• Dilkshi Silva (9/5): - I stayed at Lavendish Hotel in Galle with my friend on April 13 and 14. It was a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and supportive throughout. The location is convenient and relaxing. Overall, a great experience and good value for money Everything about our stay was very good. Just a small note: the hotel requested full payment at check-in, which was a bit unexpected, but overall the experience was still smooth and pleasant

• Anthony (10/5): Great Quality Hotel - The room was really good quality like a up market hotel which is great for the price. Lovely beds and the air con worked beautifully. Not much to say as it was a really nice stay!
• Laurie (8/5): Très bien - Chambre spacieuse avec balcon donnant sur la piscine. Personnel adorable. Nous avons choisi la demi-pension. Entrée, soupe, plat et dessert au Menu. Choix variés tous les soirs. La localisation de l’hôtel permet de se déplacer en tuk tuk facilement. Première plage à 2min à pied La pression dans la salle de bain n’était pas très forte à certains moments

• Andre (6/5): - The rooms were fine, air con was potent and shower was better than most I've seen in Sri Lanka Although the room was clean, the hotel itself was not. Dirty dishes left in a corner on a corroder were there for at least 2 days. Some of the staff was very dismissive and rude. Location was fine, but not great. Because it's hard to walk the narrow main road without a sidewalk competing with tuktuks, you kind of want to be based very near the strip with all restaurants and cafes, which this hotel is not
• TATIANA (6/5): Не соотносится цена-качество - Номер с видом на океан - это по сути как бунгало, то есть у тебя отдельный вход и есть терраса, также можно позагорать на шезлонгах. Купаться там невозможно - камни. А вот вид на океан и его шум приятно слышать в номере (лучше, чем шум от дороги, который был в основном здании). Номер был большой. Фен, гели для душа, мыло и тд было в наличии. Завтрак - шведский стол, неплохой, найдется каждому, что поесть. Изначально испортилось все впечатление об отеле, когда мы заселялись. Во-первых, нас не очень радушно встретили, обычно заходишь и тебя встречают с улыбкой, а здесь как на таможне: давайте паспорта и все. Понимаю, что это не входит в обязанности, но как-то уже привыкли. Во-вторых, нас хотели заселить в номера, которые мы не бронировали. Мы бронировали три номера с кроватями кинг сайз, в итоге, нас хотели заселить в номера с двумя раздельными кроватями. На вопрос почему нас не заселяют по нашему бронированию администратор отеля сказал, что у них эти номера заняты и, что люди не съехали в положенное время. Вопрос: мы здесь причем, можно же их в другой номер переселить, почему другие путешественники теперь должны переживать. После долгих обсуждений, они предложили нам "повысить" категорию двух номеров и предоставить вид на океан. Эти два номера находятся через дорогу от основного здания и действительно там красивый вид на океан, но само это здание выглядит недостроенным. И кровати все равно там были раздельные. Мы думаем ладно, останемся здесь уже, сил нет. В итоге у наших друзей в номере был ужасный запах канализации, так как они жили на первом этаже, а еще не было горячей воды первый день. На следующий день мы пошли договариваться о смене одного номера, так как невозможно жить с таким запахом и номер дали, только снова с раздельными кроватями. Расположение отеля далеко от главной улицы. Но мы ездили на тук-туке. В итоге, впечатления неоднозначные. Второй раз я бы не вернулась в этот отель. Цена-качество не оправдано.
• Anastasiia (10/5): - Обслуживающий персонал моментально реагирует на любые просьбы, номера большие чистые, питание нормальное и по цене адекватное, у нас были включены завтраки - шведский стол местной еды). Остальное покупали по меню которое в номере.

• Saku (10/5): Great comfortable place to stay - I came across this place quite unexpectedly while on a business related trip, looking for somewhere to stop and I’m so glad I did! The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special mention goes to the food absolutely delicious! The service was smooth and efficient with zero delays, which is rare and much appreciated. Most of the team seems to be made up of trainees, but honestly, they’ve been trained really well. You’d barely notice everything was handled so professionally. Since this place attracts a lot of international tourists, there’s great potential to further develop the entertainment and sports areas. That could really take it to the next level. All in all, a lovely experience. Highly recommended. ❤️
• Nirujan (9/5): Great stay at Lavendish beach resort. - Great space in the room and comfortable bed. We had a bath tub and it wad great. The lightning could have been better.
• Sara (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay! First of all, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially thanks to Dinuka and Senuri for making our stay so lovely. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the breakfast and dinner great!
• sathira (10/5): - We made a last-minute booking to stay the night, and I have to say the ambiance and vibe of the hotel were exceptional. The staff were very helpful from the moment we walked through the door. I especially want to mention Kumara from housekeeping and Pradeep from the restaurant — they took great care of us throughout our entire stay. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of flavors and absolutely delicious food. It was definitely worth the price we paid. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was spotless. We had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from our room, and the staff also recommended a few local attractions for us to explore during the day. Our stay at this hotel was unplanned, but I’ll definitely return for a longer stay next time.

The facilities were really clean and comfortable. The food was really good with a lovely spread. All in all it was a memorable stay and we will definitely be coming here again!
