• Acosta Urban (6/5): The PARIS! - I like their cleaning lady Ms. Alfie, she's so kind and very accomodating. The breakfast is good and very traditional and perfect to start the day. Some of the receptionist are polite and easy to mingle. I didn't like the disrespectful and very rude front desk officer namely "APRIL". Shes not good to represent the hotel.

• Simon (3/5): Not acceptable. - See above The bathroom basin tap ran all night. Such a waste of water. The aircon was set at 16 degrees and the control did not work so I was cold all night. In the morning I was outside the room in the common area on third floor. A staff member came from an amenity room and was conversing with the one who remained ... with me in the middle trying to continue a call I was on the Australia. I told them off. So ignorant.

• Marissa (4/5): Disappointed so I will not stay at this hotel again. - Did not avail of the breakfast as there were better options outside. It has no elevator; Room cleaning takes forever; Aircon is loud; Pricey for what it is offering; Internet is not stable.

• Mary (4/5): We won't be booking at this hotel again. - Breakfast was okay for the cost, the location was fine but parking was tight. We have to request the guard to reserve a parking for us. They gave us a room close to the street, very noisy and the room is hot/humid and no water was coming out. We had to ask them to move us-the new room's bathroom has water leaks, my nieces' room had an old a/c, all rooms have no hair dryers. No elevators or bell boys, we have to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor!!! Be aware of this.
