• Elizabeth (7/5): - This place was on the older side, and is definitely showing it's age, but it was clean and the staff were friendly The bed was too firm for my liking, some of the towels were stained.

• Mary-ellen (5/5): Not a great stay. - Convenient Close to road. Heard traffic and motorcycles all night. Old furniture. Needs updating.

• Bernadette (8/5): Excellent place for the price. - It was quiet and clean. All the appliances were working. Linen and towels were clean. We needed a place to take a hot shower and get a good night sleep after a 5-day backpacking trip in Death Valley and this was the ticket. The bonus was that is what very close to a Thai restaurant, which exceeded our expectations.
• Ioana (7/5): Good - Very big room, with a full fridge and microwave and an immense TV. I know some reviews said it's not clean, but I didn't think so. It is quite cheap and a good location. The room is very dated! But the biggest problem has the be the trains that run during the night every 1-2 hrs or so and make quite a lot of noise.

• Daltongirl (9/5): Nice place to stop for a road trip rest - Quick and easy check in, very nice staff. The room was clean and comfortable and just what we needed. Very well lit outside so we felt safe. The bed was a little firm for us, but that's a matter of personal preference.

• Jude (2/5): trains whistle from across street and the room was dirty. do not stop here - We arrived late, booked last minute. the motel was across the street from a railway and the train’s whistle all night and day. the room was dirty. the blanket had crusty stuff on it. no towel rack in bathroom. just bad. do not recommend!

• Jenann79 (5/5): Cheap in Barstow - That a scene from Dusk Til Dawn was filmed there. The owners were nice. It was inexpensive. The coffee machine was dusty, the pillows were small and uncomfortable, the towels were stained, and the trains went by blowing their horn at all hours of the night.
• Tricia (10/5): The best on a budget! - Hot water, great water pressure, TV a big HD, AC, hair dryer, frig, micro, coffeemaker all clean, worked great. Not many places offer all that and at a fair price!

Not too clean, but not especially dirty either. Man at front-desk was friendly. I did not expect too much and only stayed here because I needed a place to stay for one night. The room was dated.
