• Quita40 (1/5): - Nothing, The blanket had holes There was no restroom in the waiting area. The staff was rude. It has no necessity no shampoo or lotion, no blow dryer and no closet for storage. No seating outside of the hotel. Terrible check-in and out.. I will never return to this location ever again

• Marilyn (6/5): - Clean Convenient After I left Motel 6 using their WiFi and went into another place using their WiFi I had 15 messages that had been waiting for me. This happened once before at Motel 6 in Allentown that I am aware of.
• charles (1/5): Would not go back there - VERY RUDEfront desk woman at check in. Coildnt understand her. She kept asking for deposit that wasnt in reservation info. Very cheap amenities.. good thing i bring my own towels and toiletries Place was dirty, run down, room needs paint, NO COFFEE MAKER IN ROOM. Inconvenient location. You get what u pay for. Staff was rude.

• Peter (4/5): Rating of the hotel is not accurate. Will not be booking here again. - Location was convenient and parking was safe. Facility was very dated and not well maintained. No bathroom toiletries.

• Thomas (3/5): was not comfortable with this stay,there are other hotels in this area that I will use in the future - hard to find, coffee pot did not work, bed was terrible, did not receive the requested wake up call, remote control for tv was broke, there was a mop bucket containing a dirty mop in the elevator, adjoining room was very noisy, not a pleasant stay, will not return or recommend this location

• Kelly (1/5): - Nothing They didn’t refund my cash deposit $50 because my dog had diarrhea on sheet , well this is a pet friendly motel I told them and things happen like this but not to give customer back the deposit cause of this , seriously
• Jacob Evans (10/5): Great budget hotel - Exactly what you expect from a budget hotel. Perfect location with ample free parking. Room was a decent size. What more do you want for £60 for a family of 4.
• Jason (2/5): - Location The ac fan had a horrible sound could not be on was so loud . The tub had hairs around it from either the clearing crew or the last person. Before was so hard and pillows were flat. The curtain did nothing to block the very bright parking lot lights

• Kate (4/5): So-so - This is the fourth time we have stayed here. Staff is nice. Location is great. Decently clean. Bed was so hard, the sink drained very slow, sometimes the toilet kept running, felt like I was going to fall through tub when standing in shower. Heard a lot of noise from people in hallway and rooms next to us. Light from outside shined brightly into room, even with curtains closed.

• Jeff (6/5): Worked for our needs. - Clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Very good price. Enjoyable stay overall. A few small things: hole in the drywall in room, ice machine broken, no coffee in the morning (Dunkin accross the street), odd chemical smell in elevator. Didn't affect us but there's apparently a charge if you want to check in before 3pm, only place I've ever seen this.

• Jamie (1/5): Dreadful attitude from staff and attempted robbery from them - There was nothing I liked in particular Staff and management were dreadful. I had to call 911 to get police out to the hotel. During my stay I had a shave in the bathroom and went to bed. The next morning there were 2 microdots of blood on the pillowcase from the shave the night before. These dots would not even cover the size of a pinhead. They refused to return my security deposit of £50 because of this. Once the police got there it was sorted and I was refunded. The attitude from the staff and management was dreadful over something so minor. I expressed it is so small it won't cover a pinhead. I have not damaged anything. I have not left the room in any different condition then I arrived. You have no right to steal that deposit as it is there to protect you from damages. I have not damaged anything. I waiting at the lobby and said I was not leaving until it was returned to me. After 20 mins I said "Well, we shall see what the police say and dialled 911. At first they thought I was bluffing and still refused but as soon as they saw the police car pull up they gave it me back without question as to avoid a police interrogation. I will never use Motel 6 again on my travels to the U.S.A.

• Karen (4/5): Would not Stay Again - It was clean and the staff was nice. There were construction workers working in the building while we were trying to sleep. The beds were so hard that we tossed and turned. The room was really small.

• Cat (6/5): Unusual occurrence - Nice friendly and responsive staff. Clean. Offered coming the lobby. Unusual occurrence to be woken by a fire alarm at 6 am that went off accidentally. Quite the alarm clock that had us waking up early to hit the road for the next 4 days on our cross-country trip. The poor owner just seemed horrified as we left quicky to get away from the sound.
