Esta hiper bien ubicado dentro del casco historico pero siendo un hotel 4 estrellas no entraron en los 4 dias que estuve a hacer las camas, ni sacar los residuos, ni para cambiar toallas. No hay con quien quejarse, ni siquiera tiene telefono la habitacion. El aire acondicionado hacia ruido, por momentos mermaba el agua caliente en la ducha. No tenia caja de seguridad. Que sea considerado 4 estrellas es un bochorno

• Jens (9/5): Best place to stay in the very centre of an old town - The location is excellent! The very centre of the old town in order to explore the historic places. Bus stand for tours nearby. Noisy area in the late hours of the day but for those who roam around till night it will be fine and they will find peaceful rest in the second half of the night till morning.

Hot water was limited - bathroom door was broken (but fixed) - shower head holder was loose (but fixed) - staff responded to my WhatsApp message as there was no phone in the room - to attend to the defects the following day.

• Sara (1/5): Una ABSOLUTA decepcion. - La ubicacion es inmejorable PERO a las 7 de la mañana te despierta el campanario. Eso sí, al bajar estas justo en el centro de Old Town. La limpieza fue un desastre. La cama tiene manchas por todo el cabecero. Las sabadas manchadas también. La ducha estaba asquerosa y no habia agua caliente. Llame incluso al hotel para ver si podian cambiar las sabanas por lo menos, y me dijeron que pasarian al dia siguiente. NO PASO NADIE. Llame incluso a booking para poner una reclamacion. Se espera que un hotel por el que pagas casi 200€ la noche tenga unos minimos de limpieza que para mi este alojamiento no los cumple ni por asomo.

Perfect location in the center of old town. Very clean and well kept. The noise level from a local bar & club was unbearable. That place blasted music all day and night. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you.

• José (7/5): Boa localização e cama agradável mas com algumas falhas graves. - Localização A pega do chuveiro estava avariada e não se podia utilizar. O duche devia ser todo remodelado. No último dia não houve água quente. Devia teres sido avisado para não usar o parque 2 de estacionamento. Cheguei tarde e não vi a tabela deste parque de estacionamento, paguei 230 euros por 19 horas de estacionamento.

Der er meget larm fra en bar nedenfor, som ikke er beskrevet - musikken spillede til minimum kl midnat hver aften og en masse snak fra gæsterne .. Bruseren var ved at falde ud af væggen.. Kirkeklokkerne ringer kl 0700 HVER morgen..

• Nathan (8/5): Great location in the Old Town, wonderful breakfast! - The location was great in the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The check-in is done at Pucic Palace, as is the breakfast included in our booking. Breakfast was great and started us off on the right foot for each of our days exploring! Was also feet from La Bodega, and we frequented the establishment almost every night for beers and drinks with our group of 12 total on the trip. We had someone above us, not under the control of the property manager for this unit, that was playing techno each day from about 6pm - midnight or even 2am. Wasn't a huge issue, but was interesting!

• Peter (8/5): Nice room in the center of town. - Located in the center of Dubrovnik. You just need to know that there are stairs to the room and no elevator. Also the closest taxi drop off is 10 minutes walk. But that’s true for all places in the old town of Dubrovnik. Expect church bells at 7am and music/ muffled noise from the crowd outside. But windows are good and walls are thick
• Kate (3/5): Poor - The property had a great location in the town centre. Breakfast was lovely The showers ran cold. There was a dead cockroach in the hallway. There was a funny smell in the room. The fuse kept blowing when the tv was turned on. When my partner went to complain he was met with open hostility which was then followed up with an appalling email to myself. Management eventually stepped in, hut honestly the whole stay left a sour start to the holiday.
• mamoru (8/5): - ドブロブニクの場合、観光のほとんどは旧市街なので、このホテルにいるメリットは大きい。設備面のほとんどは素晴らしいが、大きなバスタブにお湯をはる際、充分たまる前に冷水になってしまう。昔は外国あるあるで済んだが、今は日本より物価も高いのだから改善して欲しい。また私は、2階の部屋だったが、1階のレストランに流れる音楽の重低音や笑い声が夜じゅう響いていた。
• Joe (10/5): On the flat and within the medieval centre of the old town. - Breakfast was excellent. Served at the table as against a buffet. Worth recommending - however they did run out of Emglsh Breakfast Tea which, for a 5 star hotel, is pretty poor. There was no offer, despite asking twice about a 10% discount card offered for the hotel restaurant, We actually dined there but would not recommend others do so if they are stopping this incentive.
• Sandra (6/5): Overall, great - but hot water shower lasts 2-4 - Staff was very friendly. They responded very quickly when we reached out through booking - however - BE AWARE - the hot water last for 3-4 minutes. THATS IT. Then it’s freezing cold and you’ll have to wait 20-30 minutes before someone else can shower. Not very good but horrible if you have a family. Then showers will take hours before everyone is clean. We told them about this and they said they could bring a maintenance person to check on it. I have to imagine that we were not the first to notice this, so if this wasn’t fixed already, then it’s someone that cannot be fixed. Location was super convenient and the bar underneath closes at 11pm and after that, it’s nice and quiet. But not having more than a 4 minute hot shower sucks.

• Lee- (7/5): great location - location was amazing. you are right in the middle of the things. the room was a good size and the bathroom was clean. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was yummy. The bedframe was fabric and had a lot of stains and this unfortunately made the room seem less luxurious.

• Dusko (9/5): Dubrovnik is a beautiful and charming old town - The location of this property is right in the strict center, practically just a few meters from Stradun. The room is large and spacious, with an unusually low bed. The beds are comfortable; we used a room on the first floor. During the day, there is some noise from the street and the restaurants located on the ground floor, but it’s not too bad. What is unrelated to this property is the nearby church whose bell tower chimes every hour. At night, this could potentially be a problem, but we used earplugs, so it wasn’t an issue for us. The bathroom is large and beautiful. Breakfast is served at the Palata Pucic hotel, which is less than 1 minute’s walk away. The breakfast is very good, and the staff is very friendly. The entrance fee for Dubrovnik’s city walls is 35 euros, and I think it’s overpriced. Realistically, you won’t miss much if you skip it. Dubrovnik is beautiful, and it’s nice to stroll around, but I believe one afternoon is sufficient for sightseeing. Of course, be prepared for large crowds. As for restaurant prices, they’re generally okay, except for drinks (a 0.5L beer costs 8.5-9.5 euros, and a 0.15L glass of wine starts at 10 euros, which is quite expensive).

• Mariano (4/5): We Won’t stay in Blasius again! - The first impression stays forever “The girl in reception was rude.” The hot water last very short and takes ages to get hot again. They say it’s some thing about the city. But it’s not. Blasius was our last day in Dubrovnik coming back from Montenegro. Before we stayed 3 nights in another hotel here in Dubrovnik and everything there was perfect. It’s not worth to stay in Blasius.
• David (10/5): - This was a lovely apartment that was spacious and open planned with a little kitchenette and sofa. The apartment had four windows that could be opened to the hustle and bustle of the centre of the old town or could be closed for privacy and peace. The decor in the apartment was wonderful with authentic features and stone walling. All the furniture was well kept and comfortable. The air conditioning was a nice additional feature. The actual location for the apartments could not have been more Central to the old town of Dubrovnik. It was only a minute walk from the harbour and other attractions in the area.

Staff were fantastic, very knowledgeable and even gave me an icy lemonade when they could see I was struggling with the heat! Wifi was awesome, aircon was awesome! Noisy bass well into the night, maybe midnight (earplugs needed) Bed quite low which meant you felt the bass through the floor at times! Bells ring at 7:30am ish (I was up and found it quite lovely) Shower door and plug broken - I don’t expect that in a “luxury” room Couldn’t check in until 3pm, managed 2:20pm but it was very hot and difficult not having any relief!

• Anita (5/5): You won’t get a wink of sleep! - Very nice, central location, just a few steps from Stradun and Gradska Kavana (which offers more than 50% cheaper breakfast than this property, in a delightful environment!). Not too many steps. Decent room and bathroom - although towels were missing at check in, housekeeping brought them quickly at a request. Comfy large very low bed, high ceilings made to look even higher and thankfully, kettle with instant coffee and green tea were available. No English breakfast tea unfortunately, or any other type of tea, why assume that green tea is to everyone’s taste (!?). Very helpful reception staff carried our suitcases up the stairs to the first floor, which was appreciated in the scorching heat. Nice smellies in the bathroom, very tasteful, but essentially this is a room not to spend too much time in, which did meet our needs to an extent, but definitely not fully. Terrible clubbing noise every night until 2:30am from a restaurant below, which apparently closes at 22:30 but continues with private parties without any regard for guests was very annoying. It was not possible to lower the clubbing volume by closing the windows either. If you wish to get any sleep at night, do not choose this property. It doesn’t help that there is no telephone in the room, so you can’t make a complaint to staff in a hotel nearby which manages this property. Lack of storage area and a plastic plant instead of real were disappointing. Ultimately, this is ok room for guests who are staying perhaps 1 night only and will not be looking to sleep before dawn. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it and we will aim to make a more informed choice next time.

The clock tower is an issue as it seems to be chiming all night and there is quite a walk wheeling luggage into the old town as it is pedestrian only. • Anthony (8/5): Une bonne dernière nuit sur Dubrovnik - Chambre convenable avec un lit confortable, accès à Netflix. Petit bémol sur la salle de bain dont les portes de douche ferment mal. Autrement, l’accueil de l’hôtel est très satisfaisant, très bien accueilli. Petit plus avec la consigne des bagages lors de votre dernier jour. L’hôtel est bien situé, dans la vieille ville où effectivement il se peut qu’il fasse un peu de bruit le soir. C’est l’avantage d’être en ville.

• Pearl (6/5): - The location is unbeatable if you are not travelling with your car. There is no nearby parking unless it is 10 usd per hour just outside the old town. We are heavy sleepers, but still have trouble sleeping with so much noisy throughout whole night till 2am. While the restaurant downstairs starts setting up around 7am. The floor is little sticky. I would not choose to stay again.

Incredible old town location, spacious room, outstanding staff, impeccable cleanliness....and all at a price well below market. A plus that it is a sister property to Pucic Palace--as you get the benefits of the first class service they are known for. Would stay here a hundred times over...
• John (6/5): Challenging - Finding the office of the company that runs this property was challenging. There is no clear signage of where the office is. Fortunately I was able to get assistant from people working in restaurants in the area. The room was clean, but the bed was sub-standard and there was no view -- it is one of several rooms in an "apartment building". As cars cannot enter the walled city of Dubrovnik, you have to tote your luggage from the gate of the city to the location of the 'apartments, and then up the stairs (no elevator). As it is in the midst of several restaurants and bars, it was quite noisy at night.

The apartment is located next door to St. Blaise Cathedral in the pedestrian only section of the old city. You cant beat the location. Upon arriving they sent a bell hop to help us with our bags. The room was up one flight of stairs. It was very spacious. We had a great three night stay.

The room was very clean and the breakfasts were delicious. Unfortunately our room key/ lock was faulty and it took 4 days for it to be replaced, but the staff were very helpful in the meantime.

Pick up service was sensational- first time a driver was actually at the airport to meet us AND also on the other end someone was waiting to take us through the old town to the hotel. • Kevin (10/5): Amazing staff with hotel to match! - My wife and I checked into Olea after a 17 hour series of flights and a confusing walk into the old city center. Though no fault of their own, there was some initial confusion regarding our reservation. What could have been terrible was turned into a memorable experience as their staff worked exceedingly quickly to resolve the issue. I've traveled for work to numerous hotels and have never encountered such a dedicated and talented staff. The room was fantastic and located in a great location! We highly recommend anyone looking for a great location and exceptional service to stay at Olea. Kevin & Kimberly Gleason
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The apartment was difficult to find and in a seperate building from the main hotel which has a different name than our booking. There was no sign or indication of the Olea name that appeared on hotels.com so we had to call in order to find it. Staff was very helpful and came out to find us and sent a porter for our bags. They carried our bags to the apartment which was nice since it was an upstairs unit with no elevator. The apartment is in the middle of the Old City and while it was convenient for walking around and sight seeing it was very loud due to a restaurant and bar next to us that had music all day and into late night. We did not get very much sleep while staying here and therefore would not choose to stay here again. Another downside was the drain in middle of the bathroom floor that seemed connected to another units plumbing. One night it started to overflow and spill water onto our floor and smelled bad. We kept the door closed all evening. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. All of the furniture which included the bed's headboard, a chair and an ottoman had large unsightly stains which was a bit gross. Other than that the room was clean and the bathroom was a nice size. They did provide a nice breakfast daily in the nearby hotel restaurant. Overall our stay was ok but we would not return to this particular apartment.
