Frances (10/5): - Very welcoming hosts. Stayed in a cabin in the garden of the property; very cosy, great super king size bed & huge shower. Plenty of tea/coffee/hot chocolate/biscuits that could be replenished daily. You could order breakfast at the same cost as ordering with the booking. Approx 25minute walk from the station down the crab & winkle way. Nice outdoor seating to have drinks/food at. Helpful to be able to leave our luggage at the accommodation on the last day. A great trip - definitely recommend!

Lee (2/5): - We were having a lovely time but was ruined by the owners , which one of them came across aggressive after my partner left her phone there by mistake. They were nice to us on arrival but were completely different people ( horrible) by the end….. would never dream of returning

Great choice for breakfast which was really nice. Provided nibbles for our young puppy and very patient with him. Would definitely stay there again.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Jane was most welcoming and happy to help in anyway she could. The chalets are delightful although we stayed in the main house, which we found most comfortable. You are about 15 minute walk to the Harbour. It was tranquil, peaceful and most relaxing.
Verified traveler (8/5): - The only negative was the lane up to Hillview. It was very narrow and both sides were full of weeds/plants that needed trimming to avoid your car being scratched. Also the sign at the beginning of the Lane was also covered by plants so just able to see it. Other than this I would recommend Hillview as a lovely quiet/tranquil place to stay.

Ann (10/5): Excellent service all round - We stayed for 4 nights while we visited family. The room was clean and comfortable, fresh bottled water was provided every day and there was a fan as it was quite hot in the room. Breakfast was great with the best scrambled eggs I've had in a long time.
Cuong (10/5): Wonderful hosts and charm - We stayed in one of the cottages and it fit our family of three comfortably. The ladies running this bed and breakfast are very nice and accommodating. The cooked to order breakfasts were delicious. The only thing I wished our cottage had was air conditioning as the sun shone directly into the windows and doors and made it quite warm during the late morning and afternoon.

Robert (10/5): A genuine dog friendly B&B in a rural setting - An absolutely delightful and very "dog friendly" B&B. We were given a very warm welcome and the dog was most impressed to be provided with her very own bowl, mat, towel and treats. Best of all, she was provided with her favourite toy, a tennis ball. Potential guests should ignore the criticism of pot-holes in the drive - don't drive so fast! Breakfast is excellent with a very wide choice.

Samantha (10/5): Cute cabins, lovely hosts. - Such a warm welcome from the ladies running the place, I stayed in a cabin which was self contained with a little bathroom. I traveled with my dogs, and there were bowls with treats, a tennis ball and towels for their feet. There was a big garden for wonder round. Breakfast had everything you could possibly have asked for, and catered well for people with dietary requirements. My only constructive feedback would be, the driveway up to the property needs some attention. Big dips and holes, and due to the recent wet weather, was filled with big ponds of water. I took the dogs out in the car, but the drive was not suitable for walking them through. This is the first impression of the property, and could be improved. Despite this, I loved the place and would definitely stay again!

mick (10/5): One night stay. - We arrived on a freezing cold afternoon, we were welcomed and taken to one of the cabins. It was cold, but pleasantly surprised how it warmed up very nicely and quickly. We had a fab night out in whistable town and on return the cabin was so cozy! And the huge bed was extremely comfy! The breakfast was ample and very tasty. We will definitely visit again and may even bro g the pooch. .
James (4/5): cold - WE ARRIVED ON A VERY COLD DAY AND THE CHALET HADNT BEEN WARMED UP FOR US SO WE TRIED TO WARM IT UP BUT THE POWER WASNT ENOUGH TO HEAT UP THE LITTLE HEATERS WE WENT OUT AND WHEN WE GOT BACK HAD TO GO TO BED FULLY CLOTHED WE ONLY BOOKED FOR ONE NOGHT SO DIDNT THINK TO COMPLAIN IN GOOD WEATHER THE CHALET WOULD BE FINE I WOULD MAKE THE CHALET WE STAYED IN A BIT MORE HOMELY IT IS A BIT SPARTAN NICE WET ROOM SHOWER !

Jayne (10/5): LOVELY BREAK IN A BEAUTHFUL AREA - Very nice B &B , stayed in cabin in garden, very nice. However no frills , we fancied to eat in but no crockery or cutlery, just kettle and basic tea and coffee. Nothing wrong with it, clean , functional and as adviertised but no extras such as flowers, hairdryer or welcome pack. Breakfast also whilst being norhing wrong with it and perfectly fine not out of the ordinary. No wow factor but you get what it says on the tin. However the hosts were very friendly and the situation beautiful so were very happy but this is not the best B&B we have stayed in but maybe we have been spoilt recently.

Jane our host was very helpful but respected our privacy. Had the use of host's washing line. Bottled water provided every day. Excellent breakfast.

Chaque detail était soigné, notamment l'accueil, la décoration, la propreté, le "cooked breakfast" typique, copieux, et fait maison, le calme... Meme pour une escale d'une nuit nous étions aux anges.
