• Felipe (10/5): - Great location, nice spot for picnic, they let us borrow sticks for the Narrows.
• Philip (7/5): A long way short of a traditional b&b. - Location was great with good parking. The room was okay but I didn’t feel it was true value for money. No shower gel in bathroom. No hot drink facilities in bedroom. Room was cold without any facility to warm it up. Was very surprised to be given a voucher for our breakfast to use at one of two nearby restaurants. When booking I understood it was bed and breakfast and assumed that breakfast was on site in a traditional b&b. It’s just a room in a quirky building with absentee owners that is overpriced. Paying for location rather than the quality of the accommodation.

• Linda (8/5): A sweet, quiet inn in a very active place - The Novel House Inn is novel! Each room is named for an author. We stayed in the C.S. Lewis room which indeed featured a lion and a wardrobe as well as copies of his books. So charming. There’s a lovely library and a nice porch to sit on. The staff members were very sweet. The decor is dated but perhaps intentionally so. It feels grandmotherly. There’s a wonderful desk in the room and the furniture begs you to slow down and linger awhile. I’m sorry we didn’t have longer to sit on the porch and read a book or sip tea with the other guests. But it is in a town adjoining an astounding national park where everyone wants to hike, bike, and be enthralled by Zion’s majesty.
• McCarthy (10/5): Charming, convenient and cozy! - Such a unique place to stay. I loved the library with fireplace. Author themed rooms were wonderful and charming. The staff was incredibly hospitable and kind.

Kieran was an amazing host so helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect. We can’t think of anything we didn’t like or any improvements.

• Dganit (10/5): ממליצה בחום! - מקום מאוד מיוחד מלא אוירה. חדר נוח עם מקלחת טובה במיקום מעולה, קרוב לרחוב הראשי של העיר. מרחק הליכה קצרה למסעדות, סופר ותחנה של השאטל לפארק ציון. שתיה חמה זמינה כל היום ואחר הצהריים היו גם עוגיות ולימונדה. לחוויה מושלמת היה נחמד אם היה מתקן למים קרים (היה מיכל מים במקרר אך הוא היה כמעט רייק ולא היה נעים לקחת ממנו) ומעט יותר סבונים / שמפו ומרכך במקלחת.

Right near the bus stop to take you into Zion NP. Host was super flexible and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected - 11am. And he had our room ready in 20 minutes!

• Sarah (9/5): A very happy stay - It’s a really homely place to stay. Very comfortable and a great location to visit Zion national park. It was really easy to find with free parking. The extra touches are really appreciated like tea and coffee throughout the day, lemonade and cookies in the afternoon.

• Julia (9/5): We really loved it's comfort and "feel" aide by the library, community dining area,and quiet guests. - Loved Oscar voucher - food & service very good. Had difficulty with stairs due to my own disability. Also toilets were lower than I have at home which was hard for my hips too.
• Thomas (9/5): Amazing place and host - Amazing host, very nice place, very well located in Springdale, so close to the Zion entrance but so quiet and peaceful (deers seen in the garden!!) The walls might a little thin, you'll hear your neighbors a lot but everyone goes to bed early before the parc day!

• Dale (10/5): Very nice, quiet place to stay, close to Zion with helpful staff and nice accomodations. - Breakfast vouchers were only able to be used one of the two days we were there because of the timing of the restaurant hours and our planned activities at Zion National Park. We got a very good "to-go" breakfast from the restaurant so we could get an early entrance to the park on our second day. I wish we could have gotten breakfast both days, but we wanted to be at Zion on day one before the two restaurants we were given the vouchers to opened.

The room was immaculate. After hiking at Zion that day, the Novel House was a five minute drive. I would highly recommend this property if you are wanting to visit the area.

• Steve (10/5): Novel House is a fantastic place to stay where you feel pampered by the personal touches. - Novel House is wonderful. We paid a little more to stay there than we usually pay for a hotel, but it was well worth it. The house is amazing and the hostess, Joanna, was very welcoming and helpful. She gave us tips on places to visit. Cookies and lemonade were served every afternoon. There was coffee, a good selection of teas, and cocoa available. We used our breakfast vouchers at Oscar's which was very good. The food was great and the portions were large. Our room was elegant and spacious, the chairs were comfortable, and the bed was comfortable. It was in the center of town near a shuttle stop. If we were in the area again, we would want to stay there again. We had trouble getting the blinds to open.

Vor allem der Chef war super freundlich und es gab Tee oder Kaffee, auch Empfehlung für ein Restaurant zum Essen. Mit Google-Übersetzer haben wir uns unterhalten.😂😉und etwas italienisch... Frühstück inbegriffen gleich nebenan mit Gutschein! Das beste Hotel während unserer 14-tägigen Kurz-Reise in LA sowie den NP. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Da gibt es nichts.
• Alison (10/5): Delightful stay in the heart of town - Delightful bed and breakfast in the heart of town. Convenient walk to shops, cafes and Zion bus stop. Comfortable room and genial host We particularly appreciated a proper kettle and milk... allowing us to make a decent cup of tea. The lemonade and cookies were greatly appreciated. Breakfast is by way of vouchers to a nearby cafe... unfortunately on the second day the town had a power cut so the choice was a bit limited! No complaints!

• Libby (10/5): Close to all the necessities in Springdale, and still only a mile from Zion National Park entrance! - The location was great in Springdale - right near shuttle stop 5, but also only a mile from the Zion Visitor's Center, so we walked most of the time. Breakfast at Oscar's was a bonus we weren't expecting and was perfect before spending the day hiking in the Canyon. Laundromat across the street, and the Sol Foods Supermarket near as well, plus all the fabulous restaurants in Springdale along the main road! Would definitely stay here again - nice and quiet, set back from the road, and the staff were super nice and helpful!

• Emily (10/5): Lovely stay in a small homey inn. - Just off Main Street in Springdale so easy access to everything. We enjoyed our room and its classic decor. Really appreciated the warm welcome and little touches during our stay. The only minor drawback to me was the inability to control the room temp. Thought the a/c was going to go off in the evening and it kept cycling on. We opened the window as suggested and by early morning, I turned on the fireplace!

• Paula (8/5): The property is beautiful and conveniently located near everything. A voucher is given to two restaurants for breakfast - This bnb was very conveniently located in the heart of town. There was ample parking to leave your vehicle and catch the shuttle to Zion. I didn’t care for the high poster bed in which you needed a stepstool to get into bed.

• Mr C (10/5): Friendly guest house in middle of Springdale - Comfortable spacious rooms. Quirky themes relating to classic novelists. Large guest common areas with tea, coffee, shared fridge and microwave. Very close to shuttle bus stop giving easy access to Zion NP. Oscar's breakfasts were good quality - although note that voucher doesn't cover service tips.

The rooms are lovely and all very differently furnished according to the author, we stayed in CR Lewis which had a huge wardrobe!! There is no breakfast on site but you get a voucher for the cafe across the road. The house is in the centre of Springdale where you can catch a shuttle bus into Zion NP. Kieran is very welcoming and happy to give recommendations. The bed is a bit bouncy!😁
