• Daniela (4/5): No wifi - Can walk to the beach and most restaurants NO WIFI. Very poor or non existent WiFi in the rooms, You can only access it on the first floor in the lobby which is a big no for me. Travelers rely on WiFi. I addressed the issue during my stay but nothing was done. Also cleaning is basic and need attention to detail, like there was trust under my bed meaning that cleaning was not done properly. Also workers do not speak English which makes it hard to ask for anything at all. Finally there are rooms in the 4th floor and if u get one of those there is no elevator and claiming stairs day and night can be inconvenient. Workers are direct, no rude or anything for not kind nor friendly. All rooms don’t have good lighting makes it hard at night

• Yulia (1/5): terrible. wouldn't recommend it to anyone - Location is just one thing i liked - Just near Ao Nang beach. But i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. No bed linen, duvet cover, instead there are two ragged bed sheets that cover a very shity blanket. Staff didn't want to solve the problem. "Next time" they said. No bedside table - all your stuff is on the floor. no sockets. An old, smelly refrigerator that's scary to even put beer in. The staff doesn't care about your problems, I wouldn't have paid money in advance if I knew I would be treated so badly. The Chinese hostess doesn't give a damn about you. Pay the money and go.

Topp beliggenhet ved strand, mat og mye annet, uteliv, og 200 meter til båt til Railay beach og mange andre steder. Bra aircondition, safe ved resepsjon, og veldig hyggelig personale + mulighet for parkering. Ikke så mange plasser, men vi fikk :-)

Знали по отзывам, что здесь нет лифта, лакея для носки чемоданов, вида из номера. Но номера чистые, каждый день уборка, смена полотенец. Выдают пляжные полотенца на ресепшн. Кофе, чай, какао с утра можно попить с тостом на ресепшн. Отсутствие фена, чайника. В номере телевизор был старого образца, но мы его даже не включали ни разу. Очень хотелось бы, чтобы в номере чайник был, микроволновка и фен. Полотенца были только банные, не хватало полотенца для рук. В целом впечатление от отеля и персонала положительные.

• Shachar (1/5): מאכזב. היינו נשארים אם לפחות הצוות היה טיפה יותר נעים. - בעלת המקום החביבה, נגשה להתנצל כשכבר עלינו על המונית לברוח משם. אולי אם היינו פוגשים אותה ולא את העובדות שלה, החוויה היתה קצת שונה. קבלת פנים מחרידה. היו ממש לא מנומסים ולא נעימים כלפינו. החדרים מסריחים. קומה 3/4 בלי מעלית. הגעתי עם שני ילדים ושלוש מזוודות. בקשתי עזרה להעלות את המזוודות ואמרו לי שאין. אחרי שסחבתי לבד את כל הציוד שלנו לקומה 3, הגענו לחדר עם ריח לא נעים, מקרר לא עובד… שוב ירדתי ועשו לי פרצופים. החלטתי לעזוב באותו רגע. למרות שדווח לבוקינג שקבלתי זיכוי מלא, זה שקר. שלמתי על לילה שלא שהיתי במלון.

• Marques (8/5): Boa - A cama era confortável e o quarto tinha um tamanho muito bom. A localização era ótima, pertinho da rua principal de Ao Nang. As meninas da recepção era extremamente simpáticas, elas nos ajudaram a reservar o transfer para Koh Phi Phi. O chuveiro não tinha água quente (o que não é um problema porque estava muito calor, mas era desconfortável). O wi-fi era bem ruinzinho, ficava desconectando o tempo todo e o sinal só pegava perto da porta. Tinham 4 senhas e 4 logins, e cada uma tinha que usar um diferente, senão caía para a outra.

There is no elevator and my room was on the 4th floor. The room smells like bed, there are no bedside tables. The Tv is from 80th. Iasked for smoke free room and had ashtrays in the room and no shampoo or soap. This hotel works if you are in urgent need of accommodation, otherwise I would never stay here again

• John (4/5): The Moskito hotel, basic - clean ….. and much better hotels available - priced way too high for what you get. - Location - central Clean - yes clean Hotel has Miskitos - once the rooms are clean, they air the rooms by leaving the doors open - thus you can imagine the rooms are full of Miskitos- yes you WILL be bitten - and unable to sleep withou the sheets over your full body. You have been warned. Avoid this hotel. Facilities - no outdoor space - NO pool

Mais pas de souci des restaurants pas loin. Le personnel (très accueillant) à tenté de nous frauder grossièrement le remboursement de notre monnaie lors du paiement de l'hotel. Nous étions 3 sur 6 à l'avoir vu faire exprès de mal compter...

Me volvería a quedar en este hotel. No habia elevador pero no importa, el lugar es excelente si mantienen el precio.

• Muhammad (3/5): Bed bugs and major security issues - The location is great and the staff is friendly. If only they thoroughly clean the sheets. This is my second time staying here and this time it is so disappointing. The bed sheet is so itchy and I found at least two bed bugs when I was thoroughly searching for them in my last night. I lose a lot of sleep because of this! Meanwhile, for security issue, due to tiredness, I accidentally went an extra floor above and were able to enter my friend's room in 313 using my key for 213. This is a major security issue! My friend and I are certainly coming back to Ao Nang again and again but might not be coming back to this hotel again unless the issues are resolved. It's so sad that my excitement in staying here again has become a major disappointment.
