- Kruse (2/5): Sehr viele positive Eindrücke - Das Hotel war super central. Direkt am zweitgrössten Platz im Zentrum. Das Zimmer war gross und sehr passend zu diesem historischen Gebäude. Bad und Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde dieses Hotel immer wieder besuchen. Für diesen Preis eine Super Leistung - danke. War alles sehr gut. In dem Preissegment mehr als ich erwarted habe.

The host was very kind and helpful in regards of info, and they offered a pretty decent breakfast. When we'll be back in Sibiu we'll choose the same. Highly recommend!

Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, per noi italiani la colazione era piuttosto scarna, di dolci a parte la marmellata e un dolcino confezioanto non c'era nulla

- Franziska (5/5): Die Lage toll, die Dame an der Reception sehr nett, alles andere eher mittelmässig - Das Zimmer war sehr gross und nett eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist optimal für einen Besuch in Sibiu. Im Bad hat es stark gestunken, ich musste die Türe zum Zimmer immer zulassen, damit es im Zimmer nicht stank. Zudem war am Samstagmorgen um 09:00 Uhr kein Frühstück bereit, wir mussten telefonieren, damit wir unser Frühstück bekamen. Und niemand hat den Zimmerservice gemacht. Das hat mich zwar nicht gross gestört, finde ich jedoch unüblich in einem Hotel.

Nem volt sötétítő a szobában, tele volt hosszabbítóval minden, a reggeli későn kezdődik és nagyon hideg teremben, az étel választék minimális és, ami van az is napról napra fogy. Volt nap, hogy volt tojás termék, volt hogy semmi meleg étel nem volt. Parkoló nincs. A Tv nem működött. A tipikus esete annak, amikor a jó elhelyezkedés miatt nincs semmi szolgáltatás...

Domnișoara de la recepție a fost foarte amabilă, atentă și mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze. Se vede profesionalismul și grija față de clienți. Totul de nota 10! Cu siguranță voi reveni.

- Anca (10/5): Wonderful experience! - Best location ever, the staff is amazing (I had laundry to do and the promptly offered to do it for me and at no coast!) the breakfast is also great! The rooms are absolutely Hughes and give a sense of being in a medieval castle.. Can’t wait to return!
- Cristina (10/5): Recenzie – Hotel The Council, Sibiu - Hotelul The Council impresionează prin locația excelentă, chiar în centrul istoric al Sibiului, lângă Turnul Sfatului. Clădirea are mult farmec și păstrează un aer clasic, potrivit stilului vechi al orașului. Camerele sunt spațioase și curate, cu mobilier retro, iar personalul este amabil și atent. Deși unele dotări ar putea fi modernizate, experiența generală este plăcută, mai ales pentru cei care apreciază atmosfera istorică și poziția ultracentrală.

- Ioan Mihai (10/5): Everything was just perfect!! - The location was excellent, right in the center of the cuty, the host was really nice and friendly, breakfast was delicious, it was really clean and the conditions were really good! We stayed during the new years eve and the host gave us a generous gift from the house which was surprizing, we really enjoyed the initiative! We highly recommend it! We know for sure we will book again here when we will visit Sibiu again!

Camera mare si curata. Salteaua putea fi mai buna - o saltea cu spuma cu memorie, care s-a lasat pe laterale si ar trebui inlocuita.

- Habib (4/5): - המיקום מצוין הצוות אדיב לקחנו סוויטה כי חשבנו שיהיה לנו יותר נוח, בפועל הסוויטה הייתה מאוד מאוד ישנה, זרם המים במקלחת חלש. הריהוט מאוד מאוד ישן ולא נוח. החיסרון הכי גדול זה שיש המון מדרגות והיה לנו. אוד קשה עם המזוודות, וגם ללא מזוודות היה צריך לעלות ולרדת המון מדרגות.

- DANIEL (10/5): Une très belle halte à Sibiu. - Un établissement très bien placé, probablement sur la plus belle place de Sibiu , doté de tout le confort souhaité. La salle du petit déjeuner qui donne sur la place est magnifique et le petit déjeuner propose un buffet varié très agréable. Rien ; tout était très sympathique de l accueil à l ambiance du petit déjeuner.
