- Maureen (10/5): Great family resort in the beautiful coffee country - Beautiful property with great amenities. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the restaurant—absolutely wonderful food and such great local Colombian cuisine. The spa services were really top notch-lovely setting in a private outdoor cabana. The massage was amazing! The WiFi in the rooms was spotty, but much better in the small business area.

Excelente opción si se quiere y tener días en el hotel y no salir a ningún lugar turístico. Nada. Depronto tener más opciones de alojamiento para familias con 3 niños pequeños que no sea una habitación más, un familiar no pudo alojarse por qué no le daban opciones para su grupo familiar.

- Carlos (8/5): - Bonito lugar, gran piscina, servicio en front des muy bueno, en el restaurante aceptable, la comida aceptable, se pidieron dos platos de carne y las dos las sirvieron pasadas de término, los baños adecuados, las habitaciones cómodas pero las tarjetas de ingreso y activación de energía no funcionaba adecuadamente y los controles del aire acondicionado no permiten apagar la luz led del split, en términos generales una buena estadía. Crítico que no hay room service

À 90 minutes del Valle des Cocora, 30 minutes du Parque del cafe et 60 minutes de Panaca. L'aéroport est a 10 minutes. Le seul probleme que nous avons eu est avec un autre restaurant de l'hôtel (pizza et pates) qui se reserve par le site de l'hôtel. Quand nous sommes allés à l'heure de notre réservation, on nous a dit que le restaurant n'ouvrait pas le dimanche!?!

No me gusto que en la habitación que nos toco no se podía abrir las puertas y ventanas hacia el balcón porque se llenaba inmediatamente de miles de mosquitos y zancudos y el teléfono para llamar a recepción y demás servicios no funcionaba y tampoco el TV.

Kids had a mini golf course to play, a mini soccer field to hit the ball and a playroom equipped with a ping pong table. There was no room service and the restaurant wasn’t opened all day.

- Banu (8/5): Recommended - This was our second time in this hotel. It’s a great place with a huge pool and ample space for sports such as tennis and games. It's ideal for families, with a satisfactory restaurant buffet. The staff are very kind and helpful, and the rooms, along with the beds, are comfortable. The buffet and food quality could be enhanced, and the check-in and check-out processes were excessively time-consuming. Also daily price was very expensive compared to its value.

Lo único que deben mejorar es que a pesar que la música en vivo y el espacio para pasar una noche de rumba es muy bueno para los que quieren, pero nosotros que íbamos a descansar nos pusieron en una habitación muy cerca y hasta la 1 am no pudimos dormir.
