- Ruedi (5/5): - Die Lage super. Personal sehr nett. Leider schon beim Eingang der Teppich schmutzig und defekt. Abluft Toilette Filter stark verstopft und beim Türschloss konnte man den Knopf des Zylinder abziehen. Matratze war "durch" Frühstück "normal"... Schade. Für das schöne Haus und die Lage reicht es nicht.
- Franziska (2/5): - Nur die Lage ist noch großartig Völlig überzogene Preise nach Besitzerwechsel Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon einmal in diesem Hotel und damals sehr zufrieden. Nach dem Besitzerwechsel im letzten Jahr hat sich das Niveau leider drastisch verschlechtert. Das einzig Grossartige an diesem Hotel ist heute nur noch die Lage. Service & Empfang: Während die Dame an der Rezeption bemüht und wohlwollend war, war das Verhalten der neuen Führungskräfte absolut unprofessionell. Man wird keines Blickes gewürdigt, stattdessen wird Gästen beim Empfang der Rücken zugedreht. Ein solch ignorantes Verhalten ist im Gastgewerbe völlig fehl am Platz. Sauberkeit: Hier gibt es massive Mängel. Schon der Aufzug war schmutzig. Im Zimmer ging es leider weiter: Der Teppich war nicht gründlich gesaugt, es gab auffällig viele Spinnenweben und im Badezimmer klebten noch Flecken und Spritzer der Vorgänger an den Fliesen beim Waschbecken. Das ist unhygienisch und darf in dieser Preisklasse absolut nicht passieren. Frühstück: Das Buffet war extrem dürftig und entsprach ebenfalls in keiner Weise dem Standard, den man für dieses Geld erwartet. Fazit: Die gute Lage kann die gravierenden Mängel bei Service, Sauberkeit und Essen nicht wettmachen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht mehr, da die Preise in keinem Verhältnis zur erbrachten Leistung stehen. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.
- Antonio (6/5): Décevant - L’emplacement Le charme extérieur de l’hôtel On arrive dans une chambre qui n’était pas celle des photos (vue sur le lac et lit King-Sise) avec un lit qui a été fait à la va vite (pas du tout King-sise) sans compter le nettoyage défaillant. On nous propose une chambre dans un autre étage laquelle on n’as pas accepté pour diverses raisons, On nous propose une troisième chambre qu’on fini par accepter avec vue latérale sur le Lac… Malheureusement dans celle ci je tiens à relever le manque d’un deuxième oreiller (trop mou), une porte de salle de bain qui a la poignée à moitié cassé, une douche qui n’est pas étanche il fallait faire attention pour n’avoir pas d’eau sur toute la salle de bain, la chasse d’eau aussi cassé, le nettoyage du balcon inexistant, me mobilier qui commence à dater… Le petit déjeuner décevant avec très peu de choix…

- Antonio Rizzo-Tschurr (7/5): Allesgut, gerne wieder - Grosszügiges Zimmer, tolle Terrasse mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Lage direkt am See war auch wunderschön. Sehr willkommen auch die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Der Teppich im Zimmer hat auf mich nicht sehr hygienisch gewirkt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, um zu Fuss 1Std an der Seeuferpromenade entlang Thun-Stadzentrum zu erreichen oder mit dem öffentlichen Bus in 10 Minuten. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl, um sich satt zu essen und mit feinem Tee und Kaffee sich zu verwöhnen.

- Oktoberfest110 (8/5): Très bon séjour dans une chambre très agréable - Excellent emplacement au bord du lac, superbe vue sur les montagnes et sur le lac. La chambre était spacieuse. La terasse en extérieure est très agréable. C'est triste que le bar ne soit pas ouvert et que l'hôtel ne propose pas d'alcool du tout. Très surprenant pour un hôtel de ce standing. La chambre que j'occupais mériterait d'être visitée par un électricien pour réparer les lampes de la tête de lit qui ne marchait pas.

- Lara (3/5): Wenn ich ein Hotel buche, erwarte ich nicht das Bett noch selber anziehen zu müssen. - Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Die Reception für das Check-Inn war um 20:20 Uhr schon geschlossen obwohl online bis 22:00 Uhr steht. Erst 20 Minuten später konnten wir jemand erreichen und bitten zu kommen um uns unser Zimmerschlüssel zu geben. Der Herr kam und überreichte uns die Zimmerschlüssel. Er konnte uns jedoch nicht sagen wo das Zimmer ist. Wir mussten unser Zimmer (Penthouse Apartment, Zimmertüre war nicht mit Zimmernummer angeschrieben) selber suchen gehen. Im Zimmer angekommen war nur ein Bett gemacht worden. Gebucht habe ich für 4 Erwachsene Personen. Der Herr sagte uns das sei normal, wir müssen das Bettsofa selber beziehen... Wir bezogen das Bett also selber (Schwanger im 8. Monat) und der Herr stand daneben und schaute uns zu. Beim Check-Out habe ich die Dame an der Reception nett um eine Entschädigung gebeten. Sie telefonierte mit dem Manager und gab mir schlussendlich den Manager ans Telefon. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der Herr vom Vorabend der Hotelmanger war.

- Paulimann (7/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Man erkennt noch in Teilen die Noblesse, welche dieses Haus in den 20er Jahren des letzten Jahrhunderts hatte. Der Aufpreis für ein Zimmer mit Seeblick ist es wert. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbreit. Im Hotel ist kein Alkohol erhältlich und es wird wohl auch nicht gern gesehen, wenn man sich selbst etwas mitbringt, aber das muss ja nichts Schlechtes sein. Innenausstattung und Frühstück reichen nicht ganz an den Schweizer Standard heran, aber es fehlt trotzdem an nichts.

- Hamza (7/5): - Positiv fand ich, dass Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta zur Verfügung gestellt wurden Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer ist praktisch, aber dass der Kaffee kostenpflichtig ist, finde ich sehr schade und unnötig. Hier wäre es fairer, wenn wenigstens 1 Liter Wasser kostenlos angeboten würde.

Wardrobe contains slippers and robe. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Very quiet. Spacious bathroom with everything you need (and toiletries) Frequent free (card given by the hotel) transport on the buses to get to and from Thun centre/Thun train station just about 15 minutes away! Personnel very efficient and friendly. The jam at breakfast was very sweet so seemed probably store bought and not locally homemade! Boiled eggs very good but already cooked so cold to eat!
