The room I was given at first was really weirdly designed with a high step to enter into the bathroom and I almost tripped using it during the night. The breakfast is simple but good. The bedding/pillow was a little smelly, like stale sweat. Otherwise it was fine.

- Kaori (9/5): - 駅近と言うこともあり立地が良い割にはお値段が安くて驚いた。私は車でしたが、１０台ほど少ないながらも停められる地下駐車場もあり此処を選びました。 急遽の一泊先に選んだのですが、フロントの方は親切に対応してくださりとても安心出来ました。 トイレとお風呂が別だったのがビックリ。色々と使えるものの貸し出しがあったり、マッサージチェアがあったり漫画本が読めたり、ホテル周辺に色々と飲食店ありますが、ホテル１階には寿司居酒屋さんもあって食事にも困りませんでした。 朝食の提供も、お部屋で食べる事が出来たので周りを気にせずゆっくり食べられて良かったです。 部屋によるのかも知れませんが、お風呂が高さが結構あってサイズが小さくて、お湯はしっかりお湯張り出来ましたが体が大きい私には少し狭かったのが残念でした。 そりゃ、お風呂とトイレ別になるよなぁ。って思いました。

The hotel has a little gym corner that I used very good and the massage chair was divine. I thought the hotel had a good car park, but it was very small and quite expensive.

- Dennis Degroot (8/5): Good hotel for the money. - The room was larger than a typical Japanese hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet at night. It is a short walk to the Hon Atsugi train station, with several shopping and eating options available. The refrigerator in the room was ice cold. I like that they have a large selection of pillows you can pick from, along with many other amenities. I also had several hangers and enough space to hang up my clothes. And best of all, no silly key card slot required to turn on the lights and A/C. Pay laundry, with free soap is available, and the machines worked well. There is a Denny's (good American type breakfast), and a Royal Hoist (Black Angus steaks) restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The rooms are dated. I don't recall the last time I had to use an actual key, chained to a wooden stick, to unlock the room. The hallway from the elevator to the rooms are always hot. I did notice some dust, on the table by the bed, a piece of trash on top of the spare toilet paper roll, and some unknown hair in the bathroom when I checked into my room. The A/C in my room took some time to cool off the room, but was it did cool off, it stayed comfortable. The lack of a vending machine with beer was a surprise. But there is a Family Mart across the street, with plenty of drinks to choice from. Parking can be a challenge, with a small number of parking spots at the hotel. There is pay parking in the area, but you have to read the Japanese signs to know which spots are available, and what, the prices are. No English TV. It would be nice if they at least had CNN or BBC international available.
- SACHIKO (7/5): お部屋広くしてくれてありがとう - 6人の家族旅行でしたが2人ずつの3部屋に分かれて予約を取りました。なるべく近くの部屋を要望したら隣同士にして下さったし、1部屋は少し広い部屋にして下さったので、寝る直前まで広い部屋に皆で集合して過ごすことが出来たので良かったです。 1階ロビーのタバコ臭が無ければいいのにと思います。

- TAKAHIRO (6/5): いい点と悪い点ありました - 冷蔵庫のトレーに髪の毛が付着していた点と室内の消臭剤の霧吹き口部分が壊れていてフロントに交換を依頼したが中々届かず3回くらい催促の連絡を入れた点の２点は改善していただきたいです。 それ以外は部屋もまずまずの広さで水まわりの清潔感もあり館内設備も充実していてコスパもいいのでよかったです。
- Verified traveler (8/5): - 由於酒店在市區內，泊車費用昂貴，而且車位有限，晚餐回來已沒車位，要泊在其他停車場，不方便。早餐是最差，只有麵包、沙律菜和珈啡及數粒燒賣，我第二天要自己買火腿作早餐，完全不符合酒店的宣傳。房間還可以，但性價比低。由於遇上黃金週，冇辦法才選擇這酒店。

- Akemi (10/5): - Everything is wonderful at Hotel Tokai. The staff are the most wonderful people. Their services are excellent. The room is always clean. Beds are very comfortable and clean. The free breakfast is perfect. The location is also perfect, closed to the train station and safe to walk. We enjoyed our stay this year again! Thank you very much!!

- Michele (8/5): I would definitely stay there again - The place was well set up & for Japan a fair size room. The brochures in the room explained everything you needed to know. The location was great within walking distance to everything. With a bus stop out front. The breakfast was very basic I wouldn’t bother with it next time. There are plenty of choices outside very close, also a supermarket less than 100mt with a good selection.
