- Verified traveler (10/5): - I like how it's family friendly I have nothing but respect for the owner and his family
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room was dirty and had a musty mildew smell. The area around it was loud, if you are noise sensitive be wary. Difficult to contant through phone number.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Didnt like how you communicate with the front desk. No room service or service to call for more sheets or blankets. Bathroom was always wet like there was a leak. Bed and pillows are very stiff
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Worst stay I've ever had. Window was broken & boarded up with cardboard. Heater broken. At least the bed was somewhat acceptable.
To make matters worse they never refunded my security deposit. I will be disputing the transaction with my credit card company.
I don't know how they manage to have the rating that they do (6.2 stars when I booked) but don'I trust it like I did!
- Khadijah (2/5): Very unsatified - The room was very dirty and very smelly the owner of the property did not want to give me a refund i was forced to stay in the room for the night
- Verified traveler (2/5): - They did not accept my Expedia payment and wanted me to pay again
- Tee (2/5): - Trash Overall , Receptionist Charged Me Twice Even After Confirming With Expedia, Cable Box Wouldn’t Turn On , Holes in the Wall and Door. Stay Here As A Very Last Resort
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Brand new showers, quiet at night. Friendly staff. I left at 5 am was told to just leave key in room so I could leave to airport quickly.
- Eunice (10/5): Amazing hotel - Very nice room. Everything in its place. Price was perfect and check in check out super easy. Definitely we’ll be stay again here soon. Thank you!
- Lucas (8/5): - Not too bad, has on-site parking, close to many places in LA, pretty straight forward.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was all ok. I did t have problems of any type. The manager / owner was very nice he carried my luggage to the room and helped me with the tv.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Even though there were some bad reviews online, my stay was really quite enjoyable. My room was really quite nice, and the shower was amazing. Staff was nice and helpful in anything I needed.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Once is enough - The bathroom had mold, the front door lock was broken. It wasn’t that clean overall. But the staff was very nice and helpful.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not for couples but you can rough it, alone. - When I drove to the property, it’s condition is actually shocking. It really looks ‘run down ‘. The room, although below par, is not as bad as you may think, based on the outside appearance of the property. It has a refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV with lots of channels, WIFI, and was not as bad as first thought... but it’s not for couples! You will be in the dog house for sure!
- Stephanie (10/5): Great person - Attended was nice and helpful which was surprising room was good for area..last min night on fourth of July so super loud
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I always appreciate a motel with air conditioning. Presence of fridge and microwave oven was nice. Tap in keycards were easy to use. Rooms were adequate. Plumbing needed a bit of work
- Fonda (2/5): - Travelocity said Computers were down and hotels Management said, "No record of myself in their system. " Was billed on credit card and no one from Travelocity has called me back. I'm displaced in my car, no shower, no Housing for tonight. Late for meetings in Dungy clothing and your sorry your Computers are down. What about your customer in the street. This is the 3rd incident with Travelocity. I'm calling State that governs your company, and request charge back to my card for inconvenience and room costs. Will not take credits in system like before. Need Management to call back like I requested.
- ML (6/5): - Bed super hard, towels dirty, not proper clean, too much noise, non smoking buy sheet burned from cigarette buds.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great and Quiet friendly staff will stay again. Will recommend
- Myesha (6/5): This place need to upgrade - Too much mold in the window..
- Jamie (2/5): please don't stay here - very nasty place covers smelled like sex and pee gum and grafitti on the walls floors not fit enough to walk on and lots of mold in the bathroom and i stayed for a lil while and could not bare it was raing the guy only gave me half the money back he did offer me another room but when i entered it smelled and there was vasaline n the window
- Larry (10/5): It was clean and nice and they give me no problems - Friendly
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Bedsheets were dirty and the room was smelling. No carpet on flloor
- Alex (8/5): - It was nice if you like something cheap
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Molds on the wall. Got water fluctuate. Vandalized smoke detector.
- Verified traveler (10/5): The Best For Less - Very pleased with this room. I didn’t expect it to be one of the Best rooms I’ve had for the price I paid. Compared to the last couple of rooms Within the area, this by far has got to be the Best for us. We read the reviews and still gave it the benefit of the doubt due to the price and we’re actually glad we did. If what they said in previous reviews are true then I must admit that it has made a tremendous change for the better. Very polite staff, I requested a downstairs room during check in and got exactly what I asked for. Walked in & was actually amused with everything (no exaggeration). In order to appreciate this type of room , you have to be @ about 3-5 other motels nearby with about $20-$60 more with way less everything. I’m not sure about others but i’d Recommend this if you’re trying to save and expect to be there for more than a few days because they also have weekly specials.
- Nancy (8/5): 1 night stay - It was ok for 1 night not a bad hotel
- Juan (2/5): IT SUCKS, DON'T STAY THERE - it sucked.
- Horniber (6/5): No frill fit the bill - The place is for one night getaways, if that. A few hours? Maybe a quickie random u just met down the block?
- Robin (10/5): roach hotel - things crawling on me
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible - I went to use the bathroom and there was cockroaches all over the bathroom covers liners everywhere
- Verified traveler (2/5): Worse than Bates motel - On top of it having a difficult parking arrangement, a 25.00 parking deposit was required which was not known before paying and there is a sign that says no refunds. There is no lobby so if it were cold weather conditions you would be out of luck. The room was very tiny and walls were a mustard color. As I was eating dinner I noticed 2 roaches on the wall. Also wierd keyless entry system I am unfamiliar with an bars on the window. I didn't even sleep there the day I checked in. No hard feelings to the staff but I will not be returning there.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Inhabitable hotel - My worst experience of life was staying at this hotel. Where do I start? Everything about it was wrong and illegal. No house keeping, no water in the shower, no bathroom curtain or door closing, no water for a day, cockroaches all over, cigarette holes on the bed comforter, place never cleaned and dusty all over, referigerator, microwave, or llamp - none of them worked. I wonder how city allows it to keep operating with such a horrible condition.
- mytai (4/5): - Not like the pictures, At all. you get what you pay for. And I only needed a place to shower and sleep. Not something I Would go to for a relaxing weekend.
- TRINATH KUMAR (2/5): Worst hotel. - I Would recommend to chose different hotel. No cleanness and worse maintaince.
- Ant (2/5): Dont do it - Not a good place to say. I have nothing good to say about the place.
- niema moharer (10/5): in comparison to the neighborhood and other motels - this room was shortish clean roomy with big flat screen lcd....and very friendly and helpful staff
- Jackie (2/5): - Rude staff, room was really small could barely fit anything in there. Bed sheets were in bad condition, and the toilet looked like it was falling apart.
- LIZZETTE (2/5): - Very dirty very small nothing worked alarm went off in the middle of the night called front desk they said we cant do anything so i decided to pull batteries out plus the shower did not work unless u like to shower with a puddle of water. See through curtains. And none working toilet. No space! And i got the disabled room. Very bad place
- Jose (6/5): Cheap motel but great service - I booked this motel last minute for a stay in Los Angeles after a booked Air BnB was cancelled. Price was amazing, service even better. Room didn't have an iron but I asked at the main office and they lent me one the entire weekend. The room was small but I was alone and it was perfect, it's a cheap motel in Los Angeles. It was about a 15 minute drive to USC and I was very close to other locations I was visiting. This room is perfect for a person or two that just need a place to shower and sleep and will be out often. There was enough parking right in front of my door and I could see my car out the window. The people in the main office and cleaning the following day were very nice. I would def stay here again. They even provided me with water bottles and soda cans for free when I checked in. Some hotels don't even do this! Dope, cheap motel for a night or weekend in Los Angeles.
- Kristina (2/5): Filthy mess - The room was disgusting. I accidently booked this room since there were 2 motels with the same name. I tried to cancel but wasn't able to since I booked the same day so I had no choice but to stay there. THE oom smelled as if they had just bombed it for cockroaches, the sheets were not washed and the towels had hair on them as if they had just been used, there was absolutely no space to move around due to the bulky furniture that was useless taking up so much space, the bathroom was horrid with dead cockroaches on the floor, the sink was clogged and the shower was filthy. We felt we had no privacy since the curtain was see through and you could see silhouettes of people outside our room. The only good thing about it was there was ample parking. I would never stay there again and recommend no one else does either.
- Hugo (2/5): Bad Hotel - Hotel was in terrible condition , the room was full of cockroaches. Do not book it
- Ana Maria (8/5): Good - Stay was good only drawback was parking
- melissa (2/5): Really bad service.Manager has a very bad attitude - Manager had the nerve to kick me out one day before my check out because a friend decided to dropp something off to me. The manager said he didnt want any vistors. But my friend stayed less than an hour. He also told me dont ever come back here again. I told him I would rather sleep in the street then come here. Really bad expierience.
- Nadia (2/5): - it was nasty
