Christine (9/5): - We didn't go to the beach. We used the pool which was always very well maintained and comfortable, it was very relaxing and quiet. The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful and very friendly.

Near to beach and wonderful Paradise cafe, icecreams and superb beach restaurants. Pizzeria Ancora takeaway across the road makes the best pizzas all at reasonable prices. Highly highly recommended Nothing although hot water for tea at breakfast needs to be boiling water please 😊

Es un hermoso lugar y es de fácil acceso si vas en el bus. Definitivamente volveríamos a ir. Lástima no pudimos bañarnos en la piscina por la época pero aparte de eso disfrutamos nuestra estancia en el hotel y la isla.

Oliver (9/5): Jederzeit gerne wieder - Super Zimmer + Terrasse, sehr schöner Pool Bereich. Gute Lage Einmal war eine private Veranstaltung im Garten, die ziemlich laut war. Aber wir wurden vorher informiert und das Personal ist generell sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Vicino al mare (a piedi) e alla fermata del bus. Camere. Purtroppo poco curate, molto umida, macchie di muffa sui muri e materasso (la nostra camera era sotto il livello della piscina) e poi tante zanzare.

Tutto perfetto, solo il buffet - Camera bellissima, bagno funzionante e con fon professionale, cuscini e materassi comodi, camera pulita, asciugamani morbidi, piscina rilassante con cascata e angolo idromassaggio, accoglienza strepitosa, atmosfera con musica di sfondo rilassante e verde curato, posizione ottima, staff reception cordialissimo Signor Bruno grazie di tutto! Pulizia sulla terrazza della camera scarsa, telo protezione sole consumato e nero di muffa, stendino pieno di polvere e sporco, pulizia sugli lettini a bordo piscina dopo la pioggia non venivano asciugati, doccia prima di partenza ghiacciata senza sapone a disposizione, carta igienica mancava nel bagno della piscina, colazione minimal anche se con cornetti caldi e lingua di Procida ottima su ordinazione gratuita, di salato solo un prosciutto scolorato e un formaggio seccato in un frigo tutto bagnato, cereali un tipo, pane un tipo, poca frutta fresca da tagliare self-service, peccato iniziare la giornata con quel bel vedere in questo modo culinario non soddisfacente, staff sorride poco anche se molto cortesi e disponibili su ogni richiesta.

Rosa (10/5): Una vacanza all' insegna del confort e del relax - La struttura molto accogliente, la camera pulita e accogliente ,con ricambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Il personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad accogliere e soddisfare ogni esigenza. Buona la colazione, servita ogni mattina in un giardino ben curato che faceva da cornice ad un' atmosfera di piacevole relax. La vicinanza alla spiaggia della Chiaiolella, raggiungibile in una piacevole passeggiata di appena cinque minuti e la fermata dell' autobus davanti all' ingresso della struttura, rende il Leone del mare una scelta vincente per una vacanza ideale a Procida. Marika (10/5): - Siamo appena di ritorno da un bellissimo soggiorno. Personale estremamente gentile, camera pulita e spaziosa, bellissima piscina. Abbiamo provato la cucina, casereccia e gustosa. Anche la colazione ottima, abbondante con prodotti di prima qualità. La posizione comoda per girare, anche per chi ha bimbi piccoli come noi.

Really enjoyed The room didn’t have shutters for the windows so it can have more light coming in when you are sleeping but they do have curtains which is also fine.

Blanka (10/5): Great and calm place, not very exclusive, which can be good or bad depending on the expectations :) - Staff was very helpful and pleasant :) Room was extremely comfy, the only thing was than than the water in the shower hasn't very hot (but it was still okay) :) We loved the atmosphere, and the fact that it was very quite - apart from one evening during football game ;) Breakfasts were good, Italian sweets + ham + cheese + fruits :) Not a lot of sour / salty options, but still pretty nice. Kettle and tea can be found in the rooms. Location was also really nice not far away from cities / restaurants / sites but definitely in quite part of island.

Heidi (9/5): Very good. Would recommend - Really pleasant stay. Super friendly people. Great poolbeds. Great cribbed for baby. Would definitely recommend. I wish the rooms were better ventilated. Seemed a tad bit moist - but it could just be the air in general, so I cant fault them for it. The pictures of the breakfast were unfortunately overselling the real thing. It was okay, I just wished there had been more fruit and/or maybe some oats. Very cake based - but that is also very italian, so it is to be expected :)

Il Leone Di Mare is hands down the best place not only on the island but also among all the destinations we've visited around the world. We can't recommend it highly enough! Fabrizio and his colleague (apologies for not recalling his name) who served us breakfast are exceptional hosts, offering genuine 5-star hospitality from the heart. The property is beautifully set with a spotless pool, fragrant lemon trees, and the soothing sound of birdsong each morning. It’s incredibly romantic—a perfect haven for relaxation. Just a five-minute walk takes you to the charming Chiaiolella port and beach, where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine and breathtaking sunsets. We absolutely loved staying in this part of the island, where the local community is warm and welcoming. Definitely we want to return. We also visited Ischia island for 1 day but found it too commercial and missing the soul of Procida That we had to return back to reality

Anastasia (10/5): Exceptional - Incredible haven, we did not want to leave and wished we had planned to spend multiple nights here. Check in was lovely, Bruno immediately made us feel welcome and settled. We asked for assistance with dinner reservations, and enjoyed a fantastic dinner at a nearby 'sister' hotel. The pool is gorgeous, the grounds picturesque and tranquil, and the room was comfortable (for three adults and a toddler!) and extremely clean. Breakfast was delightful. We hope to return someday in the future!

Milan (10/5): Exceptional - Destination near Naples Airport. All our requirements were met by the bed and breakfast Il Leone Di Mare on the Island of Procida. A sparkling villa with a beautiful garden, full of greenery, lemon trees, a new swimming pool, a bar and a modern white shed where breakfast was served. We also used possibility of having lunch there, and appreciated the poolside service, with drinks, coffee and snacks available from morning till evening. Not only was the first visual impression perfect, but also the attitude of the staff was impeccable. From the first minute after our arrival it was clear that the guests' requests and needs are their priority. GRAZIE Luigi. We rate our stay excellent.

I've been traveling for about a month straight, and this has a boutique simplicity that most strive for but never reach. Don’t expect perfection; just enjoy great hospitality! Nordin (9/5): Little paradise with a lovely, hardworking team! - We booked a room last-minute due to a change of plans and we were so happy! They welcomed us with so much joy and professionalism. The room had everything we required: it is basic, but very clean and equipped and with a spectacular view of the sea. The breakfast was very good, and the service impeccable. The pool was magnificent. Everything was very well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend it. Thank you and see you soon! The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable. The AC makes quite some noise.

There are not that many rooms, so there is a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is great place to while away an afternnon. The hotel is in a great location on the beautiful island of Procida, a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beaches at the pretty Chiaolella. Highly recommended There's nothing not to like
Gordon (10/5): Perfect holiday in a restful location on a magic island - Breakfast, room, poolside area and lounges, the pool itself, and the attentiveness of management (Bruno) and staff were impossible to fault. Access by local bus was easy throughout this very special island - the local stop was 20 metres from the front gate. Breakfast (included) was perfect, served in an outdoor gazebo setting, by excellent staff. There was a good range of hot and cold foods, fruit and juices, and the coffee was second-to-none. There was nothing to dislike - even the weather was perfect.

Marion (8/5): Je recommande !! - Séjour en famille de 6 nuits avec un bébé de 5 mois. Globalement c’était super ! 😊 je vais commencer par les points négatifs : le premier c’est qu’il y a eu un événement le dimanche où nous y étions avec de la musique forte et au niveau de la piscine donc nous n’y avions pas accès cette journée là et nous n’avons pas été prévenus à l’avance, et le deuxième point négatif c’est le manque d’insonorisation des chambres sachant que la route est très passante devant l’hôtel. Cela pourrait empêcher quelqu’un de dormir si vous êtes sensible au bruit mais on s’en est sorti. Les points positifs : personnel très gentil, piscine au top, chambre au top bien grande, petit déjeuner délicieux avec des pâtisseries maison (il manquerait du salé genre des œufs), localisation parfaite car pas en plein milieu touristique et arrêt de bus juste devant mais c’est quand même une rue très passante il y a énormément de véhicules toute la journée. Linda (8/5): Nice B&B with great views and pool - Perfect place for our needs. The pool was very nice, the balcony/terrace was very nice and the staff was friendly. The bathroom was a little outdated and the showerhead kept falling down. The breakfast wasn’t great. We barely ate anything as there was no fresh bread or fruit. Just some things in packaging.
