- Mohamed (8/5): It was a good stay - The hotel itself and the pool were good. The variety of breakfast food was repetitive and limited. The beach was not in the hotel. You have to go a shuttle, which the hotel provides at specific times.

- NASHAT (3/5): كرهنا مرسي مطروح بسبب الفندق دا - من بداية الحجز علي بوكينج نحدد اختيارنا لغرفتين وأربع أشخاص يخرج لنا السعر زائد الضريبه ٥٠٠ ٥٠ الف مثلاً وعند التفعيل لإجراء الحجز وقبول السعر يخرج لنا انه لكل غرفه شخص واحد فقط مع اننا حاجزين في كل غرفه شخصين يعني غرفتين لأربع أشخاص . نعيد البحث ويخرج لنا نفس السعر لأربع أشخاص في غرفتين وعند التفعيل لتثبيت الحجز يخرج لنا شخص واحد في كل غرفه وأجرينا الاعاده كذا مره وفي كل مره نفس الخطاء فاتصلنا مباشر بالفندق لسؤال الموظفه عن هذه المشكله واكدت لنا ان الغرفه الكينج او الدوبل طبيعي ان تكون لشخصين ولم تبدي اهتمام بمشكلتنا في الحجز وعلي ذلك قمنا بتثبيت الحجز علي الوضع اللذي يخرج لنا … وعند وصولنا للفندق بداءت المشكله وخرج لنا الموظف بأننا حجزنا غرفتين لشخصين فقط بهذا المبلغ 😂. فحكيت له الحكايه وكان الرد بالطبع معلش يا فندم لازم تدفع الفرق … ولعدم الاطاله وبعد الدهشه دفعنا لأننا معندناش إثبات علي كلامنا مع أنني عرضت ان نحاول مع بعض حجز غرفتين لأربع أشخاص علشان يشوف المشكله بنفسه وبالطبع لم يهتم (او لم يصدق). دفعنا وخلاص وبداءنا نذهب للغرف وكانت المفاجاءت .. حال الفندق الخمس نجوم في المجمل العام لا يرتقي بالمره الي ٥ نجوم (حسب فهمي ومقارنته بالخمس نجوم اللي أنا شفتها وعيشت فيها بنفسي كتيير) النظافه العامه ومحلات مقفله زي المهجوره علي اليمين والشمال الزباله والأكياس والورق علي الارض والبلاط المكسر في الأرضيات مينفعش تدي ٥ نجووم خاااالص. طلعنا الغرف .. غرف للوهله الاولي شكلها كويس. طيب ندخل الحمام بسرعه (الأولاد) بابا مفيش ميه في الحمام في الأربع غرف اللي أنا واخدهم لي ولأسرة صديقي طيب نتصل بالاداره ايوا يا فندم الميه في الطريق إليك وحصل بعد ١٠ دقائق .. عادي بتحصل .. طيب نبص في الحمام مفيش إلا فوطتين كبار ومفيش دواسة ارضيه في الحمام ومفيش فوط صغيره ؟؟ومفيش شامبو .. فين ال ٥ نجوم طيب احنا تعبانين وحننام من التعب معلش شويه وصديقي يكلمني يقول لي شوف السراير بتاعتك كويس علشان احنا لاقينا (بق) في السرير بتاعنا واتصلت بالريسيبشن جم وغيرولي الملايات بسرعه والعامل شال البقه وجري . طبعاً العيال كدا مش عايزين يكملوا .كلمنا الفندق علشان نلغي الحجز ونغادر ونشوف فندق تاني ..شكراقال لنا لازم تلغوا مع بوكينج علشان احنا منقدرش نرجع لكم فلوس … حاولنا نكلم بوكينج معرفناش قضينا يومين صعبين

- Mohamed Hossameldin Hassan (5/5): - The view of the sea view room was good and the room service workers were very good The water heating was not working in the room and when i tried to call the service found that also the phone was not working and i had to go to the reception 3 times then meet the manager to solve the issue, after a long trip i wasn't able to take a shower before more than 2 hours after arriving, the reception employees was very unprofessional in handling the issue and i had to meet the manager personally They didn't fix the phone during the whole stay Also Not sure if that's the normal procees at the hotel or not but for me it was the first time that a reception employee ask me to wait until the room service finish inspecting the room after i finished the check out and gave them the keys
- DrMariam.ElRashedy (10/5): مطروح و لا اروع - طبعا انا نزلت فندق. و ده وهمي بجد. الجناح اللي نزلت فيه قمة في الجمال و الشياكة. .راحة و نظافة و خدمة الغرف و الاتوبيس اللي بيروح الشاطئ قمة النظافة و النظام. الشاطئ مكانه جميل جدا جدا لانه جنب الابيض. فالمايه هناك وهمية في الجمال. البيسين حلو جدا و الخدمات عليه حلوة اوي. حفلات بليل كانت جميلة جدا. انصح جدا بالفندق مش الشاليهات علشان تستمتع بالاجازة. المكان قريب جدا من عقر الخادم. و ممكن تمشي علي رجلك و تعدي للكورنيش الناحية التانية تتمتع بالشاطئ الصخري. كمان حجزت رحلة اليخت تبع بورتو فسحني بكل سهولة. هي تعليقات فقط بخصوص العشا. ان تخطيط الاوبن بوفيه مكانش افضل حاجة وسط الاسبوع. يوم الجمعة الاكل كان متنوع بزيادة جدا جدا جدا و كان حلو اوي بس كان ممكن توزيع المنيو علي ايام الاسبوع يكون افضل. التعليق التاني كنت اتمني يكون فيه جولف كار توصل لاول القرية و تدخل الاكوا و يكون فيه access للاكوا لنزلاء الفندق.

- محمد (4/5): الصور الذي ترسلها الفنادق غير صحيحه امكن من تاريخ الافتتاح الفندق لأكثر من 10سنوات - الاقامه كانت جيده نسبياً ولاكن الغرفه لم تكن التي حجزتها في البرنامج واضافو على رسوم لسرير المزدوج ولم اجد سرير مزدوج بل مفرد والإفطار كان السعر الغرفه واتفاجى باني اذ طلبته للغرفه يطلب مني قيمة التوصيل ليس كل مايصور ممتاز على الواقع تشوف العجب

- Amr (9/5): تجربة ممتازة نتمنى نزور الفندق بشهر اكتوبر لكنه يكون مغلق - تجربة كانت ممتازة في فندق بورتو مطروح طاقم العاملين هناك كلهم ممتازين وبشوشين ومايقصروا بأي طلب.. الغرفة ممتازة وواسعة تساع اسرة بها اطفال.. البحر جميل والاطلالة من الفندق والجو مساءً خرافي وفريد.. تنوع الطعام في البوفيه وسرعة العاملين فيه لو تطلب اي شئ. - لم يعجبني ان الفندق يفتح فقط من منتصف يونيو الى منتصف سبتمبر.. ماتقدر تزور الفندق الا خلال شهور الصيف الثلاثة فقط.. ياريت ادارة الفندق تزود المدة خلال اكتوبر وخلال مايو ايضا.. - لا يوجد مشروبات ساخنة او عشبية في الصباح غير الشاي والحليب. - الشو او العرض المسائي غير جيد بالمرة .. فقط اغاني والبعض منها مزعجة .. اختيار الاغاني سيئ .. عرض الاطفال جيد ولكنه بسيط ومكرر كل يوم نفس البرنامج والشو. - الميوزيك خلال البوفيه ماتشتغل بشكل مستمر.

I booked one double and one twin room, and they gave me two twin rooms which is not what I booked. The customer service was poor. You have to take a shuttle bus to the private beach.

- Achmed (8/5): Schönes Meer, aber der Strand leider nur mit dem Bus zu erreichen. - Hotel war allgemein schön Schade, war, dass man vom Hotel keine direkten Zugang zum Strand hatte. Ich verstehe, dass der Hotelstrand mit dem Bus erreicht werden konnte, aber für einen kurzen Sprung ins Wasser, wäre es schön, direkt an den Strand gehen zu können. Vielelicht ein Warnhinweis, was die Felsen im Wasser angehen.

- Mohammed (6/5): تجربة سيئة لن نكررها ابدا … - الانيميشن تيم كانوا كويسين وبيحاولوا يبسطوا الولاد وبيعملوا مجهود والمنطقة الخارجية للقعدات والبيسين حلوة ولطيفة .. الشاطئ حلو لكن بعيد وبنروحه بباص ومتعب جدااا علشان توصله مافيهوش مشاية حتى تنزل عليها خصوصا كبار السن الغرف قديمة وريحة مجارى فظيعة معرفناش ننام والاكل للاسف مش كويس خالص والاصناف قليلة والكميات قليلة جدااا والشيف كان بيقطع الفراخ بيعطى قطعة صغيرة جداااا واللى يطلب منه زيادة يفضل ينفخ ويبصله بقرف كانه بيعطينا من جلده وكان فى موظف فى المطعم قصير شوية واقرع صعب جدا فى التعامل للاسف ويبص نظرات احتقار للنزلاء ويفضل يتوشوش مع الموظفين ويضحكوا ويتريأوا ع الناس واتصدمنا ان العشاء غير شامل المياة والمشروبات ولازم تدفع مقابلهم برغم ان دافعين مبلغ كبير للحجز شامل الفطار والعشاء ولم يتم توضيح دا اثناء الحجز على بوكينج ولما اتكلمنا فى المطعم كان رد الموظفين بارد وبايخ ويقولوا ارجعوا للادارة ولما قولتلهم لو الولد شرق اثناء الاكل ومحتاجين مياه نعمل ايه يقول مالناش دعوة سياسة الفندق وزجاجة المياه 40 جنيه !!!!! برغم ان ممكن يحلوا كل دا بوضع دسيبنسر مياه وكوبايات بلاستيك جنبه ويراضوا العملاء لكن للاسف المكان مش كويس .. تجربة سيئة لن تكرر باذن الله …

- Reham (6/5): Not worth the amount of money paid. I paid 50k Egp for one week. - Food- fast response to our problems. If you are going to Matrouh to enjoy the beautiful beaches, don’t go to this hotel. The hotel beach was closed due to weather and the hotel management refused to take us to any other good beach. We were stuck in the hotel for 4 days with only one pool. You need a car to go to other beaches and taxis are so expensive. Even when the hotel beach opened, it was so dangerous to swim due to high waves. At night there’s only a party for kids and that’s it.

- Ahmed (8/5): - Staff is very friendly and helpful especially Ms. Mariam ElSherbiny, Mr. Mohammed from the front desk, Fares from restaurant and Ahmed Elhag the billman. I'm highly recommend this property because of its employees ❤️😍. Furniture and buildings are very old
- AHMED (6/5): عكس توقعاتي - افضل ماوجدته في الفندق منطقة العاب الاطفال وحمام السباحة اثاث الغرفة قديم وجدت 3 صراصير بالغرفة خلال فترة اقامتي والناموس قاتل تم التواصل مع ادارة الفندق وكان هناك سرعة استجابة لابادة الحشرات برش الغرفة ورش الحديقة المجاورة للغرفة. بوفيه العشاء غير متنوع ولا يتم تقديم اي مشروبات به او مياه وعندما طلبت مياه تم سداد حسابها في المطعم

- amir (3/5): - المطعم 6/10 فريق الانيميشن 7/10 الاستقبال 1/10 .. سيء جدا الاثاث 5/10 .. معظم الاثاث متهالك (على سبيل المثال سلك شباك البلكونة مقطوع ودخل العديد من الحشرات من خلاله) النظافة 5/10 المواقف 1/10 .. مواقف السيارات بالشمس ولا يوجد عليها مظلات الانشطة 4/10 .. لا يوجد اي انشطة بالفندق للنزلاء، لا يوجد اكوا للاطفال، لا يوجد اي شيء للكبار فقط كافيهات للجلوس عليها في المساء.. حتى الشاطيء الخاص بالفندق لا يوجد عليه العاب مائية القيمة مقابل المال 1/10 للاسف تجربة سيئة ولن تتكرر، القيمة لا تساوي ابدا المبلغ المدفوع حيث بلغ سعر الليلة الواحدة ما يقارب 12 الف جنية مصري والاقامة لا تستحق ابدا هذا المبلغ.. بهذا المبلغ يمكنك الاقامة في فنادق خمس نجوم في اماكن اخرى او حتى بأقل منه يمكنك الاقامة بأفضل قرى الساحل الشمالي الاستقبال غير محترفين ولا يوجد اي مرونه لديهم او خبرة في التعامل مع النزلاء (عند طلب مقابلة المدير تم التعامل معي من قبل موظف اسمه محمد قيل لي انه نائب المدير ولم يتم السماح لي بمقابلة المدير رغم اني طلبت ذلك) حيث طلبوا مني دفع مبلغ اضافي عند الوصول بسبب وجود اطفال لم يتم الافصاح عنهم عند الحجز رغم اني طلبت بالحجز سرير اضافي وتم الموافقة عليه.. بدأ طلب مبلغ الزيادة ب 30 الف جنيه ثم تم تغييره الى 15 الف جنيه ثم الى 6 الاف جنيه ثم عاد مرة اخرى الى 15 الف جنيه (تم الاقامة 4 ليال مقابل اجمالي 51 الف جنية مصري).. مع العلم انه بعد دفع المبلغ الزائد كان من الممكن حجز غرفتين مستقلتين بمبلغ أقل ولكن لم يتم اقتراح او عرض ذلك من فريق الاستقبال. تم طلب تنظيف الغرفة بأحد الايام من الاستقبال وعند عودتي مساء تفاجئت بعدم تنظيفها وعن الاستفسار عن السبب افادوا بأن فريق التنظيف ينتهي عمله الساعة الخامسة عصرا رغم اني طلبت التنظيف الساعة الرابعة ولم يقوموا بالتنظيف الا بعدما عملت مشكلة معهم.
