• Anne Kirstine (8/5): Virkelig dejligt ophold. God seng, fin udsigt, dejlig morgenmad. - Beliggenhed tæt på lufthavnen var genial. Gåafstand og under 15 min er meget belejligt. Derudover var det en kanon morgenmad. Der manglede en lille butik hvor man kunne købe lidt forskelligt (der var nogle små skuffer i receptionen men det var et for begrænset udvalg). Den gratis kaffe var desværre helt utrolig tynd.

• Hege (4/5): Dårlig service la en demper på hele inntrykket av hele hotellet. - Rent, gode senger og fine faculiteter. En som satt i resepsjonen var frekk og lite samarbeidsvillig med en av våre medreisende. Det handlet om en misforståelse rundt en sen utsjekk. Ved en diskusjon rundt dette sa vedkommende at han ikke ville snakke med min venninne som kom til ham og fortalte at de var blitt lovet sen utsjekk. Han sa videre at min venninnes ting ville bare bli lempet ut på gangen. Slikt oppførsel er ikke greit!! Syntes også at kjøkkenet stengte for tidlig (21.30) på en lørdagskveld med fullt hotell. Vi var på NM i sportsdans og arrangementet var ikke ferdig før 10.00. Hotellet gikk glipp av masse penger ved å stenge så tidlig og alle måtte bestille mat andre steder.

• Allan (9/5): Convenient - The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is very nice. My bed was split into two mattresses, it made my sleep quite awkward as I move quite a lot which meant the mattress kept sliding off.

The staff were great and it was good to be able to eat breakfast at 4 am before we travelled (there wasn’t anything early as that at the airport). I thought the room was too hot and would have liked option to lower the temperature.

Skrudde ned ventilasjonen på kaldeste setting men var fortsatt utrolig dårlig luft og alt for varmt! Toalettet var heller ikke rent da vi kom

• Catherine (8/5): Arrivée tardive a Marseille - Proximité de l'aéroport tout en restant silencieux (bonne isolation phonique) Confort de la literie, rénovation récente, gentillesse de l'accueil La salle de douche pour handicapés, sans parois pour éviter l'inondation de la pièce tout entière à la première douche, qui n'était ni demandée ni justifiée: merci de la donner aux seuls voyageurs qui en ont besoin...

Vil besøke igjen om anledninger faller seg slik. - Hotellet lå tilfeldigvis rett i nærheten av både flyplass og selskap jeg hadde møte hos. Merket ikke særlig til flyplassen forøvrig. Få tv-kanaler. Restauranten var tom for dagens fisk (mot slutten av dagen).

• Rachael (10/5): Welcoming, Comfortable, clean with a great breakfast. Ideal for airport - Location ideal for proximity to airport. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Communial spaces good to utilise. We played chess , read and did some work on laptop while waiting for the right time to go to airport. Toiletries nice in bathroom. Lovely view from room. And sky tower. Bed comfortable. Beer was expensive in the bar and did not take cash ( card only). Height restriction on electric vehicle charge, which didn’t work for our hire vehicle.
• Laura (7/5): Accogliente e posizione comoda. - Colazione continentale abbondante, anche a partire dalla mattina presto. Posizione molto comoda, a 10 minuti a piedi dall’aeroporto, soprattutto se si deve prendere un aereo la mattina presto. Accoglienza molto gradevole, siamo stati accolti con sorriso e professionalità. Stanza e bagno confortevoli, delle giuste dimensioni. Rispecchia sicuramente lo stile di un quattro stelle. Purtroppo la vista, almeno per quanto riguarda la nostra camera, non era delle migliori, in quanto era proprio di fronte al cimitero. Ci sono stati un po’ di problemi con l’acqua calda, ovvero che andava e veniva, alternandosi continuamente tra acqua bollente e acqua tiepida. Il piumone era un po’ corto, sbucavano (e non di poco) i piedi infondo; non abbiamo capito se era un piumone per una persona ma adattato a un letto matrimoniale o se effettivamente sono le loro misure standard, anche se è l’unica struttura in cui abbiamo trovato questo difetto.
