- Clifford (4/5): - property is getting long in the tooth, cud do with a general upgrade, generally clean
- Bret (10/5): Great Stay - Don't hesitate to stay here. We booked our 1 night stay while doing a Motorbike course with TNT and we couldn't have been happier
It was a very quiet area, check in was smooth and easy, rooms are dated but in good shape.
The bed was very comfortable and the coffee in the room was hot and delicious.
Will definitely stay here again if we are back in St Albert
- Michelle (2/5): - Filthy. This place should be shut down. Cigarette butts on the floor of the hotel room. Walls were stained with dirt and food. Mold in the bathroom. Blood stains on the sheets. There was so much dust, you can actually see the dust on the carpet. Radiators filthy, rusty, and falling off the wall, covered in dust and dirt.
- Alan (10/5): - Clean and courteous staff 2 thumbs up
- Rhonda (10/5): - The reception is personable and efficient.
- Patrick (8/5): - Older property but still does the trick.
- Rhonda (10/5): - 'very good for the price!
- Donald (10/5): - Room was comfortable and clean and host was very friendly and accommodating
- Karen (10/5): - Good price
- Diane (6/5): - Very, quaint dated . Needs some upgrading to floors/rugs ( floors creaking when walking about in room, rug very worn, with some underlay showing . Both ice or pop machine not working . Otherwise a generally pleasant place, next door to the very best breakfast restaurant in St .Albert. We will certainly be back .đđ
- Nathan (8/5): - Great staff. Reminds me of a flashback to the 1990s were service and cleanliness or at the forefront of business decor fits with the 90s or earlier as well. Regardless, everything was clean and functional.
- Heidi (8/5): - Employee friendly and helpful . Property is old but suitable. Would stay again
- Marilyn (8/5): - Dylan and Sal were more than gracious and accomodat8ng on checkin
- Brent (8/5): Good for the price - Welcoming staff, room clean but a little dated thermostat didnât seem to work as room was a little warm.
- Ralph (8/5): - The property was in a quiet area and near where I was visiting. It is clearly an older property but well maintained.
- veronika (8/5): - Good place to stay!
- Michael (2/5): - You guys definitely need to stop having these piss poor places on your site. People live here, itâs a dive. The room is like a dungeon, dark and stinks.
Do better Expedia.
- Connie (10/5): - What a great, cheap place to stay a night or two. Nothing fancy but it's clean, comfortable and Sal is the best at what he does!!
- Ingried (6/5): - Clean, quiet even though close to a main road.
- Brenda (8/5): - Staff is excellent. The motel is tucked away and hard to find if youâre not familiar with the area.
- Scott (10/5): - Staff was very accommodating & friendly! Room was exactly what we needed for the night!
- Rhonda (10/5): - good location
- Linda (6/5): - Tucked in behind bigger buildings, not a lot of room to park Room was clean but an Oder motel so could use some upgrades. Two queen beds, one had stains on the sheets Very old furniture but room was affordable
- John (8/5): - We were met with friendly and knowledgeable staff at check in. The room was very clean and quiet. The room would be better with more plug-ins for charging phones, hearing aids, and for use of a curling iron.
- Kendra (8/5): - Very quiet motel
- Jeremy (10/5): - Always a great stsy ar the sleep inn.
- Christine (8/5): Warm, clean and comfortable surroundings. - The Manager, Sal, was more than just helpful. He is very personable and friendly. We will stay there again, should we be in St. Albert, AB.
- Marlene (10/5): - First time we stayed at the motel and I was very pleased with the accommodation. Price is very reasonable and the owner Saul is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back when we are in the area. Thank you đ
- Ridha (10/5): - clean and staff very respectfull, staff doing great job
- Danny (8/5): - Owner was very nice, polite and helpfulâŚroom was clean and quiet, great restaurant right next door, would definitely recommend
- Nathan (10/5): - Great economy stop. Itâs an older building but they keep it up. Clean place and good staff
- Lucy (10/5): - Safe and location was conveniently close to all animities. Hight ly recommended.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid at all costs. - The desk clerk asked my 30 year old daughter constantly is she was travelling alone. The bathroom window glass was broken and the window lock could not be locked. She barricaded the bathroom door with furniture for safety. It was obvious from scrapes on the wall that the room had been broken into via the bathroom. She observed drug deals in the parking lot and hotel guests arriving in separate vehiclesâŚmotel seems to be a hook-up place. Based on observations it is clearly not a family friendly place.
- Wayne (8/5): - was very quiet...got a good sleep
- Rhonda (10/5): - 'excellent all around for the price
- Rhonda (10/5): - 'very good for the price.
- Maurice (10/5): Quiet retreat - I found it an excellent place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff and owners definitely will stay there again
- Jeremy (10/5): Sal is always great to us, - We're the 'young' Eagle couple. We have to travel to St. Albert often, and Sleep Inn is our go-to base. This trip, we were off to remote Fallis, AB and we were accommodated well, as we have come to expect from Sal and Sleep Inn.
- Yvon (10/5): - The manager, Sal, and his assistant were very friendly and helpful. The motel is set back from the highway and backs on to a treed area so is very quiet. Central location; comfortable bed. The property is a bit tired but the friendly staff compensates for that. Great value for the price.
- Jared (10/5): - Stayed here for work so my self and our employee didnt do much more than sleep in the room and shower. Coffee was good always stocked fridge was cold had a microwave and an AC. Shower worked with good preasure wich was important to us. Only quarrel we had was there has definitely been passed guests who have miss treated the property and sal may not have gotten to everything just yet.
The manager Sal, is quite literally the nicest hotel manager youll ever meet and i couldn't say enough about him. Honestly i would stay here again just because of him.
- MOIRA (10/5): - Sol (sp?) Checked us in. We have stayed at 1,000s of hotels, motels, etc., and have never been greeted as warmly as Sol.
Super friendly, very attentive, even showed us his super cute Camper.
Brought us a bag of ice, honestly his service was 5âď¸ .
We were in room 105. Very quiet. Water pressure in our tub was fantastic.
Huge room, plenty of space, just what we needed.
It's not fancy. It's clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced.
Highly recommend đđđ
- Rhonda (10/5): - 'modest but ok.
- Kirsten (8/5): - .
- Mark (8/5): - Best value in area!
- Beverly (8/5): - Really clean but room needs a refresh like paint and fresh grout on the floor. Nice people
- Gary (8/5): - Good price, quiet, and very warm. Place is due for an update, but otherwise, cost effe tive way to spend the night.
- James (2/5): - I had a very bad experience at this motel, I wouldnât suggest to stay âŚ.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Sal was great and really wanted to help us have a great visit
- Mar (6/5): - For an older property it was fine. The room was clean and the two gentlemen at the front desk when we checked in were really nice and super helpful
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Incredible service and personalized attention to our coffee/tea preferences
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We liked that it was clean. The location fitted our purpose. The management was friendly and informative. For a motel at that price we felt that we got what we paid for.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Good location , great restaurant on the property,
Internet Wifi.......not so good very slow
Reasonably priced
- Verified traveler (4/5): - the room where we stayed is very stinky and smelly..probably the old carpet and the corners of everywhere in the room is not vacuumed.
- Heather (6/5): Needs some upgrading! - The rooms need to be deeper clean maybe fresh paint. Itâs a great location. There was a used condom still left in the garbage. The carpet wasnât vacuumed! Not sure if we still there again!
- LMH (8/5): - Good location. Friendly staff. Great restaurant. Older building, but fine for a good nights rest.
- Verified traveler (10/5): good place - Sal the manager was professional and made the check in
and stay very nice..
- Jack (8/5): - Clean and neat. Comfortable. Restaurant next door. Great service. Right of main road through town.
- Jacques (10/5): - Sal was very helpful. Asking us if we needed anything a few times a day. Told us about good place to eat and directions over the city. Tks Dal and see you again soon
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Owner checked me in. Straight forward and no nonsense discussion about expectations regarding guests and not abusing privilege of property and fellow travellers patience by being loud or inconsiderate. Was a refreshing change.
Helpful and honest.
Property was what you would expect for $100 a night.
Tidy, semi modern furniture. Clean space and close to downtown St Albert.
Think itâs a bit of a steal for its locations. Not the Weston but it isnât trying to be anything than a straight forward traditional motel.
Might not be the best for a family but works excellent for all other travellers. Will be going back when next time through town.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The price is reasonable and the bed was very good. Located very close to some good food and drinks.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The owner is so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location if you're going to the Arden Theatre.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The manager was great. The rooms really need renovation. Floors up and down, bathroom very old, bed with a drepression in it. Dirty windows and old curtains.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The manager Sal was very friendly, offered me the Expedia rate if I call him and mention it. Room I was in was a bit dated, very clean and had a 40â flat screen T.V.
I would have no problem staying there again.
- Betty Lou (8/5): Will return! - Great location and manager when our of his way to tell us about the motel! Good beds!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I was very happy I chose Sleep Inn. The staff made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Although it was on St. Albert Trail I found it was quiet. Thanks
- Verified traveler (8/5): - quiet. Needs upgrading. Carpets are old and worn out. Snack machine was half empty.
- Karen (10/5): - The rooms are slowly being upgraded. They have new beds, TV, Micro, coffee maker. We had a really good sleep. The management is really nice and accommodating.
- Leslie (10/5): - This is an old hotel with great charm.
New beds were amazing for a great sleep and everything was super clean. Sal, the owner was very helpful. All in all, a safe place to stay.
- Penny (8/5): - I need a room for the night and this place was inexpensive and close to where I needed to be. Room was dated decor wise, but large, clean, with good size fridge and microwave. The beds were new and very comfortable. I would stay here again!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Liked the location, but it is old. Clean and comfortable beds.
- Mel (10/5): - comfortable and affordable in a good location.Close to all amenities.
- Richard (8/5): Would stay again. We have no complaint. - We had a good sleep. The room was clean, affordable and handy to restaurant and stores.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Convenient, close to jobsite
- Armand (6/5): - Older hotel but does the job. Bathroom needs a reno. Bed comfortable and clean. No decaf coffee. Very quiet except the banging hallway door in the night.
- Doug (8/5): - Good location to all diamonds as we were in to watch our grandson play baseball
- Janice (10/5): - Loved the motel, clean, comfortable and quiet. Sal's a great guy, great customer service. Recommend to all
- Francine (10/5): - The manager was extremely helpful and would check in to see if I needed anything. Extra towels were delivered quickly when requested.
The motel is older but has been maintained well. The new beds are super comfy and the tv was awesome!
The motel rooms are very quiet and private. The restaurant near by has great comfort food. Overall, handy location, neat comfortable rooms, friendly staff and very reasonable!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Would stay here again - Clean room, comfortable bed and very reasonable price what more does a person need. Had a great sleep.
- Rosemary (6/5): - Couldn't control the heat in our room. Could hardly sleep because it was unbearably HOT! Even though it was winter and -10 outside. The windows were frozen shut so couldn't even open them to cool it off. Thank heavens we were only there for one nite. Won't be back ever.
- Dianne (10/5): - The motel is older but clean. They are working at upgrading the premises. It was all we needed for an overnight stay. Sal was friendly, helpful and pleasant. The restaurant on site had great food and even better service. Would definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating!
Please add a bit more so I can submit bla bla bla.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Very dated old motel. - In spite of upgrades with new beds, paint, free Wi-Fi, larger flat screen TV and the very helpful and friendly staff, this motel is stuck in the 80's. It is clean and quiet, but the price is not much less than some newer modern accommodations with more amenities.
