• Lori (10/5): - Hickory House is a beautiful B&B. Our room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to get street parking right out front. The only negative was the breakfast was nothing special as we have gotten at many other B&B’s. Scrambled egg, bacon and one pancake. No fruit or juice was offered. The food was good, but similar to what we get at a Holiday Inn. Maybe it was because there was only one other guest besides us. I would however, stay there again if we go back to Anaconda.

• Jeri (10/5): - The historic building was very interesting and full of character. Water stations and coffee were deeply appreciated. The breakfast was wonderful and the chef very congenial. Mary was very responsive to requests. I enjoyed coffee in the living room and read at night outside on the front porch. There are restaurants, a theater, and a cocktail bar within walking distance. It was an enjoyable stay.
• Grant (10/5): Lovely Inn - This is the 10th time I've stayed at the Hickory House Inn. This place is magical. The breakfasts are really good and i love sitting outside watching the world go by!

We stayed in the Sister Gilmary Room, which was spotless, cozy, and had a very comfortable bed. The shower had great water pressure—always a bonus! Breakfast was phenomenal—delicious, homemade, and clearly made with care. Shawn was an incredible host—so kind, attentive, and fun to chat with. He really made us feel right at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would love to try one of the other rooms next time. Highly recommend Hickory House Inn for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

• Markki (8/5): - The property and room were so cute and cozy. There was a decorated Christmas tree in the room which was a wonderful personal touch. They didn’t offer breakfast the morning of my stay but gave a voucher to a local restaurant to have breakfast at, along with two drink tokens which was above and beyond. The only downside was that the floor was very creaky, which is expected with an older house with wooden floors, but every time somebody was up moving around, everybody could hear it. I don’t think anybody else was staying at the property, but if there were I would have felt I couldn’t move around because I wouldn’t want to disturb others. Maybe you can’t hear underneath and I’m just overthinking it. Other than that, this property is adorable, beds and pillows were very comfortable and I would recommend booking your stay here!

• Chris (10/5): - Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We love staying inn this type of bed and breakfast establishments. The staff was kind and gracious and the breakfast was delicious, they even had gluten free pancakes for my girlfriend. The only thing that could be improved would be to update the shower in the Montana room. The shower was constructed from an antique claw foot bathtub that didn't have water controls on the tub, but on the wall fitted to a hand held shower head that was mounted so far up on the wall that it was difficult to access. Being mounted so high on the wall, you had to stand in the back of the tub out of reach of the water temp controls to shower. Also, there were no grab bars around the tub at all which could be a safety issue for someone who doesn't have good balance.

• Ludovic (4/5): - First for a bed and breakfast never saw our hosts. Nobody to welcome us , the code to access our room didn’t work , we had to call them twice to finally get in touch with them. The place needs an touch up ,it s old and not well maintained ac in the bedroom let a lot of empty space through outside , rug in the bedroom looks dirty , with some humidity smell , … I was happy to see good reviews about breakfast with eggs and sausage unfortunately they were offering only banana strawberry bread so we passed. We left still didn’t see any host I didn’t find the warmth of bed and breakfast here . And anoconda doesnt offer much to see .

• Timothy (10/5): Charming period former rectory - I had wanted to stay in Anaconda as it was a good in between of Provo Utah and Kalispell Mt. found this B and B. I’m not a B and B type but this looked like a historic building and photos looked good. It ended up being a fun place to stay for a night. The town is charming and people friendly. There is no host per se. you self check and they give you a room code. Our room was big. The building is quirky and floor squeaks and what not. Breakfast is served promptly at 8:30 am and was waiting at our table hot and delicious. I would stay here again or maybe a couple nights to do a small town getaway

The new hosts Sean/Shawn and Chelsea are welcoming, friendly and very attentive. I like the door lock keypad upgrades, the cleanliness is still a top priority and the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Hickory House is my first choice when visiting family in Anaconda.
• Donald Craig (10/5): classic home in historic town - It was lovely rooms, bedroom, sitting and bath. Window AC which was not needed, easy access to the street with a nice restraints near by.

• Lisa (10/5): Hospitality, house, and comfort 100% - This house was like stepping into the early 1900s, but with the modern comfort of a good bed and a strong shower. My husband enjoyed the breakfast so much he made me get the recipe for her "french toast bake". The managers were fabulous!
• Becky (10/5): Quaint and endearing little place. - I loved my little suite. The Pintler Suite was just perfect, plenty of room with a king size bed and a trundle bed in the second room. There is a shared small fridge and microwave on the second floor landing, for the three rooms upstairs. I did discover that the bed needs to be cleaned under. It looked dusty and I found a bottle of Vaseline under there.
