Apparently I was near the staff quarters but I was only trying to get a good view and the guy who spoke to me really killed my good mood. No signs, not specifically told to avoid anywhere, so why create nonexistent rules to make people feel bad? I'm autistic, and that means the impact of small.slighrs are even greater. I had another miscommunication with the same guy the next day when I tried to explain/report the sticky door for room 6 - he tried to tell me I needed to let the mechanism do the work. I was trying to explain the door was catching on the frame but he talked over me and made me feel stupid. I'm 50, not 5!

I did not expect much from the hostel and the stay definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you It was no soap/shampoo in the bathroom and I did not know that I am supposed to bring it.

- Paul (7/5): Exactly what we wanted and needed for our stay. - We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There was everything on site we could need. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about Conwy. The views from the dining room were magnificent. It is quite a steep walk back up from Conwy town but we managed easily and we are getting on. Just took our time.

The staff was excellent, the room was very clean and perfect. The shower tap needs to be fixed in the room 3. Its very hard to turn it off. Also Wifi could be better.

Dorm was spotless, the cooked breakfast were tasty, and the staff were friendly! Great stay all round...Thank you! I found the mattress a little on the thin side, when side sleeping i could feel the streel bed frame through the mattress. but given the value of the place and how nice a stay it was i wouldn't not complain about this.

Short walk to the marina and literally right next to the castle - Loved it the staff who checked me in (can’t remember their names) but they were lovely at both check in and check out. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The rooms were fine - comfortable and worth the money. It was a beautiful location - mountains from every window. So peaceful, not much noise and a great kitchen to cook your own food in. A few options available if you’d like tea and a drink, a great seating area for food and also just to chill and read a book. I would love to stay again when in Conwy Wasn’t sure why I was not being allowed to order something specific for breakfast - I asked for eggs on toast or an omelette but the girl said no. I understand if only certain options such as full English and continental were available but the girl didn’t explain to me just said no we only offer these two options. I just thought with me wanting something that was already being cooked that it may not be too much hassle. However, this isn’t a complaint I was very happy with my stay just maybe something you could offer is a smaller option for breakfast as some of us prefer something smaller and healthier. I assume with the kitchen it gives people the option to cook whatever they like - I’ll definitely make sure I bring breakfast things next time I stay

- Ramababu (8/5): - From price point of view, it's a very good accommodation. Very affordable with facilities like community kitchen, games and private bathroom rooms. Staff is very friendly. Beds are little uncomfortable and bit noisy all the night. But as it is a hostel, I can't complain about it. Can't expect toiletries as well at this price.

All the people were friendly, and the breakfast was amazing even when I asked for 4 eggs 🤣🤣 A special thanks to Gareth, who went the extra mile in order to make my stay better and suggest me a lot of nice places to visit. Maybe having an extra pillow but this personal preference.
