The location was also convenient Unfortunately, my experience with a member of the maintenance staff was very disappointing. He was rude and made me feel uncomfortable and judged during my stay. His attitude was unprofessional and negatively affected my overall experience.

• Julie (10/5): Perfect - Perfect location, great price and amazing kitchen and games room. We had 4 kids with us, booked a family room and the kids LOVED it. It was really clean and the staff were lovely. We will book again and specifically look for YHA for our next break. :)

Very reasonably priced, even though parking was limited and we were the last one to check in, luckily the receptionist gave us his Parking spot to us on his departure for the night.

Check-in-ul se face tarziu-ora 17; am incercat sa sun sa vad daca pot lasa bagajul mai devreme dar nu mi-a raspuns nimeni la telefon.

• Tiana (8/5): Conveniently located. Would stay again but would bring a fan. - The private ensuite bathroom was so lovely! Not being able to check in until 5pm made for a long day. The beds were mostly comfortable, but the room was incredibly hot! Trying to sleep with the windows open to cool the room down meant having an obnoxiously bright light shining in all night. No one in our group slept well. We were lucky enough to get the last parking stall in the lot, but the parking lot is so small that anything larger than a small car would have great difficulty getting in or out.

• Julie (9/5): Great cheap accomodation. - Comfortable and clean room and clean common areas Toilet light sensors did not work for me . I was not tall enough for it to detect me which Meant I had to jump and wave to turn on This was very uncomfortable to do. The space was tiny. This issue needs to be addressed.

• Michelle (7/5): Excellent value and will stay again - Location was fantastic with a short ten minute walk to the town centre and facilities were clean and staff friendly. There was no chair or desk to work in the room and breakfast needs to be prepaid at reception and cooked breakfast needs to be ordered the day before.

There was a staff who was willing to give me access to room but owner of property didn’t listen and refuse and I also not get any refund after all this horrible scene.

• Chantal (9/5): - The whole place has a pleasant feeling to it; you're made to feel welcome. I loved the building itself, and the facilities provided for everything I could need for a trip. Very much a small item, but the showers are snug and the strange opening hours set it apart from all other hostels I've stayed at.
• Claire (8/5): - THe staff were very lovely and helpful, we arrived a few hours early and a staff member signed us in even though she was on her break. That was great. The room was lovely, we just felt a little bit exposed with no curtians to seperate our beds when we slept. But overall it was good.
• Thi Ai Van (5/5): - Good bed, bath room, shared kitchen and toilet! I booked 3 nights at this hostel for my work. Every thing is so good, except the big mistake from the smart card that makes me can not reach to the building and my room on the last day, at the really late night. As their reception time does not open after 10pm. I tried to contact and they tell me wait till the reception coming tomorrow. This is quite strange and makes me so disappointed about their service. Additionally, this issue makes me feel unsafe. So be careful to ask their staff check your card carefully once you book!
• Juan (Jenny) (10/5): - Hospitable staff, high cleanliness, soft bed and blanket, great shower, fantastic self-catering kitchen. A lovely stay there, would highly recommend. The room is a little bit crowded, but the private bathroom is big enough.

• Nicola (9/5): - When I told the staff I walk with a walker, they changed our room to a ground floor one with more space for the walker. All the facilities were clean, staff were friendly and helpful, atmosphere was relaxed & friendly. The dining room is down some stairs, so I had to use my walking stick instead of the walker to access it. Definitely not wheelchair/walker accessible. There are 5 cabins in the garden, why weren't these made accessible?

• Hayoung (8/5): - 방도 깨끗하고 충전기를 침대에서 바로 꽃을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 화장실도 욕실도 깨끗하게 관리되고 있어서 사용하기에 불편함이 없었습니다. 시내에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 조금 걸어야 합니다. 방 안에 별도의 사물함? 보관함? 이런 게 없어서 필요하다면 자물쇠 같은 건 직접 준비해오셔야 할 듯 합니다.

Not very clean . loos grubby and out if the way of room . showers separate from loos so very inconvenient to get ready. no privacy for dorm windows no nets or privacy glass and the women only dorm faces to the street first floor level felt very exposed . No tea bags or coffee supplied which is very tight i feel most hostels have complimentary . Warned hours are quite late as many people go out very early for travel Awful music playing all the time in the lounge and so guests couldn’t relax and read or talk . outside space manopalised by pods so nowhere for guests to go to relax . Overall it felt a bit run down and miserable . The YHA has really gone down hill . see above
