One of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced. The price. But, it was equivalent or better than other in the area. The parking lot is so tight. We have a minivan and it felt like we barely fit.

We were visiting the University of Washington and were able to walk there for our tour. We would stay there again. We didn't love the breakfast options the days we were there. Our kids would have liked pancakes, a waffle maker and maybe biscuits. The packaged waffles and packaged breakfast sandwiches weren't great. I thought the oatmeal bar was fantastic.

- tol255 (8/5): ### Very pleasant stay ### - It is not your five stars downtown Seattle hotel , I choose for the convenient and great rate with Marriott Bonvoy PE member for few day during my girl paying visit to her niece trendy stylish welcoming laid back atmosphere with professional front staff , included free breakfast rooms already upgrade so spacious with comfy clean bedding nice modern bathroom , no restaurant on site but fully equipped kitchen plus launderette accessible with safe walking distance to variety restaurants , coffee shops and shopping plus the UW ! but very impressed me the most is the Inn staff so polite friendly accommodating , you never get that kinds service in any 5 stars hotel downtown ! Thinking to visit Seattle make sure check the Inn first you will surprise how much money you saving !

The room card key was not working. I couldn’t walk in the lobby floor from stairway door since elevator was occupied always.

- run2sea (10/5): Wonderful welcome with a personal touch at a great hotel - I had to make a solo trip to Seattle on my birthday and received an unexpectedly wonderful welcome with a gift basket and card acknowledging my birthday. The hotel itself is extremely well-situated in the University district with public transport (including light rail to/from the airport) and many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Service was friendly and outstanding. I will definitely recommend this hotel and its staff!

Staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful. our room was very clean. the bed was okay, but a little on hard side. no pool.

Being that it was an emergency due to mother in law in hospital. The additional prices that are added by surprise. The $100 to have my 15lb dog stay with us when they website states" charges MAY apply". I have never been charged $100 for a 2 night stay. The guest service employee reduced it to $50 + parking I was told would be $15. Yet my card was charged an extra $110. I do not like these extra surprise charges once we arrived when our situation was already a stressful one. We drove 6+ hrs because our mother was taken by ambulance for emergency heart surgery and we were not sure she was going to make it. It was alot. Paying $398 for 2 night stay and then all of these additional charges was not an experience Id like to have again.

- Alexandra (10/5): Clean and perfect location - Clean, modern, full kitchen, friendly staff, key card elevators, breakfast included. Location was perfect, close to restaurants, cafes, markets, just a block away from the Link light rail station where you can catch a train to go to Pike Place, downtown, Space Needle, UW and even to the airport which was very convenient, comfortable, easy and very inexpensive compared to Uber/Lyft. Definitely coming back here. Highly recommend. 👍 Wish breakfast included bacon, too 😐

- Guevarra (10/5): Great Value for money and spacious - I liked the layout of our room and the fact that the staff were so accommodating. I didnt like that there no water stations anywhere except for the gym, so I had to bring my waterbottle down and fill it in there. If I hadn't the only other option would be to buy water in the lobby or someplace else.

The only three small things to list are that the coffee/tea maker needs a descale. The coffee or tea did not taste good. It would be nice to have a liquid soap and lotion dispenser at the sink. The soap bar fell apart. The body wash in the shower smelled very chemical and like a detergent. The breakfast should be available until 10 am.

Everything was perfect for us from check in to check out. Our room was spacious, spotless and so comfortable. The entire hotel is up to date with modern touches. I would love to stay here again!

Colazione poco variata e non particolarmente buona (bagles surgelati, scrambled eggs tutt'altro che appetitosi, poca frutta fresca, ecc.). La camera era al di sotto delle attese: più piccola del previsto, poco luminosa, al secondo piano sebbene avessi richiesto piani alti. Inoltre, alla reception non conoscevano l'ammontare della cifra da me pagata (con tre mesi di anticipo!) e per la quale richiedevo fattura (forse questo problema è da inputare a Booking?). Alla fine ho avuto una fattura di importo lievemente inferiore a quanto effettivamente pagato.

- Crowhollow (10/5): Stellar staff - After three stays at this property, I continue to be impressed by the helpful front desk staff. In particular, it is a pleasure to be greeted by Naomi, who has been very welcoming and accommodating during each of my stays. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast offers a lot of options in a pleasant dining area. My only complaint is that, like a lot of hotels, the climate control/thermostat seems to turn off at night when there is no motion in the room, leading to a stuffy, warm room that impacts my sleep.

However, my keycard was not activated and I was stuck in underground parking with no way to get out except to walk up the stairs with my bags and out to the street and around the block back to the main door. All doors except the one to the street were locked and inaccessible without keycard. This to me is a serious health and safety issue.

- 208ezrap (2/5): Robbery in :Daylight - I would not recommend this hotel, solely based on safety. I was sitting in the lobby working on my laptop here for a business trip when a man walked in with a gun & robbed the front desk. He got the money from the register & left. I am grateful he did not hurt any employees or customers, but the bigger issue is why are the doors not locked 24/7? Why is there not security? No one from management reached out to me or even followed up, this happened a week ago. I spend 100 nights a year in Marriott’s hotels for work & this is the first & hopefully last time this happens. This is clearly not the first time an incident like this has happened at this hotel based on what the staff told me. This area is not safe unfortunately; I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
