- Vincent (3/5): - I puked and switched to sleeping in the car beacuse the smell was so bad
- Mantas (8/5): -
- Anneliese (2/5): Did not stay. Worst hostel I’ve stayed in 6 months backpacking in Asia - Good location Kitchen looked so dirty, the rooms were dark and dirty, the mattresses were so thin it felt like you were just lying on wood. Not inviting at all, we ended up leaving after about 10 minutes and booking an Airbnb
- Darian (9/5): -
- Leopold (3/5): -
- Falczuk (2/5): - It’s very cheap, so if you’re just looking for a place to crash and don’t want to spend much, it might do the job. The location is okay—close to bus stops, but not near the beaches. However, it’s not comfortable or clean. There was a strong unpleasant smell, and overall the stay felt quite uncomfortable. I also suspect there may have been bugs in the beds, as I ended up with a lot of itching. I wouldn’t recommend it unless price is your only priority.
- Hariharan (4/5): -
- Margarita (10/5): -
- Wiktor (9/5): Fine place for everyone who wanna explore Okinawa at their own - Fact, that localization has been nearby a huge market for gaijin and Japanese - due to manga shop called animate Sometimes, I was feeling not good when curtain had tendency - to fall when I tried to sleep, I mean it was like - the main zipper has been to weak
- POHSUN (1/5): - Bad
- edyta (10/5): -
- Maddison (5/5): A roof over my head and felt safe! - Staff a very friendly!
Hostel is cash only so make sure you’ve got some on you!
They can hold your luggage for you prior to check in if you run into the reception! The facilities were limited, 1 x female /1 x male shower and toilet for about 30 beds.
The doors to the dormitory don’t actually close, the locks were stuffed with tissue paper- presumably to prevent slamming/noise from the door shutting however this allowed all the noise from the social area to travel.
Heavy noise from other guests until about 1am

- Selene (7/5): - Great location and good for a couple of nights. It's a hostel where you can meet many local and international people Beds are not super comfortable, one more mat would be great
- Yoo (6/5): -
- Bailey (4/5): -
- Wei Lun (4/5):
- Francesco Pio (5/5): Sporca - La posizione è ottima.

- Louise (6/5): - The cheapest Beds are really uncomfortable, matress is super thin
- Raz (5/5): -
- Vincent (9/5): Value for money hostel right next to JR Station. - Value for money hostel right next to JR Station. Longer stay options available. Highly recommended.
- Vincent (8/5): Great hostel right in city center. - Great hostel right in city center. Full kitchen. Long stay options available.
- Miranda (3/5): impossible to sleep here - the staff are friendly, the shower/hot water is good and the laundry is free even if you can overcome the rock hard mattress, tiny pillow, lack of curtains and deafeningly loud creaky beds, you will be no match for the daily 9am hoovering conducted directly next to your head. i can only recommend staying if you have a strong diazepam prescription or do not require sleep to function. i wasted a lot of time on my trip trying to catch up on sleep
- Sarah (6/5): Pleasant - Location was really good and the people were very nice all around. It's because of the people I didn't change accomodation after the first night. The futon was very thin. It's okay if your just staying 1 night but if you need padding I wouldn't recommend it. The building itself is a little bit of a health risk. On the way to the woman's dormitory there is a moldy hole in the roof with an umbrella stuck in it.
- Thomas (6/5): Pleasant -
- Alexis (1/5): Dont go there. Not worth it - Nothing at all. By far the worst place I have seen in Japan. It's gross, honestly just gross. The kitchen is awfull. The bed is similar as sleeping on the floor. Laundry room, bathroom, staircase, "rooftop bar" looks like you are in an inhabited building... To top it all off, been told no eat or drink in the dorm while not on the rule list, and got yelled at and almost kicked out for drinking water... Never in my life have I heard of a place where you can't drink water in the dorm.
- Ella (8/5): Very good -
- Saurabh (6/5): Interesting place - Value for money Just one toilet and bathroom per floor
- Radka (4/5): Disappointing - It was a good price for one night. But I wouldn’t stay longer, the futons are super flat so it feels like you sleep on the wood only. Plus there was no sheet for the futon and the bed didn’t look clean overall. Shower and bathroom was good.
- Antjx (8/5): Affordable backpacker hostel - Good location in covered shopping street and easy access to public transport. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the rate was super affordable The bed wasn't very comfortable and it was quite noisy in the night when I rolled over. The mens dormitory had a strange smell like dirty socks.
- Víctor (1/5): Bad - They don’t have mattresses or decent futons, it feels you’re sleeping on the ground. Staff was very pushy once we checked out, he didn’t want to store our luggage and he wanted us to leave
- Robert (7/5): Good - location. The beds were just a timber base with a thin doona like mattress. As comfortable as sleeping on the floor.
- Dickson (7/5): Good -
- David (3/5): If it's one night and you don't cook it will be fine - The receptionist guy from Tokyo who welcomed me was the best part of my stay. Old school hostel with kind of friendly vibes. Where to begin? During my stay, I encountered a variety of eccentric characters around the property. One guest (or perhaps she wasn't a guest) seemed to be acting quite erratically.
As for the facilities, the kitchen urgently needs a complete renovation. It was in a terrible state—dirty floors, almost every surface grimy, and the pans and utensils completely burned. Some corners looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, with quick fixes and makeshift repairs visible everywhere.
The common area was perhaps the only space that felt reasonably clean. However, the dormitory floor had a lot of sand and dust, and the bathrooms and sinks were in a similarly unhygienic condition, but better than kitchen.
I understand this is a very budget-friendly accommodation, but affordability should reflect comfort, not a lack of basic cleanliness.
- Rawan (5/5): Passable -
- Theoretical (7/5): Good -
- Wioleta (6/5): Good value for money - The location, it is right next to the market The entrance to the hostel is very disorganised, this should be tidied up as it gives a bad impression to start with. It gets better once you’re in.
- Sajay (3/5): Poor -
- Isaure (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good, in the center of Naha. The guesthouse was as nice as the price was. The bed were not that comfortable and the room was not good isolated (the window could not be closed completely)
- Pardini (8/5): Very good - The staff Taka was so friendly and helpful.
They also didn't charge me for leaving my bag for a few houses after checkout. The mattresses are very thin, so it's not a comfortable sleep.
- Lilli (5/5): Dirty but cheap - Staff were very friendly and the place generally had a nice atmosphere So so so dirty ✨mould everywhere✨holes in the sealing, years of grease build up in the kitchen, rubbish and years of dust under the beds. Also did not feel safe there, no locks anywhere anyone can come in or out at anytime. The day I was leaving some guy came in clearly very high making a lot of noise early in the morning. If you’re staying on a budget don’t stay for long.
- Bryce (10/5): I had a awesome time here and met cool people - The location can’t be beat the staff are awesome and the rooftop bar is always a good vibe I 100% recommend this place to any travelers I don’t really have any complaints it’s not the 4 seasons but it’s perfect for a budget traveler like me
- Michael (6/5): Pleasant -
- Chay (8/5): Very good -
- Eve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karly (3/5): Worst place I've ever stayed at - The staff members were friendly and spoke basic English. And the location is pretty close to the main shopping street Kokusai Dori so I'd describe the location as decent as well. If you're Japanese and like drinking and some company you can easily join the group in the common area... As I am not the noise was bothering me... Everything seemed pretty unorganized e.g. long waiting times when checking in because they didn't have change right away. But to be fair that is just a small detail... The condition of the place was by far worse. I knew that for the cheap price I couldn't expect much which I didn't because I am used to travelling on a budget and don't need much. However this place was by far below my expectations... The entire place looks like it is falling apart. There was a big hole in the ceiling of the female dormitory and lots of stains that were most likely caused by previous water damage which made me wonder if other parts of the ceiling might fall down as well. Unfortunately the rest of the place seems to be in a similarly bad condition and the entire place smells mouldy. The kitchen was in the worst state though and made me wonder what kind of obscure creatures might live underneath the stained fridge, etc. Last but not least the mattress was so thin that I could have slept on the wooden bed without it. That would have been similarly uncomfortable as well.
- David (7/5): Good -
- Matteo (7/5): Good -
- Denzel (5/5): Passable - Getting exactly what you pay for The dorm absolutely stank of sweat
- Elena (8/5): Welcoming and comfi - Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, nice people, great shower room, beds, kitchen. Interior looked very cool and the location was perfect. No safety locker, no lock at front door or dormitory
- Rubio (3/5): Poor - location The beds were not futons as it was announced, they were two poor blankets.
Everything was really dirty.
The AC made a horrible noise when the door was closed, and it was automatic (you can not turn it on/off).
The room hasn't got any windows.
Overpriced for the conditions of the place.
- Matteo (5/5): Passable - The worst bed I’ve slept. But pricing for the price and two night it’s ok
- Emin (6/5): Cheap stay in a not so clean hotel. - This is an amazing hostel that is super cheap and close to almost everything. It is meant for the backpackers that want to just sleep in a bed and the ability to take a nice shower and a break. It is in the middle of Naha city so it is close to anything you want to go. You can even rent a car for cheap and travel around Okinawa. The staff was friendly and cool. This place is horribly dirty that I think they never clean at all. It is also super loud for the location being a bar area and if you move even a bit in the beds will make sound. If you are allergic or have asthma don’t come here.
- Ortiz (8/5): Very good - The place was really comfortable in terms of people, all the facilities were fine and really accessible. I recommend for short-term stays!
- James (1/5): Bad - Literally got kicked out before bed because the worker was mad his girlfriend was attracted to me. Worst hostel I have ever seen
- Nakarmi (5/5): Passable - Cheap It's a bit old hostel
- Ignacio (1/5): Bad - The location was great, right at the heart of the Naha market, many little shops and restaurants, and major touristic attractions such as Shuri castle . The dorms stink of sweat and dirt. They won't change the blankets for new customers. There was one window on the dorm, and it was wide open for ventilation purposes. Some people would come at night and close the window. You can imagine the horrible stench of 20 bodies breathing and coughing through the night. Many sick customers I can only think it was because of the bad quality of the air. Not even one single air purifier in the whole place. Even if you are in survival mode, I won't recommend this place. You will get sick for sure.
(8/5): Very good -
- Jingyi (6/5): It's what little you pay for. - Not far from Kokusai-dori. Very cheap. It's a roof over your head, a bed, and a hot shower. Good wifi. Every night is insanely noisy b/c the area is surrounded by late-night bars. If you're a light sleeper, don't stay here. There's no conditioner, and the shampoo dries out your hair. The bed and everything else is dirty. I had to call someone to come check me in. B/c it's so cheap, there are long-term lodgers, some of whom are a bit weird.
- Patrik (9/5): Superb - Maybe it is not the cleanest or most comfortable, but since you pay absolutely nothing, it's completely fine. Had a great stay!
- Miki (1/5): Horrible - The filthiest place I’ve ever been. My bed was beside the ac and water was leaking from it and the floor was covered with water. The room had moldy smell.
- Hugo (10/5): Coming back next time I’m in Okinawa - Even as an English speaker, I made really great conversation and friends with the staff and fellow guests Not much
- Ana (7/5): Great value for money - Very spacious, has a common area and a rooftop terrace. Great value for money
- Hocine (10/5): Exceptional - Great Staff, nice people and clean.
You Gers for what you paid.
- Veronika (1/5): Do not stay here unless you are very poor and can’t afford anything decent. - Nothing Security cameras in the rooms…
No lock on the doors
No air conditioning
Tiny beds that don’t even fit me.
I actually walked out and booked a hotel instead. I wasn’t going to stay at this place. Very very poor. I haven’t been so such a cheap and horrific hostel.
