- Justin Alejandro (9/5): Excelente ubicación y muy limpio. - La ubicación es excelente, potencialmente una de las mejores de Gangnam. Tiene la parada de buses al frente y la estación de metro a 2 minutos. El hotel se siente muy limpio, espacioso y cuenta con todas las amenidades. No creo que sea un aspecto negativo, pero si puede ser inesperado dormir en una cama baja (en el suelo). Igualmente es súper cómoda.

- Alessandro (7/5): Leider nicht wie erwartet - Sehr nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, gutes Bett Hatte High Speed Internet Zimmer gebucht und ich hatte lediglich 4 MBits. Selbst nachdem ich reklamiert hatte und ein angeblicher Techniker aufs Zimmer kam wurde mir nicht geholfen. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Zusätzlich ist das Hotel durch die Bushaltestelle und die Hauptstraße extrem laut gewesen. Auch damit wird geworben „Schallschutz“ auch das war meiner Meinung nach nicht vorhanden.

- Marcello (10/5): Un albergo minimal nel cuore di a Seul. - Posizione comoda. Ultimamente vado in questo albergo ogni volta che vado a Seul. Ci sono ristoranti e caffetterie nelle vicinanze ed è vicino alla metropolitana. Colazione triste e servita tardi a partire dalle 07.00.
- Kayo (8/5): 駅近で移動が楽！また利用したいです^_^ - 地下鉄駅から徒歩5分以内、空港リムジンバス停は目の前なので移動が楽でした。 近くにコンビニ、飲食店も多く0時近くまで営業しているので困りませんでした。 ホテル内にセルフコインランドリーがあり、2時間で乾燥まで終わったので助かりました。 滞在中の清掃も問題なし。 シャワーも水圧しっかりしていて問題なし。 帰国後忘れ物に気付き連絡しましたがきちんと対応してくれたので有り難かったです。 バゲージラックはありません。 2名滞在で同時に荷物を広げると歩くのが難しいかなと思います。 コインランドリーは上部操作パネルが外れかけていて不安でした。メンテナンスお願いします。 部屋の温度調整が出来なかったのが辛かったです(まだ全室ヒーターだと言われた) 窓側の床の埃が少し気になったかな…

- Eliana Carolina (9/5): Buena ubicación y sistema de transporte cerca - Está en una excelente ubicación, tiene a 2 minutos la estación de tres yangjae línea 3, a 10 minutos la estación Gangnam, la zona como todo Gangnam es buenísima, tiene de todo cerca, y es muy tranquila La habitación excesivamente pequeña para 3 personas, no tiene un clóset, y éramos 3 personas por 17 noches, nos resultó incómodisimo no tener para colgar abrigos y poner zapatos por lo menos ya que donde se podía no cabían abrigos de invierno y zapatos y la habitación era tan diminuta que teníamos 6 molestas y era horrible el espacio, movernos era muy difícil porque en realidad era muy pequeña para nuestra larga estancia que definitivamente nos obligaba a tener maletas grandes.Tampoco me gustó su personal de limpieza, entraban y lavaban las tazas del café en el lavamanos del baño solo con agua, eso era asqueroso! no dejaban siempre los suministros, no limpiaban nada, solo cambiaban toallas y limpiaban el baño, de resto pobre la limpieza, nos dejaron sin jabón de baño un día, gracias a Dios teníamos que o nuestro. Las almohadas terribles y las sábanas si te mueves suenan de lo ásperas que son.

- TOMOMI (8/5): 交通の便が良く客室も満足だがwifiが遅いホテル - 空港バスがホテルの近くに泊まり駅やバス停が近く移動に便利。客室も可愛くキレイでシャワーの水圧も問題なし。女性スタッフや清掃スタッフが挨拶してくださり対応が良い。 1人で宿泊するには価格が高く、今回はたまたま新春セール中で安く泊まれたので良かった。 wifiの調子が悪かったのか特に夜になるとwifiの速度が遅くなりYouTubeが見れないレベルで困った。18階のお部屋でした。滞在中に部屋で仕事をする際もwifiが遅くて使えず、自分のe-simをテザリングしてPCを使ったのでホテルで仕事する人は注意が必要だと思う。

- Nur Amirah Syazwani (9/5): for a short stay, I would choose this place again! - The staff can speak english well, very close to Yangjae Station, abt a 3mins walk. Thr are a few convenience stores nearby, and coffee shops. I chose the Zen Double Room. Although my room was located at the very end of the corner, which felt a bit scary, the room was clean, had good facilities, and was quite spacious for two ppl. For muslims looking for halal food, it was quite difficult & had to travel a bit by train, the nearest would be King Kebab which is just one station away. If you’re traveling to/from the airport, there’s an airport bus stop conveniently located right in front of the hotel.

- Sylwia (9/5): Pobyt był bardzo udany. :) - Czystość w pokoju i udogodnienia bez zarzutu. Nie korzystałam ze śniadania w hotelu, więc trudno mi ocenić. Hotel jest zlokalizowany w bardzo dobrym miejscu i naokoło jest wiele punktów gastronomicznych, gdzie można zjeść zarówno śniadanie jak i inne posiłki. Hotel wart jest swojej ceny. Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

The room was large enough and very clean. Daily service was great. It was quiet and comfortable and the bathroom was a fgood size. I liked the water pressure in the shower.

There was quite a bit of dust from the fabrics, and the floor looked dirty. The table seemed old and hadn’t been wiped properly there were still food stains and crumbs. The location is very convenient with several convenience stores nearby. Overall, it’s not bad, but it would be much better if the cleaning was more thorough. the area around the hotel feels safe and not too busy. The front desk staff were polite and efficient, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and greeted guests warmly.
