sophieRob*** (10/5): - Im a repeat costumer at pond's because it such a private relaxing way to get a revigorating, pain relieving and spa like expirience while connecting with nature and so many more perks at a very low price. What a lovely stay in the Summer time. Got to walk in the river, eat raspberry on my walks, absorb local culture and relax while my dog scanned the river for Beavers. So lucky to have Bernice as a host who is always ready to help if i have issues getting there or with cards not working lol ( very unlucky person here haha). 10/10 again and can't wait to be back!

The maintenance was there every morning to check on Hot tub to make sure the levels were good and it was clean. We highly recommended this resort. We will be back

Sophie (10/5): - Perfect as always with the nature view, local culture, family owned by passionate lovely persons and sweet people in surrounding villages too as i get to inow them. The only minus as i go more and more often is the pet fee that sometimes feels high for a single bed cottage and a non messy dog. Do have to say i clean before leaving and bring her blankets but it is required to do so most places. A package for regular maybe 😉😉😂. It is still definitely the place to relax safely and quietly!
Michael (8/5): - This was cabin 9, it close to restaurant, people were friendly, hot tub was great. I found the front deck to be quite low and had to be careful to not strike my head, the deck railing looked like something that was thrown together by amateurs , the deck was full of spider webs and the rocking chairs should be replaced.

Nick (10/5): - I love being on the river , there’s nothing like it , although their cabins are very “rustic” which I like , they were in great shape , the only thing they need is a stove for cooking we may do with the barbeque and have zero complaints. Thank you for hosting my wife and daughter and I so we could snowmobile in your neck of the woods.
sophieRob100 (10/5): - A fifth amazing stay at pond's resort. The winter and calm makes it even more enchanted. Always love to go walk with my dog at Upper Miramichi park about 3 min away. Also a wonderful little cafe is open some days at the Woodsmen Museum which is also a great spot to walk. Can't wait for the summer tilo really visit it and maybe see the lumberjack championship in June! For snowmobile, side by side, VTT or any nature people it is an amazing spot for that too. Can't beat the spot and commodities for the price, about an hour from Miramichi or Fredericton. Go check it out you won't regret it!

Single cabins are roomy, beautiful, comfortable and have just what you need to enjoy a peaceful day and evening in nature with your own BBQ, hot tub and propane firepit. Even more quiet off season during the week like I did with great prices. Microwave, 2 Lasyboys, fireplaces and many tv channels/app options. Good to know the jets on hot tub are adjustable by twisting,good pressure and warm enough all while looking at the amazing river views. Restaurant open from 4-8 with great menu but did not have the chance to try. In summary just go to PONDS resort. You won't be disappointed!!!
sophieRob100 (10/5): - Had such an amazing stay for the 3rd time. 10/10. Always wish I could stay longer. PONDS is the place to go for a calm retreat at an unbeatable price either 77alone, as a couple or even a group getaway in their bigger cottages. Hot tub, BBQ, firepit in season, sauna and cottages are great, domes looks very cozy. Lover of water and nature you will be delighted. Pet friendly and bunch of places to walk close ( ponds resort river when safe, upper Miramichi park, Woodmen museum, doaktown river and park). Some people might say the privacy for the hot tub for some spot is not the best because people are close but I always felt comfortable and once the jets are on you feel in your own world barely hearing. I completely recommend Ponds resort!
kathy (10/5): Wonderful relaxing atmosphere - The propane heat stove was not working Although the pilot light was on It turned on for about 5 minutes and we were unable to get the flames back on the rest of our visit As well as the room we had was kitchenette I would suggest a deeper bathroom sink to do dishes Loved the hot tub at individual cottages

Brianna (8/5): - A great stay & cute cabin. Had all the amenities and very well decorated. The restaurant was under staffed at the time, however, they were working hard to make sure everyone had what they needed. I would have scored a 5/5 but the hot tub area was not private at all. A privacy fence is much needed so that guests do not have to see all of their neighbors in their tubs as well.
Courtney (10/5): - The cabin was so darling and well kept, very clean. Extra bonuses was the hot tub and fire pit. 10 out of 10. All done without ever having to have any human interaction, which vs a hotel i like that i have customer service at hand . Other than that its a beautiful spot

Lynda (10/5): - The property was updated, very clean, well stocked, comfortable new mattress, new linens, nicely decorated inside and gorgeous scenery -just like a serene movie. The hot tub was clean and ready to go., Nice BBQ and chairs on the front deck of the cottage. We ate at the restaurant where everything was delicious with generous servings. Excellent communication and very friendly people. We stayed for only one night but plan to return for a few days next year. Just a short drive away, we went on the McNamee/Priceville Footbridge which is the longest suspension footbridge in New Brunswick, Canada. Overall, we highly recommend this property if you want serenity and relaxation.

TJ (4/5): - The room was clean. Bed extremely hard. Polyester bed sheets. Pillow flat and not replaced when asked. Bathroom cabinet unfinished with exposed and easily knocked pressure relief valve. Clean towels sitting on floor of unfinished cabinet with known mouse issue. Floors of cabin shook badly when walking on them and felt spongy. Very long wait in dining hall due to staff shortage. Food good. Extremely poor to nonexistent internet and therefore no tv. Very weak cell phone signal. Difficult to keep in touch with elderly famil at home

After an evening walk and checking out the river, we enjoyed time in the hot tub on our own deck. Staff were friendly and helpful. We hope our travels allow us to go back again!

Lisa (10/5): My happy placev - Ponds is our go to get away spot.It is always clean, quiet and the staff all be it small are absolutely incredible ,so friendly and accommodating.We had cabin 7 &8 right on the river, such amazing views !!Each cabin has 2 double beds and full kitchens with full size refrigerators plus the wood stoves keep it extra comfy and cozy during those cold nights and the fire wood is well stocked .I would recommend this place time and time again
