Temirkairatkyzy (10/5): - Here's a polished positive review you can post: I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Baku Intourist for 5 days and 4 nights. From the very first day, I felt truly cared for. Unfortunately, I became sick shortly after arriving in Baku, but the reception team was incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed me to use the spa at 10:00 a.m. so I could rest and recover, and they also arranged an early check-in at 12:00 p.m., which I greatly appreciated. The room service was excellent throughout my stay, and the food was absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet, which was included, offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options every morning. We also tried the Chocolate Fountain dessert, which was amazing, and enjoyed a fish dinner that was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic. A special thank you to Eldeniz, who was exceptionally attentive and professional during breakfast service. I would also like to express my gratitude to Miz-Meyti, Ilkin, Reyhan, Jayla, Elnaza, and Leyla for their kindness, hospitality, and excellent service. Special thanks to everyone working at Sheraton Baku Intourist for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. The warm hospitality, delicious food, and outstanding customer service made this a truly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future!

Michael (6/5): שהייה טובה ונעימה לסוף שבוע - אנשי צוות נחמדים ומנסים לעשות כמיטב יכולתם, מיקום עם נוף יפה לים ולגלגל ענק למי שלוקח חדר עם מרפסת ונוף, זה משדרג! לא היה שמפו וסבון באמבטיה ( הבקבוקים היו ריקים …) החדר לא היה נקי במיוחד.. בחדר אוכל במגוון די דל בקיצור מלון 5 כוכבים זה לא!

Otelin konumu, temizliği, kahvaltısı, restorandaki yemek kalitesi harikaydı. Özellikle ilk otele girişimizdeki yardımları ve sıcak karşılamaları için gece müdürü Seymur Bey'e, Aydana Hanım'a, Nuran Bey'e ve housekeeping Ali Bey'e çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Kesinlikle önerdiğimiz otellerden birisi olarak listemize girdi.

Jan (10/5): Exceptional Service!!!, Stunning Views, and an Unforgettable Stay - The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. I had a spacious room with a stunning sea view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out, however, was the attitude of the entire staff – especially Ramil, Yusif, Elshan, El Dayiz, Süney, and Ilqar. I can honestly say I have rarely experienced such exceptional service during my travels. Another highlight worth mentioning was the breakfast – absolutely outstanding, both in terms of variety and quality. The only point for improvement would be the spa opening hours. Extending them until midnight would make a big difference, as it is currently open only until 8:00 PM, which feels quite early – most guests don’t even have time to return from dinner and enjoy it.

The fact that rooms 235 and 237 were connected made our stay even more enjoyable, creating a feeling that we were all in the same room. The fresh and carefully prepared breakfast options were truly pleasing. Mr. İlkin's attention and kind gestures, and Ms. Reyhan's preparations, ensured a wonderful start to our day. The friendly welcome from Leyla, Günay, Jale, and Elnara, each morning and the sincere approach of all the staff, made us feel truly special. Оснащение номера, телевизор не всегда переключает каналы. Санузел ужасный, душ расположен на подиуме с которого вода стекает на пол. Болтаются детали смесителя. Кнопка слива унитаза расположена за крышкой самого унитаза. Смеситель умывальника расположен далеко от мойки, часть воды попадает мимо. Смеситель маленький и неудобный при умывании. Фен расположен в шкафу в коридоре. Подушки огромные, не удобные.
