The spa bit hadn’t started yet but I think online it said it did but they offered to get a free transfer to their neighbouring hotel 5 mins away. They are so accommodating there.

- Aidarkhanov (1/5): очень плохое - впрочем ничего я выбрал данный отель с учетом наличия собственного спа центра, но когда я приехал мне сообщили что спа ЗАКРЫТ, зная этц информацию при бронировании или хотя бы до приезда я бы поменял отель. Это и ошибка booking.com в том числе, вы должны были сообщить мне это. Отдых был испорчен. Вместе с тем, номер был укомплектован только на одного человека хотя я указал что нас двое + маленький ребенок и комплект принадлежностей для второго человека был предоставлен только через день с третей просьбой, итого без тапочек. Второе одеяло (так как в номере было холодно утром) пришлось доставать самому, ночью ходили с сотрудником с ресепшена по этажам и вытащили из другого номера, хотя запрос был сделан утром на ресепшене. завтрак так же был не вкусный и скудный. нам не предложили пожарить яичницу, при этом мы видели что другим гостям это было сделано.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities you would need. The receptionist was friendly and was more than happy to answer our questions. The breakfast was okay, but could be improved by having some hot items like eggs or menemen.

- Faty (8/5): Conforme à nos attentes - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. Le ménage est fait avec sérieux et tous les jours. Le balcon est très pratique pour étendre le linge après une baignade. L'accès rapide à la plage privée (partagée avec d'autres hôtels) est un réel confort. Malheureusement, nous avons dû subir des remontées d'odeurs de canalisations dans la douche . Nous avons été incommodés trois jours sur notre semaine de séjour.

- Clairebanana1982 (8/5): Last minute stay for 1 night - Our stay was last minute after our plane had been cancelled. I called ahead to check they had enough available rooms and they did so all 7 of us went in a couple of taxis over to the hotel - the one the airport staff had found us was absolutely awful. We were greeted by Rocky - an 11 year old dog and he was so friendly. The reception staff were also lovely and we felt welcomed - which meant a lot after the day we had had!! The pool was due to close in 30 mins and we were so hot we ran upstairs, changed and got into the pool. There was a lovely man who came and asked us if we would like a drink and he let us swim a bit past the pool closing time 🥰 The rooms were good, AC is very efficient. The bed was a bit hard for me, there was not much in the way of a view and you could tell the rooms were starting to come to the point where they need some renovation, but we were just all extremely happy we had somewhere to stay!! Thank you to all the lovely staff!! The breakfast was nice, a basic buffet but they had proper handmade chips and would make an omelette if you asked them too.

- Irmina (10/5): Like staying with family – but with a better view! - I had a truly wonderful stay at Özgür Bey Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I booked a room with a sea view, and not only did I receive a stunning view of the sea, but I was also pleasantly surprised to see the beautifully illuminated Kale hill from the side window at night – absolutely magical. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I’m currently learning a bit of Turkish, and I truly appreciated their warm attitude and the fact that they occasionally chatted with me in Turkish – it meant a lot and helped me feel even more welcome. The room itself was bright, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the generous amount of space near the bathroom mirror for my cosmetics – such a thoughtful detail. Each day, the housekeeping staff kindly left a bottle of water in the room, which I found very convenient since I often forgot to buy my own. The location is also fantastic – it takes only about 4 minutes on foot to reach the sea and the lovely promenade, perfect for morning or evening strolls. Another great highlight is the hotel’s private beach, which is clean, well-maintained, and has very friendly and professional staff always ready to help. I felt not only relaxed there, but also completely safe and well taken care of, which made my time by the sea even more enjoyable. As for breakfast, it was absolutely delicious. Each morning, the kind ladies asked how I would like my eggs prepared – I always went for the perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, accompanied by excellent Turkish tea. You can enjoy breakfast either indoors or outside in the fresh air. I also had the chance to visit the hotel’s spa, which was a truly relaxing experience. The lady who provided the treatment was incredibly kind and clearly experienced – I left feeling refreshed and cared for. One more thing that truly stood out was the kindness of the hotel owner.

Wifi toimii kattavasti koko hotellin alueella. Palvelu on ensiluokkaista. Siivous on 7x viikon aikana ja huoneet erittäin puhtaita. Voit helposti kommunikoida hotellin kanssa Whatsappilla myös! Aamiainen on monipuolinen ja vaihteleva, ruoat ja aamiastuotteet tuoreita. Hotellin lähellä on bussipysäkki jolla pääsee kätevästi keskustaan (bussit 1/101) bussilipun hinta käteisellä n. 40 liiraa. Maksu onnistuu myös lähimaksulla jolloin hinta on 34 liiraa (n. 80 senttiä.) Hotellissa asuu omistajan koira, vanha herra Rocky kenet todennäköisesti tapaat ensimmäisenä vastaanoton sohvalla :) Rocky on kiltti, rokotettu ja sirutettu- ei siis suinkaan kulkukoira! Voin taata että Rocky ilahtuu kaikista makupaloista ;) Tähän hotelliin palaan uudestaan! Kaikki odotukseni täyttyivät ja ylittyivät.

- Sara (10/5): Anbefales! - Rigtig god oplevelse. Hver dag rengøring, der var en medarbejder ved navn Serpil som gjorde værelset rent hverdag, kæmpe ros herfra for hendes rengøring. Der er mulighed for spa, rigtige søde og dygtige personale. Hotellets morgenmad og restaurant var også rigtig godt. Køkkenkokken Salahuddin var meget flink, sød og hjælpsom. Receptionisten Batuhan var også meget serviceminded, sød og hjælpsom. De har også frisør, hvor jeg fik lavet manicure og pedicure hos den sødeste kvinde. De har også en lækker pool og strand. Har haft en rigtig oplevelse og hotellets personale blev hurtig som en familie for mig. 10 stjerner herfra og anbefales!! Rigtig god placering. Der ligger mange butikker i samme gade og strandgaden. Ellers er det også nogle minutter væk fra Alanyas centrum og Alanyas shoppingcenter.

Väldigt dålig Wi-Fi överallt på hotellet. Mycket problem och bökigt med nyckelkortet. Frukosten serverades på fat och man kunde få det man ville ha. Väldigt bra pool och tillhörande faciliteter. Annars stämmer inte hotellet med bilderna på nätet. Passar bra för kortare vistelse.

Genel olarak çok memnun kaldığım bir dinlenme seyahati oldu. Fırsat bulduğumda tekrar gitmeyi planlıyorum. Son olarak rezervasyon yapmadan önce kafamda soru işaretleri vardı eğer sizinde varsa tüm soru işaretlerini silip güvenle gidebilirsiniz. Özgür Bey ve ekibine nazik ev sahiplikleri için teşekkür ederim.

Not all staff speak and understand English well, but there are staff at reception, especially one lady, with very good English, who will help you with any question. The owner of the property is also often there and can be approached with any question too. It feels like the hotel is really interested in making sure you have a great stay - this is not often the case in Turkey. Staying in the hotel coincided with my birthday, and I received a half hour massage in the hotel spa center as a gift - it was great, I recommend using this service if you find yourself in this hotel. From the minuses - sometimes there is unstable internet connection, and in this case you need to ask at the reception to reboot the router.

The hotel was very clean and exactly like the pictures online. The location and everything was good and I highly recommend this hotel. A bonus for anyone that loves animals is that they have a hotel dog named Rocky, which always greeted us in the hotel. 🐶🐶
