• Debra (7/5): It served its purpose. - Clean, good breakfast with a nice variety. Pool nice. Kids had fun. Shuttle to cruise port. We walked quite aways for dinner. It felt safe and on a walking path, which was very nice. It was just a long walk for us.

• S5044ISlarrys (2/5): Beware darkside under every rainbow - I booked my Room 6 months ahead of time and my room was giving away 30 minutes after I supposed to show it up. Then they told me the room had already been given away to someone else before my check-in time and no one called me. Please. Be aware that this hotel location over books. So if someone doesn't show up 2 minutes after they will give away your room. Customer service said that there was nothing they could do. And the manager did not even want to get on the phone

• Laura (9/5): - Ubicación, calidad-precio, apartamentos espaciosos Solo me limpiaron la habitación un día, otro día apareció la housekiping a las 17h, no creo que sea horario para realizar la limpieza, ya que habíamos estado toda la mañana fuera desde las 9:00
• Johanna (6/5): Confortable mais peu mieux faire - Il y avait un accès à une salle de sport et une piscine, une machine à glaçons, et une petite boutique à la réception avec des produits de nécessité et de la nourriture. Le buffet de petit déjeuné était en rotation sur 3 jours. La literie était confortable et la salle de bain spacieuse. L’emplacement était idéal pour les déplacements en transports et pour Key Biscayne. Et pour finir, il n’y avait pas de frais de séjours cachés à la fin du séjour. Le canapé était en mauvais état et sous les coussins il y avait pleins de miettes et d’emballages de friandises. Le ménage était fait quotidiennement mais uniquement en surface. Le petit déjeuner était plutôt moyen et il manquait régulièrement des choses. Le personnel n’était pas accueillant et le service laissait à désirer. La climatisation est puissante peu importe la température extérieure dans tous les recoins de l’hôtel donc il faut en avoir conscience. Nous n’avions pas réalisés que nous devrions payés des taxes en arrivant à l’hôtel (400€ en plus des 1500€ de la réservation). C’est la même chose pour tous les hôtels à Miami je pense mais au moins vous saurez avant d’arriver 🙂

• Tulin (2/5): - Hotel is facing the Metrorail; therefore, you will be exposed to the noise. I asked to change my room or leaving the hotel but reception referred me to the shift manager. I called the shift manager couple of time again no answer. The room floors were not vacuumed as well. Waste of money in summary
• JOSE ANTONIO (9/5): En Brickell, relación calidad precio - Habitación muy amplia y equipada. Cama y baño comodísimo, plato de ducha amplio, sábanas y toallas de mucha calidad. Desayuno buffet muy completo con opciones saladas calientes y dulces de todo tipo. Abundante, variado y calidad media. Ubicación excelente, no está en el corazón de Brickell, pero está MUY cerca, a minutos de metromover y metrorail. Y cuesta muuucho menos. Merece la pena. Lugar seguro de día y de noche. Parking con valet, 30 us/día, si estás una semana 20 us/día. MUY cómodo. Aire acondicionado de Lobby y zona de desayuno a muy baja temperatura, hay que abrigarse... Horario de desayuno hasta las 9:30, debería ampliarse hasta las 10

• MAUREEN (2/5): I would not recommend this property. - Closeness to the cruise pier We arrived in the evening, had to enter through parking garage….sketchy. Sofa was dumpy. There were no sheets, blankets and missing a pillow for pullout sofa. Room was booked for 2 adults and two children 10& 12. When we called for all the missing items, someone eventually came up with a blanket. We had to call a second time and they brought a pillow. We had to wait a third time for the sheets and had to make it up ourselves. I would not recommend this particular property. Upon returning from our cruise, we stayed up at a Homewood suites by the airport and it was wonderful. This particular property needs to do better.

• Gollop (6/5): Make sure have the right hotel as they will not tell you! - Room was fine. Basic but ok. Not this Homewood suites but originally went to the wrong one and wasnt told we were in the wrong one (if fact we were told our room would be ready at 4pm having looked at our passport) . So we left our luggage and went off for our day. Then after our day we got cab back to the correct hotel and realised we needed to go and collect all our luggage. While this was happening another visitor arrived having done the same thing. Appreciate was our fault but if had been told we would have corrected it very quickly and planned our day differently and not had to spend over £100 on cabs to collect our luggage.

We stayed in two different rooms one was ok but the other needed mending in the bathroom, broken sofa and uncomfortable bed.

• carlosmiami30 (10/5): Location and service - We had a pleasant stay at the hotel which is very close to Miami Downtown and Brickell areas. You can walk or take a train. Conveniently located for families with kids. There is a playground just steps outside of the hotel. Margaret and Devante were very helpful and provided us with a great room. Breakfast is good as well.

• Jim_PSU (8/5): A repeat customer - This was my second stay at this Homewood Suites this year. They relocated the lobby to be very welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and super-quiet. No Miami beachfront views here, but very good if you are looking for a solid place to stay without the beach view prices. Other reviewers questioned the hotel's location, but I actually like the fact that it's not in the middle of the downtown Brickell traffic and noise. The location makes it easier to move in and out of the area if you have a car. Plus, there is a nice walking/biking trail in front of the hotel that takes you directly to the restaurants and shopping after a less than 10 minute walk. I will stay here again when in the area.

• NealTWB (8/5): Good hotel with some design flaws - The Homewood Suites in Brickell is a very nice hotel in a safe and thriving neighborhood. The rooms are large and modern. The lobby and breakfast areas have been nicely remodeled. Breakfast is very good and the Wednesday evening social is nice. The staff is pleasant. Publix is a short walk away and lots of restaurants and other stores are about a ten minute walk away. The M-Path directly across the street makes accessing everywhere very easy. The Brickell Metrorail station (easy access to/from airport for $2.25 each way) and MetroMover station (free monorail to/from Downtown) are a ten minute walk away on the M-Path. The design flaws include the lack of views on one side of the building. Out my window, all I could see was the inside of the parking garage next door! The entrance is also odd with the lobby on the second floor and the parking garage being on the first floor which lacks a secure street-level pedestrian entrance.

• Patrick (4/5): Fraudulent invoice overcharging by almost 5% - Nice room. The hotel was overcharging me by almost 5%. They did not react to messages through booking.com and ignored my e-mails as well. When I rang them they claimed that I changed to a 'better' room which is more expensive. This claim was as false as ridiculous. I stayed in the same room all the time. According to available information all rooms are of the same category anyhow. This overcharging based on a fraudulent claim is unacceptable, ignoring my mails and messages is thus very telling. I really had to get into a serious discussion with the staff in order to get my money back. Do not fall for this scam, check you bill instantly, not only when you receive an e-mail because they claim to have run out of paper (or any other strange excuse).

• ifly737 (6/5): Average Stay, Good Location - The Homewood Suites Brickell is a decent property. The public areas are getting remodeled which it probably needed. Rooms are great for an extended stay as they are equipped with refrigerators and cooktop. Otherwise it's just an average room. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Brickell entertainment area and shopping. Which is a positive. It's an easy, safe walk and we did it back in the dark. We stayed for one night before a cruise. Would I go again, sure, is it a 5 star property.....no.

Do centrum Brickell można też dojść na pieszo. Czułem się w okolicy bardzo bezpiecznie. Hotel posiada parking, z ktorego korzystaliśmy. Personel byl bardzo pomocny. Warunki w pokoju byly dobre, choć było widać zuzycie wykladzin. Korzystaliśmy z siłowni, ktora była lepiej wyposażona niż przeciętna hotelowa. Dobra cena do oferowanej jakości. Śniadania mogły by być bardziej różnorodne.

• Andrey (4/5): - proximity to the bars is manageable walking distance although not close you do save money not getting an uber everytime. The experience of staying close to brickell bars and cafes was a good one. The main reason for booking this hotel over others was the cooker and microwave in the room so that i can save money not eating out in overpriced places. So can you imagine my dissapointment to find out that the cooker was not working. The swimming pool while nice and cosy was disappointingly dirty every day that i used it with dead wasps and other stuff in it, also the water temp was way too cold even for me. When checking out i requested a late check out which i payed a premium for yet despite this i still felt rushed by the staff to leave earlier which is unacceptable considering the price i payed for that late check out!

Ne change pas les draps du coup j’ai dû demander qu’ils viennent me changer mes draps qui été sale de la veille. Mes poubelles n’ont pas été changé à plusieurs reprises. Le sol est très sale, surtout la moquette ( il faut passer l’aspirateur )

• Harris (7/5): Okay hotel - The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The entrance was very weird and disturbing. It's like we were in an alley. The room was clean however, in the lobby by the elevator a women were bleeding and drop blood on the floor. It's seem like she may have just gotten a surgery done. The next day the blood was still there in the same spot. Which I thought was nasty. Thr breakfast was horrible but it free.

• Cristina Ioana (6/5): An unpleasant surprise offered by a Hilton chain hotel - The location was good, close to all transportation means and The Brickell City Mall, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, well lit, with all necessary utilities and amenities. Cleaning was also done regularly and as expected. Breakfast: Simple american specific breakfast with a very poor variety, especially for long stays, with no refill for fruits, yogurt, cheese and pastries when finished within the breakfast hours. The food quantities were not calibrated to the number of guests. Hotel building: For the entire stay one of the two elevators was out of service, making impossible to use the only one functional ascensor by all 8 floor guests, especially during breakfast hours. Various guests complained that the elevator was out of service for a very long time, as they stayed here before encountering the same problem. Pool area: absolutely not functional with water leaking up to the ground floor area. Repairs were not done during the stay and until we left, marks of wet floor were arranged at the ground floor entrance, making it hard to carry luggages. Reception staff: Although the reservation was made via booking.com the amount charged from my card was higher than the reservation value. After several discussion with various receptionists finally the refund was made at check-out.

One of the two elevators has been out of service for the entire stay, forcing guests and room service staff to share the same elevator, causing constant delays and inconvenience. This is particularly problematic when traveling with children. Additionally, hotel management has been largely unavailable and uncooperative. Rather than contacting me directly to address the situation, I was asked via text message to personally look for the manager or assistant manager. When I explained that I was accompanying my children—who are youth sailing athletes (Optimist class) competing in a championship and representing the Argentine team—the hotel replied that they “did not believe” anyone would contact me. The overall treatment from management has been unacceptable. Even members of the housekeeping staff openly complain about the poor treatment they receive, as well as how guests are handled, which reflects a serious lack of professionalism. I specifically chose and paid for this hotel based on its brand reputation and the standards presented on your platform. Unfortunately, the reality of the stay has been very different from what was promised, resulting in significant stress for my family and me. I kindly request that you review this case and assist in reaching an appropriate resolution, as the service provided does not match the description or expectations associated with this booking.

L'hôtel est propre, le petit dej varié, les chambres spacieuses, la literie très confortable. Il y a une laverie gratuite, ce qui nous a bien depanné pendant notre séjour. Il manque un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine.

• ronneshiaw (8/5): Nice hotel and Vicinity to Downtown - The hotel property and vicinity to Downtown Miami was awesome. Stay was a short couples trip. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The breakfast was tasty. Usually hotel breakfast is a hit or miss but the breakfast tacos were the plus! The service at the front desk and valet was a little slow but the staff were nice. Would recommend!

Room changed but has ants. Although was told it would be cleaned or sprayed but not done. 3. Initially the sofa bed was missing, although upon insisting it was given later. This is the first time such a thing has happened so not sure how to take it up.

Es horrible el hotel, esta viejo y no esta en la zona que dice. esta al sur, OJO CON EL ANUNCIO ES FAKE Bueno, el personal nos trato muy mal, tengo videos de la señorita Maria maltratandome en la recepcion El personal de limpieza fue solo 1 dia ala habitacion, y no hizo mi cama, no lavo los platos, no limpio la ducha, la mesa.. Todas las noches solicite sabanas, toallas frazadas, que limpien la pieza, y eso no sucedia, hablamos con Margaret la encargada cada mañana al irnos, para que limpien la habitacion, y no sucedia. En la habitacion no habia tostadora, ni utensillos, no habia vasos, ni tenedores, nada, ni repasadores, ni papel. faltaban sillas, el sofa cama estaba roto. Nos dieron una habitacion que no era la solicitada. Todo sucio, todo roto, la zona NO es brickell, es mentira, es mas abajo casi dadeland o coral. el anuncio es falso. fueron denunciados ante booking y ante un abogado. un desastre. no voy a parar hasta que alguien responsable del hilton sepa de todo lo mal que la pasamos. si ests leyendo esto, preferible que pagues la mitad y vayas a un ABnb. te lo aseguro. El desayuno estaba con todas las maquinas fuera de orden asi que ni tostadas podias hacerte. te dan lechon y huevo todo en bolsas recalentado en microondAS, un verdadero asco

The King Room Suite was spacious and very clean, and the internet speed was impressively fast, Every day rom house keeping. I’m not sure why the front desk staff wouldn’t let me pay with Apple Pay. He insisted that I use a physical card. What if I didn’t have another card with me, or if my secondary card didn’t have enough balance to cover the full amount.

• Rosemary (3/5): Did Not Get What I Paid For - Room was big with kitchen including dishwasher. It was quiet. Breakfast was included. When I booked through Booking.com, I requested an accessible room because I am handicapped. When I checked into the hotel I was told they had no such request. I showed the receptionist the paper showing I did request a 2 bedroom accessible handicap room. She told me nothing was available. Unfortunately, the room she gave us had a tub which I had difficulty stepping into because of my knees and back. This is not the first time this has happened booking through Booking.com. I may not use your services again.

• jacksonmF232KI (6/5): Decent spot! - Comfortable room, good amenities, clean spaces. 3rd party valet group gave vague instructions and were a bit rude. No complaints about in-house staff.
