Palumbo (6/5): - The man that checked me in should not be talking to customers. Did not greet me! He was condescending! All he said to me. Give me your ID. When I asked what was the price of the room looking at the computer he remarked." Can't you see it? You need glasses! He threw the keys at me! When I asked where the room was he pointed it with his finger up the stairs! This is a one and done at this hotel!

Betty (8/5): Just right for what we needed. a very fussy person may not agree, but it worked for our needs. - This location was perfect for us because we had to be in the area for a family event. The room was very clean, beds pretty comfy for us (I know this is a very individual preference.) The room has a mini frig, coffee maker and microwave, which I was not expecting. The room appeared to be freshly painted. Staff welcoming us was accomodating and friendly, and they let us check in before 3 because the room was available. I honestly don't think you can get a better room anywhere nearby at this price point. Because our room was right on the main toad in the area, it was quite noisy. Not anything that can be done about that. Towels are adequate but not great.

Roberto (2/5): This was my worst hotel experience, and I've been to many hotels. - The location is in a nice area. But, not many restaurants. TV wasn't picking up connection so it did not work. Woke up with a puddle of water near "kitchen" due to refrigerator leaking. Small amount of outlets available. Pictures were very deceiving. Not good!!!!

John (6/5): - There was no breakfast. Room was small but clean and was quiet. This hotel is used to house homeless people as several of the rooms are occupied year round and people are cooking in them. School bus picks up kids in the parking lot in the morning.
Lauren (5/5): Out of necessity. - Close to North Shore Hospital Beds WAY too high and lumpy. More than 1 towel per person would be nice. Outlets on night stand sis not work. Only USB outlets were on wall by tv. You could barely get by the bed to open and close the bathroom door.

Karen D (10/5): Basic and clean motel. - We had no problems. We needed a room for overnight so we could get to an early appointment the next morning. This is a very basic hotel from the lobby to the room. Very smple room. No food available or even within walking distance except for a Chinese restaurant next door. Nothing interesting near by. The room was very clean and staff was very polite. This seems to be a place to stay when you need to be nearby for a business meeting or to be near to the large hospital or many doctor offices. Had a lot of parking which was one of the reasons we chose it.

Diana (1/5): Was not at all pleased. - Nothing, really. After an extensive day of travelling, it was hard to sleep and relax in a room in this condition. Everything. The linens were stained, the bathroom needed to be better cleaned and the room's decor was ugly. To access the room, you essentially had to walk down a dark alley. It also took an abnormally long time to check in even though it was booked ahead of time and the girl at the front desk was a bit rude.

VANISE (8/5): Great For A Night or Two - Check-in was smooth and accommodating. AC/Heating system worked properly. My only disappointment was that bath tub was not thoroughly rinsed. You can tell it had been cleaned butthe residue was not fully rinsed from the tub. Hence, only the good rating.

Are you serious? So I slept uncomfortably because they were too cheap to give me another thin blanket to double up.
