• Rossana (9/5): Muy bueno - El hotel muy bien ubicado, tranquilo, desayuno tipo buffet no muy variado pero fresco y saludable. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y comodas. El servicio muy amable. Contar con algún snack para la tarde o noche, no hat ese servicio aunque facilitan contactos para recibir por delivery.

• Julio Martin (8/5): - Atendieron rápido una situación con las almohadas y colchon a tal punto que hicieron un cambio de habitación. Debieron revisar antes de entregar la habitación como estaban las almohadas y el colchón. Ahora con nuestra experiencia debieran reemplazar colchón y cuidar las fundas de las almohadas.
• Roxana (9/5): Un lugar cómodo y limpio para descansar - Me gustó la cama de la habitación, grande, cómoda, limpia, las almohadas estaban en buen estado. El baño estaba limpio y había agua caliente todo el día. También había aire acondicionado en la habitación. El personal del hotel es muy amable y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos Una de las habitaciones fue un poco pequeña, sentí que había poco espacio para caminar, la mesa para trabajar también era pequeña y la silla un poco incómoda.

• Maximilian (7/5): 2nd visit and still a good hotel - but slowly needs some renovation. - It was our second stay since 2023 - the area is the best in Ica, the pool is really nice and the staff is helpful. The bathroom is spacious and you can bring friends or order food to the lobby. The Pisco Sour is delicious. You can tell that the hotel didnt renew anything since 2023 and also became a bit expensive. - This time there were multiple people partying / drinking at night at the pool. One couple had a bender for two nights straight (right above us) till 4 am. Since we travelled with a baby, this was really uncomfortable. Even without a baby, this would be annoying. I have no problem with drinking / partying but not two nights straight until 4am. We called the staff and I also walked up by myself - but the couple didnt even open the door. Because of a shift change - the staff from the next day didnt know about the party and didnt remove these people from the hotel. To be honest, you should remove this kind of people immedately in a family friendly hotel.

El desayuno fue completo y la atención es excelente. Además, las habitaciones dan a la piscina lo que tiene una vista perfecta. Sin comentarios, todo estuvo excelente.

• Daniela (6/5): - En líneas generales, el hotel está bien. El personal es amable, las áreas comunes se mantienen limpias, el desayuno es satisfactorio y el lugar resulta agradable a la vista. Hay algunos aspectos por mejorar. En nuestra habitación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, el Wi-Fi no tenía buena cobertura y, en una ocasión, la habitación no fue limpiada cuando lo solicitamos. Respecto a la ubicación, el hotel está un poco retirado de la carretera principal, por lo que si se llega a Ica sin vehículo propio, es necesario caminar un tramo para acceder al transporte público. No es una gran distancia, pero es un detalle a tener en cuenta.

• Gian Carlo (9/5): - La tranquilidad y seguridad del lugar. Las instalaciones son óptimas, la piscina cumple muy bien para el momento refrescante ante el calor reinante de la zona. Las camas quizas eran muy bajas pero son cosas que no reviste mayor importancia
• Jakob (7/5): - The choice at the breakfast buffet was not that big but it was fine and there was also some variation. Nice and clean pool, perfect for a relaxing rest day. For the price I expected a bit better interior, e.g. the fridge was really loud during the night. There are a lot of big windows to the pool and the other rooms, so you always have to close the curtains to have some privacy. Quite far away from the city center, there was not so much choice in the restaurant.

The location was in a nice neighbourhood. The team were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were quite basic and limited. It wasnt the most accessible location.

My room was spotles and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I enjoyed the breakfast. The juices were very good. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the genuine care shown by the team. They truly made me feel at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and good service.

• Shanna (7/5): Prima hotel, slecht ontbijt - Het is een simpel maar prima hotel. Ruime kamer met een lekker bed. ‘s middags is het zwembad op prima temperatuur om in te zwemmen. Bij aankomst hadden we per ongeluk de Uber naar het andere (splinternieuwe) Angosura hotel gepakt. De eigenaar was zo vriendelijk om ons een lift te geven naar het juiste hotel, heel fijn ‘s avonds laat! Het slechtste ontbijt ooit. Water wordt in de magnetron opgewarmd, dit moet thee voorstellen. Je moet de avond van te voren aangeven wat je wilt, dat vonden wij heel raar. De opties zijn zeer beperkt: droog brood met ei. Daarnaast is het veel te weinig wat je krijgt. Wij hebben maar 1x het ontbijt genomen, de andere twee keer zijn we buiten het hotel gaan ontbijten. De laatste avond werden we, toen we al sliepen, wakkergebeld met de vraag wat we als ontbijt willen. Wederom heel raar.

The hotel is clean, the room was spacious and the hotel even had a small gym (that is not well equipped) and stable wifi connection. Shops, restaurants nearby. Staff was not very helpful, the service could be significantly improved. We had to ask for everything twice and never got what we asked for. Maybe the reason is that they didn't speak proper English. The breakfast was really poor and the food was not very good at the hotel. The bed was small with too soft mattress.

• Lori (10/5): Nice quiet hotel that's a good value - Very quiet. Everybody there is very nice and helpful. They really seem to try very hard to keep it well maintained, and it shows. The bed was big and comfortable. Oversized shower. The room was spacious. The restaurant was a little vague on how it all works, so we opted to eat and drink elsewhere. There were no glasses or small hand towels in the room. My husband went down to the front desk, and they were provided.

• Ingrid (8/5): Ok rooms and breakfast, far from any attractions - The shower was nice. The staff at the morning were very kind and nice (not the nicest at night when we checked in). It was clean and the breakfast was good. We had room service. It's isolated, and unless you have a car, you will have to take a cab to go anywhere, including something as simple as to go to a restaurant to get food. If you are in the area to explore Huacachina's oasis and sand dunes, it may be better if you find accommodations elsewhere.

• Omri (10/5): Amazing Location. - Lovely place It feels like home ! All of the furniture is of a high quality, as they used to make it (it is heavy wood). TV in every room. 3 toilets !! Despite there being only a few apartments, there is someone here 24 hours a day to help with anything. Everything works (not a given for off the beaten track Peru). It's a wonderful space. Oh, and the location : it's in a gated community just to the side of town. All of that hectic down the road, but here, the birds sing and about 5 cars pass each hour. Lovely. Toilets don't accept paper, everything else is perfect.
