Finalement, après argumentation, on avait accès à un minuscule tiroir dans le bas.

Ermenegildo (1/5): THIS LISTING SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM BOOKING.COM - Nothing HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We have booked a room in this hotel at around 3pm and arrived there at 9pm. The receptionist informed us that our room was occupied by somebody else as our revervation was a not guaranteed reservation. So we asked to be placed in another room, as we were exhausted after the whole day traveling. He said that there were no rooms available. In the meantime, once we were there, on booking.com they were selling free rooms in their hotel for that night. We complained about that saying that they should not sell rooms if they have no vacancies. The receptionist was very hesitant and didn’t try to solve this issue in any way. We had to go through a stressful experience and eventually book another hotel at the late hour. THIS LISTING SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM BOOKING.COM

Le carrelage est cassé. La désolation la plus totale. Manque de serviette. L'eau chaude sans pression fonctionne par intermittence. 1er soir douche froide.

Will settle the bill before I leave, as I was not sure if my friend was going to stay one , two or three days. Even though they claim they understood and was okay. But every day they asked for me for money. They must have asked me three or four times of the day. Worst they requested the money in front of my friend, communication between staff is poor.

Laurence (10/5): - Great price and location for a quiet hotel in Oaxaca. Edith, Leslie, Arturo, and Omar were helpful, knowledgable, and kept an eye on me. The rooms/bathrooms are a great size and are maintained daily. If there is one thing I would change, it would be to eliminate the tarriff/tax for a visitor to come see you at the hotel. Currently, if i have a friend or guest over, we could only meet in the lobby or in the sitting area- once they cross the threshold of your room a charge is levied. This policy should be revisited and done away with.
