• Jamie (6/5): It was convenient, but a little disappointing. - It was a convenient place to stay. The parking lot was big enough to accommodate a small trailer that I was pulling. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The coffee machine in the lobby didn’t actually work. Also, there was no breakfast, as advertised in the listing. There was only one hand towel in the room.

First arrived got to our room and the smell was out of this world, then noticed the air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air after turned on and so I pulled the filters out and they were so disgusting I can say it honestly had been some time since they were cleaned! Then go on to the TV not working, and then help me understand since when do hotels only provide one pillow per queen bed? It would be one thing had they been decent pillows but they were gross! Then go into restroom only to find a broken i believe light fixture and a roach crawling on the wall!

Also, staff were great and didn't charge for slightly late check out. There was a broken towel rack and secondary sink. Breakfast was minimal but better than nothing!

• Allen (6/5): Pleasant - The bed was very comfortable. Looks like the bathroom floor hadn't been swept. The mirror wasn't clean or the faucet. The fan in the bathroom started and wouldn't stop. Tried to turn the knob...wouldn't work. Supposed to have free breakfast, but wasn't much. Gravy with nothing to put it on. No eggs or meat etc. Coffee and juice.

• Whitney (2/5): - One of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed at. Floors werent vaccumed, stains all over the towels and rags. Shower wasn't cleaned and it wasn't able to drain. Sink was broken and seemed to only flow hot lava. This building is half bar/half hotel, so it was very loud. I should've ran when I saw the sign on the desk that said no refunds after 10 minutes. I'm thanking God me and my kids made it home without bed bugs. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I went straight to the lobby said I wanted a refund the told me I had to take it up with Expedia and I’ve tried to call for a day now and cannot reach a actual person I’m not impressed with any of the experience

Charged me 20 dollars,,, had to be cash for the pet fee. No sure why doesn't seem like they clean the rooms

The staff are rude, the room I stayed in is right above the a PUB that plays loud music and karaoke until 2am, and the toilet had a ring of black filth all around it, and the shower had paint peeling off the side walls. The bed had dirty sheets, and the mattress half of it was sinking in to the base of the frame. You are better off staying in a cold dumpster infested with raccoons than staying at this place. DO BETTER! YOU ARE IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS!! If you can't do it sell the place to someone that will actually care about the business.

• Pierre (4/5): - This was a very poorly run place. It was not clean at all, door frames were rusty, paint was poor, the room had not been cleaned properly. There was crusty things on the carpet, the mirror hadn’t been cleaned, all drains were very slow, the tub had a dirt ring in it, the carpet transitions were loose. The north exit door would not open from the inside and the swipe key would not open it from the outside. The hotel person had to open it then prop it open to be used. We have stayed in other Wyndom hotels and Super 8’s and had no issues. I was even extorted for $30.00 cash because we wanted a 1st floor room instead of a 3rd floor room due to my wife’s limited walking due to cancer. I did post this request on Expedia’s reservation form, I guess no one bothered to read it. I hope someone takes time to respond to this post.
• Bobbi (1/5): We basically paid $63 to sleep in our car. AVOID THIS PLACE! - The sheets were stained with urine and had hairs/holes all over them, The shower was filthy and even had black handprints on the walls from the last person who stayed, the fridge and microwave were covered in mold and old food particles/residue, the ceiling tiles were rotted from water leaks, and the room had a horrible, musty, mildewed smell. There were also roaches everywhere, especially in the bathroom. We had a very late check in so most hotels were no longer taking reservations for the night plus the room was non refundable so we ended up having to stay but slept in our car in the hotels parking lot because of how bad the room was. I would not recommend staying here ever and definitely won’t be going back.

• Austin (3/5): Very Very poor - The bedsheets need to be replaced the first room I got was very poor the cleaning stuff didn't do there job they just made the bed and that was it. When I got my scented room it was a little bit better there where still stans in the bedsheets. I didn't bother taking a shower at all because it so crusty.

• Annette (2/5): Super 8 Omaha SW BAD - The property was very dirty inside and out. Debris [rusty bbq grills, etc. ] and trash, including cigarette butts by the 100s, outside in the yard. Room was dirty, tub filthy, no chair at all, only one towel and washcloth, had to ask for more and staff couldn't understand me [language barrier]and bathmat was dirty, tv only had one station, tv screen filthy, vending machine empty, no bottled water available anywhere, no elevator and all rooms required stairs, no luggage cart available, breakfast was only waffles [but no plates] and biscuits and gravy. No napkins anywhere. Coffee was machine and bad.
