Malerie (8/5): Had a good time, I would stay there again! - Great place to stay with family. Very kid & dog friendly. There’s lots to do to entertain everyone! We stayed in one of their Airstream trailers on the property. It was nice and would have been perfect except that the windows and blinds looked like they hadn’t been cleaned/ dusted off for a very long time & one of our screens was ripped.

We rented a cottage and vintage trailer to accommodate our party. Our BBQ's igniter didn't work and the staff was there within 5 minutes to get it operational. That is incredible service!!! We didn't need it, but the charge for visiting guests is ridiculous. I understand as the place was near capacity, so I'm sure that demand drives the nightly rates are higher than most local hotels/motels.

Josh (1/5): Very unfortunate. - Property was very clean and easy to navigate The manager is extremely non professional and not helpful at all. My friends and I camp up at flying flags a lot but after this last stay none of us will be returning again just because of the manager. She was very rude to our guests and did not offer us any help in a positive way to fix the camping spot confusion we had with some other guests.

Thu (9/5): This location is an unexpected gem. We would come back again. - The grounds are nice and very kid and pet friendly. The Cottage we stayed in exceeded our expectations. The main bedroom and loft sleeping area was clean. The cottage allowed for privacy while still feeling like a part of the community. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware and glassware. The pool assigned to our cottage was not heated, so we had to use the main pool, but it was just a little walk. The lack of wifi was unusual. The instructions they purported to give never worked. We also requested extra bedding for the pull out couch and it was never delivered despite making in person requests twice.

Marisol (6/5): I was disappointed, I didn’t feel safe or comfortable for different reasons. - The staff was great, especially a girl who checked me in in the evening. My biggest concern with the cabin was that the whole room would shake EVERY time a bigger car (a big rig or similar) would drive by the back street. This was about every 10 minutes or less. It was constant and would not allow me to sleep. Literally, the whole room would shake. Additionally, there was no lotion in the lotion container. The blinds in the kitchen were broken, not giving me full privacy. And the blinds in the bedroom did not reach the bottom which was even more concerning because I didn’t have full privacy in the bedroom. I had to put towels at the bottom to cover the missing part.

Joyce (5/5): Could be a Great Vacation Spot - Very cute little surf cabin. 2 decks. Facilities have a lot to offer and the property is huge. Location is great. We couldn't breathe from Bleach smell so bad I had to use air freshener and open whole place up on arrival. Early A.M. we discover we had No Shower Curtain, and very low water pressure. It took a while to bring one, Office not open yet. Pass thru kitchen to deck window needs weather/bug seal to cover the 1/2"+ gap we blocked with towels. Coffee maker ?? Hot water kettle and 2 hotel coffee pouches for our 3 night stay. I wasn't happy about the 3-4 texts daily. Way too many.

Maria (10/5): Relaxing time with friends, filled with plenty to do from wineries to hiking. - We stayed in the BH cottage and it was perfect for our needs. The outdoor patio was perfect and we enjoyed a nice fire with wine on the patio. The resort was family and dog friendly. Plenty of activities for everyone. The amenities were great. We loved the location. Most of all the staff were super helpful and friendly.We plan on returning again with more of our family and friends.

Their “bed side manor” sucked. But as far as the site itself and the accommodations that was great. Very nicely located and beautiful property. We had 3 spots and wood like to bring a lot more people next time but would need some improvements with customer service staff at the front office. We spent 1500-2000k for 3 spots for 2 night and were treated very poorly from staff. Unfortunate considering the girl next to us fell into a hole and they were bringing her gifts and drooling all over her. They really should treat all customers with the same type of treatment.

We called to address the ongoing issue, unfortunately, it did not work . They came to spray for the ants but it did not stop the ants from invading both floors of the cottage. It was annoyingly bad. Also, the bathroom door didn’t work and couldn’t get fixed after we reported and the floors were very dirty. Lastly , the AC didn’t work at one point -but got resolved by the facilities.

Nyeema (10/5): Second time visiting in 8 years - I really like this property a lot. We stayed in the surfer cabin. It's not that big but it's lovely. I wouldn't recommend staying there with kids that were older than 14 if they're very tall. But for a small family of surfer cabin works. You can stand a wine country cabin if you need more space. I love that they have a grill and an outdoor area. It's such a fun place for kids because they can ride their bikes around the property you can use the pools. Highly recommend staying if you have a group but don't want to share a house with the group. You all can get your own tiny home and then hang out in the common areas.
