• Lydia (8/5): - Its location. Two blocks away from the zocalo, the restaurats and the markets. The hotel has connections with many tours; they pick you up and drop you off at the hotel with good prices. The restaurant opens until 8am so we had to go out for breakfast to be ready before going on the tours, but not a big deal, there are good restaurants close that opens around 6 am.

• S (1/5): - I like that it was close to the center. (El Zocalo)They have a restaurant and the food was decent. I didn't like the loud noise, apparently there is a night club next to the hotel and the music was loud until 4am. I asked to be moved to a different room but was told they couldn't. The beds were not that comfortable although the room was clean and spacious, the pillows are not the best.. If you have a car, the parking lot is 100 pesos per night and 3 blocks away from the hotel.

• Leopold (4/5): - Die zentrale Lage und das freundliche Personal. Es war sehr laut. Musik aus dem Nachbarhaus bis 4 Uhr morgens. Aufzug und WC Spülung und Klimaanlage ebenfalls sehr laut.

• Almaraz Rodríguez (10/5): - Yo directamente no fui, fue mi Mamá, pero yo reservé por que decía que estaba cerca y Si. Llegó a decirme que le encantó la cercanía al zócalo. Era a pasos del centro y demás zonas turísticas. El lugar está muy cómodo, bonito, el personal muy amable con ella y su amiga, les preguntaban algo y les decían como llegar, etc. Las camas estaban un poco duras, pero después de caminar tooodo el día, se sienten muy bien. Y el desayuno está más o menos

• Daniel (7/5): For the first time, being in the city, and not knowing the hotels, it was a great choice. - The location is very quiet and calm. Had hot water at all time, there room coffee is very good, the hotel is align with a travel group that will pick you up at the hotel and drop you off also. Very convenient. Their bed is a bit hard. They’re linens aren’t the most comfortable. Had a bit trouble with some ants. Not a big deal.
• Rivera (7/5): - The location is good. Everything close by and walking distance. Everything clean The rooms we got were on the first floor so no view, only laundry room and maintenance room. The maintenance people were loud and washing machines didn’t let us sleep in after a long day of touring. Avoid rooms 10 & 11 otherwise you won’t sleep if you’re a light sleeper.

• Leticia (7/5): Overall its a decent place to stay. - The property was very accessible! I loved that it was so close to all the little markets. The rooms we were given I assume were next to utility closets because it was constant noise of water and machines as well as, staff chitchatting at various times! We weren’t able to sleep in on any of the 3 days because they would do their daily chitchat right outside our room door! Mind you we reserved two rooms and we both had the same issue! So if possible, stay away from rooms 10&11.

They were very friendly and helped us with several of the tours during our stay and the taxi to airport on the check-out day. Some rooms can be very noisy. Some bars in the nearby play super loud music until very late, even until early morning.

• karla (9/5): - Se encuentra a 2 calles del centro, nos permitieron hacer el check in antes ( era temporada baja) lo cual les agradezco mucho, el personal siempre fue muy amable, fue realmente una estancia agradable. No es culpa del hotel pero hay un bar a la vuelta y en algunos espacios se escucha el ruido, en nuestro caso no fue inconveniente, pudimos dormir tranquilamente.

• Jorge (10/5): A great location in Oaxaca's downtown. - This hotel is located near the Zócalo in downtown, which is its main advantage. The parking lot is three blocks away.

• Jose Isaac (6/5): - El hotel está aceptable, en una buena zona del centro de Oaxaca, sin embargo, el estacionamiento está a cinco cuadras de distancia, no te advierten que tiene costo sino hasta el último momento, en el estacionamiento es obligatorio dejar la llave y si les comentas que tienes objetos en el coche, no se hacen responsables de nada.

• HUGOMT87 (9/5): Buena ubicación y servicio - Me gustó la ubicación, las instalaciones estaban en buenas condiciones, las habitaciones limpias, el personal atento, que cuentan con ascensor y una terraza limpia y espaciosa. Lo único fue que el check in es a las 2 pero aunque llegamos casi a las 3 pm aun tuvimos que esperar un poco porque aun no estaba lista la habitación, de ahí en fuera todo lo demás estuvo bien.

• Maria (10/5): Joya de Oaxaca - El hotel está en el corazón del Centro Histórico, un hotel modesto pero súper bien acondicionado, incluso con elevador. La habitación 41 tenía un mural muy pintoresco. Los baños muy limpios y con ventana. Buena presión de la regadera y agua caliente. Las almohadas muy duras para mi gusto. Tenían una terraza especial para fumadores. La TV solo canales de cable. El internet bien. El restaurante anexo al hotel con comida económica y con tres opciones por día, así como comida a la Carta. Tienen un horno para hacer el pan y las tlayudas son muy ricas. La ubicación del hotel está a una cuadra del mercado Juárez y 20 de Noviembre, a dos cuadras del Zócalo y a 5 cuadras de Santo Domingo.
