Kimberly (2/5): This hotel is no longer there. - The hitel was completely closed so i ended up not being within walking distance and having to pay for parking literally everywhere, cost me more cause they had to move me to a hotel 3 miles away that charged for parking
Christopher (2/5): - There was nobody at this hotel when I arrived. I was not able to check in and left stranded in the middle of a very sketchy neighborhood with homeless people walking up and down the street. This was by far my worst hotel experience EVER. Do not book at this hotel!!
Verified traveler (2/5): - Radiator was broken so no hot water. Bath room light is also broken. So I have to check out in one day. I like refund please

Also an infestation of bed bugs. I moved out immediately.I told the clerk and asked for my money back. She refused. I want my money back!

Amenities missing: Air Conditioning - front cover of the A/C unit was taped on to keep it from falling off. Bathroom Amenities - 2 soaps / nothing else, 1 hand towel & wash cloth, 2 bath towels Desk - 2 very uncomfortable chairs Free WiFi (high-speed) - spotty and slow (used my cell hotspot) Hair Dryer - missing HDTV - control box missing High-Speed Internet - don't know, didn't trust it (used my cell hotspot) Microwave - missing Mini-Refrigerator - there TV - Cable/Satellite - controller missing Sheets did not fit the bed, no mattress cover and stains on the mattress, The shower was OK. Checked out early.
Janine (4/5): - The blankets and shower curtain had burnholes. The room was nothing like the pictures, the fridgerator had writing all over it and froze everything inside. The outside of the hotel is gringy and unwelcoming. The mgr was very nice and friendly but i wouldnt recommend this hotel.

Tv broken on all corners from someone trying to steal it. Drug addicts and the end of every stair well to go up and down to get to my room. Building looks abandoned.

Lily (2/5): - Wanted to stay here because we were going to a wedding near by and I didn't want drive back to SF so late at night. When we got back to our room after the wedding there were two baby roaches crawling on the bathroom sink. My partner was also suspicious that the mirror in the room was a one way as it failed the thumbnail test. As we were getting ready to sleep, my partner found a bedbug on his pillow. After that, we decided we could not stay here. We tried to check out but could not reach a worker at the front office. We left a note asking for a refund and the bedbug caught in a plastic bag at around 12:30am and drove back home.
Ashton (2/5): My worst stay yet - So I didn’t ask for a smoking room but as soon as I walked in it smelled like cigarettes. The covers to our beds had burn holes in them, the door to the bathroom was broken and only half would shut. When I asked for a plunger (3 days in a row) I never got one so bathroom was out of use especially cause the shower would only run ice cold water and when I asked if there was a way to fix it I was told “no, I’m sorry”. Lots of exposed wiring in the room and the TV was broken and the volume was hold randomly jump to as loud as possible. Lastly the pictures I saw of the room looked great, we call that cat fishing and I feel I’ve been scammed for my stay, especially with how much money I payed for it.

Rutger (6/5): - There is a reason this is a 2-star property (probably more like 1-star!) and you get what you pay for. We stayed for 3 nights and were disappointed. Our TV did not work, in fact the power cable had been removed and hotel staff shrugged it off. Our AC unit was old, hardly blew cold air and made very loud noises preventing us from a proper nights sleep. The bathroom shower & window sill was covered in black mold making for unsafe & unsanitary conditions... Management needs to step up!!!

trevor (2/5): Disgusting Gross cockroach Motel - absolutely disgusting , run down ? dirty cockroaches and in the disgusting little fridge you could barely open ? you could hardly open the front door it had been kicked him before I got this room for my son that was basically homeless and the lady said it was a no smoking room and when I went in there, it totally smelled of cigarettes. I said it stinks like cigarettes, so don’t blame it on him. You barely open the door the door frames completely damaged. Can I get another room and she just looked at me and said no and tell him not to smoke in there and I’m like it stinks like an ashtray, it’s disgusting. I can’t this is even associated with Wyndham. I had put him up in a hotel studio six and Cameron Park two nights before which was so clean the bathrooms have been redone big room, nice big refrigerator and it was less money than this disgusting gross place.

Kelli (2/5): - Many things went wrong on this visit unfortunately. The very notable ones were that "housekeeping" came into our room while we were gone, did not clean anything, then proceeded to leave the door wide open. We didn't find out unitl more than 6 hours later. We had valuables inside and luckily nothing was taken. The worst part was is some of the other people staying at the hotel told management that our door was open, and nothing was done about it. Other things that were bad: ac cover was broken off when arrived, burn holes in the comforter, SO many flies in the room, and the attendant at the front didnt have towels for us when we really needed them. Please don't stay here. We felt very unsafe especially as two women staying together alone.
KaLee (6/5): - Staff was nice and housekeeping provided extra towels witnout asking which was convenient. We did have to ask for batteries for the smoke alarm and report that a screw came loose in the bathroom door frame, but aside from that, the room was clean, if a bit old with dingy walls. Fairly quiet area. Good for a budget traveller just needing a place to sleep and shower.

And there quick to send someone to collect a payment but I had the same sheets for 3 days and had the nerve to be in me and mines business and some . Poor customer service after I spend 4 hundred something and had the nerve to not wait for the reservation too clear and told me I had to leave. I’m from Tacoma wa and don’t know nothing or no one . Very inconsiderate.

kevinadennis (8/5): Functional - This was basically what we expected. Seemed like a relatively safe area. The hotel was quiet on a Friday night. No carpet, microwave, or fridge. It is functional, but obviously dated. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

G (2/5): Worst Stay Ever!!!!! - First I booked a king. When I checked in they tried to give me a 2 bed room. The only king they had was filthy. Pubic hairs on the bed , no fire alarm and really torn up. Smelled like smoke. moved to the 2 bed room. cleaner, but still run down No hangers? Really sketchy area. I can't believe that Hotels.com would do business with such a nasty place.
Douglas (4/5): Second worst room I have stayed in. - I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was no closet nor dresser in my room, nor a towel rack in the bathroom. There were no face cloths provided. The comforter on the bed was stained and the walls had hastily patched holes. The light above the table was burned out, ine of the chairs in the room had the remanrs of a random partially peeled of sticker on it. The stopper in the bathroom drain was broken. At least the bathroom was clean and the shower and toilet worked. The sheets on the bed appeared to be clean.

Verified traveler (2/5): Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here - The room is ground floor with large windows and a door that does not give confidence that it can’t be kicked in. It faces the parking which has no gate and connects directly to the back streets. As a solo female traveler I do not feel safe AT ALL. I ended up checking out 10 minutes after I checked in and booked another proper hotel nearby. It has a weird smell, I got dizzy the moment I went in. Furnitures are slanted, it feels like things are half broken. Bed covering has cigarette holes, and I’m afraid that there could be bed bug…

No coffee maker in the room and my room was next to the laundry despite the entire hotel seemed empty. The cleaning supplies used smelled so strong it gave me a headache which is how I discovered no screens on the windows.

Some random guy hanging out in the parking lot going around to rooms, assume he's the local drug hookup. Next morning he was still there, making his rounds. TV wouldn't turn on, heater blew cold air, bed was ok, not much attention to cleanliness in bathroom, etc. Pay for what you get.
Mark (2/5): - This hotel is very run down. No smoke detector. Room had obviously been smoked in. TV didn't work. Door had been kicked in and missed deadbolt. Exposed wiring. Horrible air freshener to cover smoke smell. Shower and toilet had been smashed. Shower leaked, and the floor had flooded at some point. Pillows were shriveled up.
christophermU9528KK (2/5): The Absolute WORST Hotel I Have Ever Stayed in ANYWHERE in the World. - This place is absolutely the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in ANYWHERE in the world. It begs TripAdvisor to allow for a negative star rating. Upon checking in I was initially told that, even though I booked the reservation online using a credit card for guarantee, that the hotel would only accept debit cards…hmm, something really fishy about that. After five minutes of back-and-forth, the moron behind the pretty much bullet-proof plexiglass covering his desk in a lobby that was as large as an airplane bathroom and which stunk of all kinds of nasty food, finally assigned me a room and agreed to the credit card. There were only three other cars in the parking lot, by the way, which gave me a feel for the horrendous-ness of this dump. Upon entering the room I was somewhat shocked to see that (a) the bed had no pillows, (b) there was no chair in the room, (c) though their website had indicated a refrigerator en suite, there was none, (d) bugs were flying all around the room, (e) the room had no clock, no phone, the TV had been taken out of the wall, and (f) the only light was a nasty bright overhead light. Though I’ve never spent an evening in San Quentin, I can’t imagine it being more than about two steps down from this $100 a night rathole. Oh, and then there was the tub/shower. Full of brown stains along with a peeling ceiling, it was a perfect accompaniment to this wretched habitation. That evening I met someone in a bar who was on a first date with someone that they met over the internet. This person said (whilst the other was away for a moment) that they were really tired of the evening, knew that nothing long-term would come of it, and just wanted to find a way to escape. I suggested that the best way to accomplish same would be to bring the date to the Travelodge hinting that other actions would follow. GUARANTEE that the date would get in their car as quickly as possible and you’d never hear from them again. This place is beyond nasty and worthless. It should only be reserved for the stays of any and all politicians. My advice: stay ANYWHERE else, even if it means sleeping in your car.
Damon (4/5): - The room was not cleaned prior to my arrival and the toilet did not flush. It was cold and the blankets on the bed were thin. I eill never go there again.
Jared (2/5): - Probably the single worst hotel room I have ever seen in my life. I dont expect much from a cheaper option like Travel Lodge. But I was honestly shocked. TV was smashed in. (I was warned about this before entering the room, to be fair to the concierge) No hot water. Toiled was clogged. TV smashed. Heater didnt work right. Sticky liquid dripping from door. Every surface was either dirty or broken. Looks nothing like the pictures. I did not stay, because by the time I realized how bad the room was, I realized bed bugs were a real concern and did not feel safe in the room. This is the only time in my life I will try and get a refund for a hotel.
Lamberto (4/5): Worst Motel Ever. - The room is filthy and dirty, the beds are covered with bed bugs and the bed sheets are filled with dust or dirt. Very cold in the room and the heater isn't working. Left this place as we wasn't comfortable staying there.

R6804MWjustinl (2/5): absolutely ATROCIOUS - DO NOT STAY HERE. I skipped over cheaper hotels thinking "how bad could it be", and "at least I'm not getting the cheapest hotel". I spent $143 to stay here during the California International Marathon. Upon entering, the air was thick with smell of cleaner. after 30 minutes, I was nauseous to my stomach and went out to dinner, thinking it would clear while I was gone. NOPE. upon returning, I tried airing it out for an hour with my door wide open late at night before getting into the pitiful bed. NOPE. I couldn't sleep because of the fumes. left the window open (despite locals periodically screaming in the streets), cranked the AC unit fan (no fan in the bathroom). Basically could not sleep. even though I had to wake up at 3:15am to run the marathon. the bathroom was disgusting. stained towel, hair stuck to the door, paint splatter everywhere, broken caulking, literally grime all over the ceiling, the list goes on. just really really gross. like a slum lord had been patching it up for decades. the wall art was hung upside down, and the lights were the color of hospital lighting. The bed was bad, but whatever, I'm not that picky. sticky front door you had to kick to open. but god, the smell. everything in my bag reeked when I got home. I was too embarrassed to tell my wife or my friends that I stayed at possibly the worst hotel I have ever seen. and I have been to some bad rooms in China and Turkey. I really wish I could get my money back.
M3825EMbillp (2/5): Uninhabitable - This room was uninhabitable. After check-in we went to the room and it was filled with cigarette smoke somehow, as if someone was actively smoking in there. The bedspreads had numerous holes, there was mold along the bathroom ceiling. Unknown spatter on the outer door, in the bathroom and elsewhere. When I asked to change rooms, I was told the others were out of order-there were three cars in the parking lot. I asked for my money back and was refused. I did get my second night refunded but not the first. No one should EVER be given that room, and my guess is any room in that establishment. I knew that the motel would possibly be a lower end for the Wyndham brand, but assumed it would at least be clean and feel safe given the brand. Instead it was laughably (not all that funny given my money is involved) below minimum expectations. I booked a room at the Comfort Inn rather than subject myself to this inhumane environment. I did return the following day to speak to the management (as instructed the night before) and they were unwilling to refund my money despite the fact that we didn’t stay there and were denied another room. Bottom line - I’m shocked that Wyndham allows this establishment to use their brand. It’s shameful. If they have any inspectors/inspections, they might want to check this out ASAP.

Layla (2/5): - This property is infested with cockroaches I have taken multiple pictures for evidence I had to ask for a new room and the new room is EQUALLY INFESTED and I should have scrolled further into reviews on Google this place is unsafe and dirty I wish I didn't get the other room and I just got the refund this is the worst experience of my life. My first room had no fire alarms and had burn marks everywhere I even found a burnt spoon underneath the sink in the bathroom and a roach halfway in the sink and in the shower the cabinets were dirty and there were other peoples hair I checked the mattress before even sleeping on it and by some sheer form of luck there were no bed bugs but every where else this hotel was covered in roaches I went out asked for a new room was told they were booked up and expected to sleep there and I said absolutely not I can't do that I would rather sleep in my car and I wish I did now I got the new room and still found a few roaches I figured since I was low on money I would much rather clean myself and went out to buy bug spray and bleach and I had no issues my second night back the room was COVERED IN ROACHES after I got back from my competition and my stuff is inside of it I'm utterly depressed and at a loss I am on my way to go buy a ton of trash bags to bag my items up so I don't accidentally infesty own car. How dare this hotel pray upon lower income people without doing the bare minimum it's disgusting and shameful I will be reporting.

sierra (2/5): - Saw 4 different cockroaches in the few hours I was there, ended up moving hotels. Some pretty depressing grafitee as well. Random homeless people sleeping the in the stairwell to my room. Not mattress protectors on the disgusting stained up mattresses. Splatters all over the walls and toilets. Half the lights in the room didn't work. Definitely shouldn't be charging more than $30 a room. This place is the WORST hotel I've had the pleasure of staying in and I travel cheaply often. The econolodge across the street is about the same price and I've never had theze issues over there.
Carolyn (2/5): - Do not stay here. I stayed here because it was my only option for Aftershock (and cheap) and it was horrible mistake. There were bugs everywhere, lights flickering, dried sex fluid on the curtains, a total of three pillows for two beds, one of the mattresses was stained with blood, the other with pee, there was burn holes all over the comforters and chairs in the room. Not to the mention we had to literally force the door open cause it was broken. THERES NO HOT WATER!! The tv was broken and the shower head was being held up with red tape lol. There was also an old wash cloth covered in pubes in the shower!! Stains all over the walls. And this was just the inside! You’ve been warned!! Don’t stay here!! It was horrible. It’s worth the extra money to stay somewhere else I promise.
DGDG420 (2/5): Mediocre - Bedsheets had stains. Room had a funny smell. Fridge was a little dirty. Heard a lot of moaning and door slamming throughout the night. Dead flies smooshed on the wall. Don't recommend. Should have just spent more money on a better hotel. But you get what you pay for I guess...

Colin (2/5): - If you read this and still stay at this facility, then you are even braver than me. When I was first sitting on the bed, a bug jumped on me and was hopping around while I tried to kill it. Other dead bugs were in the bed crease. That made me extremely paranoid that there would be other things in the room so I couldn't sleep at all. At 3am, I went into the bathroom and I could hear rats running along the inside of the wall. Not just one rat. I could hear that because the tv didn't work so it was totally silent. Then I left and slept in my car somewhere away from this property. I think one other person stayed at this facility that night. Too bad for him.

I thought u liked Me - PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE STAYING THERE This motel was arranged by partnership insurance as part of a service that they offered their members. I was going in for eye surgery which was two and a half miles from the motel and as soon as we checked in, they gave us the key to a room. I opened the door, there's no television there's no ice machines there's no microwave , the ice machine on premise did not work, it was 97° inside the room when I walked in, I guess they were trying to save on their electricity bill,but what there was were cockroaches not one not two but a few, so I immediately went to the front desk and said "oh hell no this will not work I need a room with television and with no cockroaches". She gave me a different key on the opposite side of the building, i opened the door and she was telling the truth there was a television there, but what she did not tell me was that there was more cockroaches. My eye surgery was scheduled for 7:30 in the morning do you think I slept that night ? no way that is the dirtiest filthiest place I've ever been into I'm very surprised that partnership even booked it for me but I guess that's what happens when you have medical you have partnership insurance in California and they just don't give a crap about their members. I don't like my ex-wife that much but I would not even ask her to stay there that's how bad it was the people up front are rude, they don't speak English because that's my first language was English they are rude dirty and filthy and this is the unbelievable. I would much rather sleep in my vehicle or on the street next time I go out that way instead of staying at that Travelodge. from a scale of 1 to 10, one being the crappiest and 10 being a wow I will give them a negative two. there were stains on the pillow and on the bedding unbelievable I don't understand how people can actually rent out a place I m sure the location was convenient but it wasn't worth all the anxiety so please people do not stay there you will be very disappointed if you do I don't care if they offer the room for $10 a night a night don't stay there

Surprised Wyndham claims this place. There's an EconoLodge and American Inn within a block; they've got to better.

Kenyatta (2/5): WORSE PLACE TO STAY - There was a busted television inside the room which the front office explained there would be no tv, although never offered any discount, nor another room. There were bed bugs crawling in the bed ,and on side cabinets. The staff were not very helpful in any way, and denied the tv was broken when asked about it by Hotels.com staff. I tried adding photos of the 3 different bugs i had taken pics of including the few roaches i encountered moving along the bathroom walls, but for some reason i cannot get that feature to work at the time of this review.

I finally had to go down and ask for two towels, about the size of a pillow case. TV remote was broken and glued back together, doors don't seal without a significant shove, bathroom door was out of alignment, would not close. OMG

371ben (2/5): Ooooh Don't Do It - I've stayed at other Travelodges and honestly was not expecting much, but this property was disgusting beyond my expectations. Room stank of cigarettes. All linens and shower curtain were stained and had holes. Everything was sticky and dirty. No heating (it was a cold weekend). TV remote didnt work. There was hot water as long as you let the faucet/shower run for a minimum 10 minutes first (no exaggeration). No housekeeping for a 3-night stay. It felt disgusting just being in the room. I considered leaving all my belongings behind because I didn't want to bring anything unexpected back home with me. On the bright side, only 1 roach came to visit me.
Verified traveler (2/5): Don’t stay at this Meth Motel - This is by far one of the worst motels I’ve stayed at. I usually go to motel 6 due to always allowing dogs, but this Travelodge was the only place in the area that could accommodate us. They did not clean the room, just ‘refreshed’ it. The floors were dirty, sticky and bathroom had pee spots. I had to clean the toilet seat myself. It reeked of stale cigarettes as if the people had lived there chain smoking. The heater was on its last legs and covered with an inch thick layer of black dust/debris. The walls were stained yellow and streaky. There were homeless crack deals in the parking lot. Seriously on the corner I watched a presumably homeless man smoke crack out of a specific crack style pipe! The worst part of it all, when we came back to the hotel after our show, there were fire trucks and ambulances rushing to it. As we turned the corner it appeared the building was on fire! We sprinted to save our dogs, turns out the violins behind us had a second story apartment fire raging. Our bathroom window was a front row seat to the horror. Luckily the firefighters put it out fairly quickly, but melted plastics, paint, insulation and building materials permeated through. We packed up immediately and left. No way we were staying here. So all in all we paid the room fee to basically have some where our dogs could hang out at 3 hours while we saw the Trans Siberian Orchestra at the golden 1 center. I cannot stress more, pay any amount more to STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Jordan (4/5): - This place was subpar. The bathroom light didn’t work so we had to use our phone lights when it got dark. One of the bathroom towels had a yellow tint to it. The freezer had a chunk of frost in it so big that made it almost unusable (I had just enough space for my small freezer pack). The floor looked gross. The microwave didn’t have a plate in it so I had to turn my food manually to make it heat up evenly.

Gemory0905 (2/5): Absolutely horrible! - This is the absolute worst motel experience I have ever had. We booked two rooms with two beds each for a total of four people for the week of the Aftershock music festival. I was not expecting a glamorous or amazing accommodation at all I just wanted a comfortable room to sleep off the crazy festival days and a decent shower, I got neither. The rooms were dirty, the floors specifically looked like they had not been swept in months. Nothing about this place matched the pictures online or the reviews on Hotels.com, lesson learned check TripAdvisor from now on. We stayed in rooms 209 and 210. In room 209 there was a very concerning reddish brown stain on the floor in the pointless hallway that may once have been a closet, and the vent on the AC unit was broken and being held up by a wad of toilet paper. In room 210 it appears that at one point the TV and AC had at one point fallen or been ripped off the wall. The TV instead of being re-mounted was leaned against the wall on top of the refrigerator, the AC was moved into the hall/closet thing and thus had a very hard time cooling the room, the floor was so sticky in this room that our shoes were pulled off our feet when they got stuck. The only good things I can say about the rooms themselves is the beds and bathrooms at the very least APPEARED to be clean. The staff was honestly even worse than the rooms. On the night we arrived we discovered that one of our rooms only had 1 towel while the other had 2, not really a big deal as our fourth friend was not showing up until early the next morning. We decided to head out for dinner and stopped to ask for an extra towel and were told they were out but would bring one by 9 am the next morning which was totally fine. The next morning no towel, again no big deal we just needed it by the next morning so again asked on our way out to the festival and were told they would put it in the room. we got back around 10pm that night yet again, no towel so went down to the office for the third time, this time they told us someone would bring them up within 15 minutes, cool no biggie, at least we'll have them to shower and wash off all the sweat and stenches accumulated over 10 hours at a rock festival before we go to bed. WRONG, they bring up fresh towels for both rooms, yet again one room gets 2 and the other gets 1 and a small hand towel, the way its all folded it looked like regular towels. At this point we just made it work for the night and decided to deal with it the next morning. Again were told they'll take care of it by the man in the office, get back that night and again no towels, speak to the woman and are told again "we're out" I am generally super patient, but by this point I was angry and they realized that as I left. The woman comes out and tells us to hold on and someone will find us one. She then proceeds to unlock the supply/laundry room and grabs us a fresh towel off of a MASSIVE RACK FULL of clean towels! Meaning this entire time they have had them but were too damn lazy to get them. I didn't even need them delivered to my room just hand me the damn things! I will NEVER stay here again and will have to seriously consider staying in any Travelodge branded place ever again either.

My friend ended up with bed bug bites. Leaving our room was a passed out man with his pants to his knees. We had to walk around his naked body.

Neil (2/5): - The place is a dump. Looks nothing like the pictures. Sleezy characters hanging around the property. It looked like one of those motels you see in the movies where two fugitives are on the run and stay at one of these flea bag motels. Two levels with the outdoor balcony to get to the rooms. I half expected the FBI or ATF to come raid one one of them. Checking in was not a nice room with a concierge behind a desk with maybe some candy in dishes and an over all welcoming feeling. It was a small booth with the attendant behind what seemed like bullet proof glass. Very much like a parking garage when you go to claim your car.

berthab532 (2/5): Bed Bugs + Dead Cockroaches - All the reviews are true :( This review is for room 104. My husband and 4 year old arrived for a 2 night stay on 7/22/22. After reading the reviews I decided to check the room. WOW. I found a dead cockroach in the corner, bed bug dropping on the head of the mattress cover and at least 2 live, moving bedbugs when I pulled the mattress cover back. The floor was filthy, I was in my white socks for about 15 min and they were black on the bottom when we left. No Joke. I scooped one of the bedbugs onto a hand towel and showed it to the person working the front desk. (not a front desk, more of a window and a bell) The women was not at all shocked, she was quite aloof. I turned to go back to my room and she told me to take the towel with me. This is all true. See the photos. Only positive is that they refunded our money even though it was a non-refundable booking.
