SPA was very rude and did not know how to communicate with customers.

- Ghenwa (7/5): Disappointing Experience Despite High Expectations - I guess the only good thing I could say was the breakfast. There’s a lot of options and everything tastes good. If you’d like other options they provide it as well. Additionally the restaurant as well, the food tastes good and has good value. Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. I had high expectations for this hotel, but my experience was quite underwhelming. First, there’s a noticeable lack of basic amenities that should have been provided. The spa floor was particularly disappointing due to the staff being excessively loud. I’m not sure why yelling is considered acceptable to communicate when we clearly understand English. It was unnecessary and uncomfortable. The restaurant staff also left a poor impression. Every time we spoke, they would make strange or rude facial expressions. I understand English might not be their first language, but that doesn’t excuse unprofessional behavior or gestures. When we first checked in there were a lot of mosquitos in the room and the balcony was closed, it just seemed lack of cleanliness. Another issue was the location. It’s a bit far from the main areas you’d want to visit, which made getting around more inconvenient than expected. All in all, this hotel just felt incredibly average. I expected more, and I left feeling somewhat disappointed.

- Katerina (2/5): Никому не советую тратить деньги и нервы - Кроме красивого вида в отеле нет больше ничего! Один из самых дорогих отелей в Трабзоне, но персонал отеля своим хамским отношением портит бренд сети. У нас был забронирован номер с видом на море, нас заселили в номер с видом на город. В номере не работали холодильник и климат система. Три раза приходилось спускаться и просить заменить номер! Холодильник прикручен на болты, пришел мастер, скрутил холодильник и унес. Принес другой, он тоже еле работал. На ресепшене делали вид что не говорят по английски, хотя тут же с арабами, которых в отеле тьма, свободно общались на английском))) В ресторане очень много людей, кухня турецкая. В общем, не вернемся сюда больше никогда. Все! Понравилось только, что мы не взяли этот отель больше чем на сутки!
