• Candace (6/5): - Very resealable accommodation. Pet friendly for small fee. Coffee pot and hair dryer provided as well as mini fridge microwave combo. Hot water and water pressure definitely rank 5 star compared to some of the places I have previously stayed.

Turned on water in the shower and came out yellow and was disgusting. Overall not even worth the 88 dollars to stay. Went in lobby and employee sprawled out on couch with nasty feet with no shoes on not very professional at all

• regina (6/5): Short trip - When we arrived at the room it was extremely hot. The AC had only recently been turned on. Texas gets really hot in the summer. The bed was hard, but we were tired. I received an email explaining the rules for having no pets. Come to find out they do allow pets with a fee. The website also conveyed the information as well. It was a quick trip so we dealt with the inconvenience. Also the commode was really short. My husband is 6’3.
• Tonya (6/5): Need to upgrade facility - The facilities are aged and in need of an update. We have stayed here a lot over the years. The conditions of the beds have degraded. The last couple of stays we have had a double bed and one of them has been broken in different rooms. I have told the owner about it and there seems be little effort to correct the issue.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Very clean! - The motel is older but the rooms are exceptionally clean. The fridge and microwave and TV all work well. Bed was comfy. I have only stayed in two motels in B-ridge and this was was the cleanest and least expensive.
• GUADALUPE (2/5): - I did not like the rest room toilet to low fell back than got stuck trying to get up. Entering the room with that high step to the room. Its hard for a handly cap person.

• Verified traveler (8/5): It is OK for one night stay. - Manger was very nice. It's an old place. Carpet needed a good cleaning. Touch up painting would be nice. BAD smell coming up form the sink drain when water is running. Though, the AC works great !

• Shannon (2/5): About the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in - Check in was a joke. The people barely speak discernible English. Key card access required assistance from the office and some finagling when we need it in the room. Room was ridiculously hot when we arrived and the air conditioner took almost 2 full hours to cool down the room to a reasonable temperature. Dingy yellow towels provided. Luckily we were able to go to the front office and exchange them for seemingly cleaner ones. Shower head at chest level for a average height male, so a bit awkward showering. Room parents and decor was something out of the 1970s Overall experience was not good at all, but it did provide us the bare minimum which was a place to sleep. Not a bad deal if you just need a place to sleep and don’t care about comfort or quality.

• Alyssa (6/5): - Did not like anything about this property unfortunately. Rooms were hot (but we’re in Texas so that’s ok). We brought Clorox wipes and wiped door knobs, light switches & pretty much everything else. Wipes were filthy with dirt and yellow. The refrigerators were very dirty with hair.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Solo traveler - Room was ok but not cleaned. TV remote issue sorted out. There is still drainage issue in tub and toilet. Parking was free and in front of room. Lots of shopping places near by like Dollar shop, Walmart, McDonald.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Badly needs updates - The staff was friendly. The hotel is older and badly in need of update and repairs. I think it gets used a lot by oilfield and construction workers and the rooms reflect that kind of dirt on light switches and fixtures. I always have lysol wipes so I wiped all of that down. The carpet had some holes that had duct tape covering it.The mini fridge was in rough shape and some of the bathroom fixtures were broken and the toilet wobbled. They do allow pets.

• Yen (8/5): Small town inn - Small town inn. Can't be too picky with these but I had hair from about 4 people all over my bed. The front door doesn't relock when I leave and only when I rescan my room key does it relock. Overall not too bad if you can get over the cleanliness.

• Roger (10/5): - It is exactly as priced and advertised. If you gonna go in there expecting the Hilton you will be let down. But only a fool would expect that. I wanted a room for the night. A clean bed. A clean bathroom. A fridge, a tv and a table. I got exactly that. The swimming pool may have fish in it.

• Marcus (8/5): Clean & Comfortable - The rooms we clean and the beds were comfortable. This is an older motel but the staff were very accommodating. We were there on a bass fishing tournament and another group staed at the same place and had the same comments about comfort and be clean clean. The exterior needs some work but it appears that it is in the process of being painted and upgraded.

The cleaning products left the room with a very strong smell. The outside is really in need of scraping and painting. This is a older motel.

• Phuong (10/5): Not bad little place. - Came around midnight. Office was locked but it says ring doorbell and they opened it up and get me my room fast. Everything was smooth we jumped in and went to bed real quick. Next morning we took a shower and left. Zero complaints about the whole experience because we have gone to small towns and had worse. For the price, location and the small town this was in this place was actually really agood deal. If i had to pick what could be better is they have a pool but its empty and not being used? Maybe its still cool outside and not pool season. Next would be the bed was a bit worn and sunk in a little bit and the coffee could include more suger and creamer, there was only 1 of each. Thats if i was to be picky. Overall i would continue to come here next time i need a place to stay in Breckenridge.

The bedding is equally as bad and sitting on raw 2" x 4" boarding. The bathing facilities are notably the same, damaged and non-functional. Lastly, the front door deadbolt was inoperable and the electronic chip keycard required extreme force to operate.
