Instead of dealing with crowded airport lots, I head straight to The Westin valet, drop off my car, and I’m at the terminal in just a few minutes no confusion, no hassle. What really sold me was the pricing. I signed up for their reduced monthly parking program and it’s far more reasonable than typical airport rates, especially if you travel regularly. Coming back is just as easy. I send a quick message before I arrive, and my car is already pulled up and ready by the time I get downstairs. It makes the whole process feel smooth and well organized. Overall, it’s a huge time saver and takes a lot of the usual travel stress out of the equation. Definitely a service worth using.

I was the only at the Denver airport on time from my whole group. As I flew united. I was discouraged, had so many luggage’s to carry and no one to help. I was quite parched and needed a snack, as I asked the information folks in the airport they recommended I made may trek over to the Westin with 3 checked bags and a carry on. It was quite the mission, I was tired and hungry also very out breath. A wonderful kind soul stood before me as I walked through the hotel doors. An angel named Hirut ascended from the heavens and turned my frown completely upside down. Very welcoming, understanding, and respectful. Hirut made the most delicious coffee, offered to keep an eye on my bags while I ran to the Lou and offered me a free sample. Really made waiting for my friends 10x better. I wish I would’ve booked a room here just to say hi to Hirut every morning. An amazing edition to the Westin hotel team definitely an asset to the team. I will be staying here next time just to experience the hospitality I did for the short time I had in the ingredients store. Thank you Hirut!!

• richardc472 (4/5): Upscale but poor luggage handling for an airport location - We stayed here because of an early flight, and we had 6 pieces of luggage from a ski trip. The idea was convenience regarding the luggage. Unfortunately, the hotel is not equipped to handle luggage efficiently. We drove to the valet site of the hotel, which was jumbled up with about 20 vehicles parked hodge podge helter skelter in a tiny cramped area, with many people waiting for service. We unpacked our luggage from our vehicle and brought the luggage to the door, where a person did show up, tagged one piece of luggage rather than all 6, most likely because he was in a rush to try and get to many people waiting. He said the one tag would be good for all 6 and I asked him to write "6" on the tag. It's fortunate he did, because the next day it was an issue when trying to retrieve the luggage. We were finally able to gather all the luggage, but it required a call to the main desk, travel from our room to the lobby, then down 5 floors to storage, then back up 5 or 6 floors to bring the luggage across the plaza over to the airport check in area. Not at all convenient and it was time consuming. The ice make did not work on our floor and you cannot access other floors for ice because of electronic key restrictions via the elevator. This hotel did not effectively handle our luggage situation even though it is an airport-based location. The Westin at Detroit airport is much better equipped for this type of situation. Comfortable upscale rooms but very frustrating luggage handling.

Downside is not a good night sleep before 15 hours of traveling. Mattresses aren’t as heavenly as other Westins. While we can’t hear any noise outside the room, the AC fan sounds like an airplane engine all night long even in off mode.

• markbO9605MH (10/5): Extremely Convenient Airport Hotel with a Comfortable Stay - I am a frequent traveler and a Marriott Titanium Elite member, so I base my hotel reviews on both the brand’s standards and my personal experiences. I stayed one night at The Westin Denver International Airport while connecting through Denver. I arrived late in the evening and departed early the next morning, and for that type of stay, this hotel is exceptionally convenient. It’s hard to beat being able to roll out of bed and be at the airport within a few minutes. I completed an electronic check-in and used a digital key, which allowed me to bypass the front desk entirely and made the arrival process very smooth. The room was comfortable and well within expectations for a Westin property. The bed was very comfortable, and despite being located directly at the airport, the room was quiet with no noticeable airplane noise, which made for a good night’s sleep. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t speak to the Titanium Elite breakfast benefits. I also do not believe there is a concierge or executive lounge at this property. Overall, this is an excellent option if you have an early departure, late arrival, or short connection at Denver International Airport. The convenience, quiet rooms, and comfortable accommodations make it a property I would gladly stay at again when traveling through DEN.

However, the downside is that you have to go outside the terminal to enter the airport, which was unpleasant in 30 degrees weather. Poor signage to find the hotel once you get to the baggage claim area. In the morning you have to go trough security again, so the hotel in on airport grounds but not inside the terminal. Elevators were fast, room is fine. Blanket kept on falling off the bed, I woke up in the middle of the night feeling cold, the setup with the sheets and blanket is weird. Platinum and up members get $25 per person towards breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, for up to $50 for two guests or more. Entrees are between $20-$25 and include pancake, egg, waffle, avocado toast, coffee and tea included for platinum, but not juice. We tried the kale smoothie and hibiscus lemonade and did not care for them. Staff was nice. We are not big breakfast eaters and we got to go boxes to take the food with us on the flight. You can tip using your room number.

I was greeted with smiles and professionalism and the front desk agent and her manager went above and beyond to make me feel appreciated! The bed and amazing pillows were truly heavenly! • Miusa (4/5): Disappointment and untruths - A disappointing experience. Businesses who misrepresent services and then attempt to casually brush aside your disappointment are places I try to avoid. If you agree with that approach this is not the place for you. Marriott offers digital check in and mobile key which I value highly. I value them so highly that I will call the hotel directly prior to booking to ensure they actually provide the services they promote on their app. I found this necessary after a number of disappointments from Marriott properties. (In stark contrast to Hilton and Hyatt properties who actually provide the services they claim to have) I called this hotel 1 week prior to booking and was assured but staff member who answered the phone that the location provided both digital check -in and a mobile key. When she answered in the affirmative a followed up with the specific question I asked "will I receive my mobile key that allows me to go directly to my room prior to my arrival?" she reassured me I would as long as I used the Bonvoy app. I thanked her for her help. I'm sure you know how this turned out, I did not receive a mobile key. When I arrived at 11pm after a long day of travel I was forced to wait more than 20 minutes to check in at the front desk. They also required me to swipe a credit card to get my key instead of using the corporate travel card on file creating additional paperwork and personal expense for me personally. I was provided with a number of lies when asked why I couldn't received a mobile key including: - Its for my security (Then why offer and promote the service?) - Its only for returning customers (That restriction is listed nowhere online OR more importantly from the staff member I spoke to prior to booking) - You have to book through the Marriott site or mobile app ( First of all I did book through the app and secondly again there is absolutely no mention of that requirement anywhere. Please don't lie to me) The mobile app may not be important to you but if they will casually lie about this, they will have no issue lying about other things. • Patricia (3/5): If we didn’t have the incessant noise it would have been great. - There was a noise most of the night. Knock knock (5 sec pause) knock again. It seemed to come from the bathroom area, hard to pin point. Every once in a while to would stop for a while then start up again. We did not have a good nights sleep. We were disappointed. Should have called and changed rooms but just kept hoping it would stop.

• Christine (8/5): - Location is superb and the suite was spacious with a great view. Staff were professional and helpful. Dining services need improvement. We had a late checkin after two delayed flights (including one international) and a missed connection, and there was nowhere to eat. Theoretically the hotel has 24 hour in-room dining but at 10PM the service had a 3 hour wait.
• Lucy (8/5): Great location... Hire more staff!!! - Perfect location. Understaffed. It took 3 hours for them to bring bags from storage and 3 tries to get the right ones. Staff GREAT but way more needed.

• Lowly (10/5): Perfect last night in Colorado & reduced the stress of an early morning flight. - The pool & hot tub with my teenage kids was a godsend. Room service food was delicious. Bar & bar server were perfect - thank you! Bell hop servers were great on arrival & morning of departure. Big shout out to Jose for his help all the way to the DIA check in desk. A life saver with our 6 suitcases. Thank you! Housekeeping service was slow & didn’t deliver the slippers & razor that I asked for 3 x times Also my television didn’t work & no one responded to the call. However I discovered that the tv was just unplugged. So I fixed that myself.
