- Laura (4/5): Kann man gesehen haben, muss man nicht - Top Lage, Onsen sehr gut, ein und ausschenken super schnell und unkompliziert Man hört den Lärm von draußen, Klima kann nicht wärmen, an kalten Tagen ist man im kalten. Fenster sind undicht, kalte Luft dringt ein. Zimmer nicht sauber, sehr staubig. Fenster hatte beim einchecken Finger- und Gesichtsabdrücke. Alle Oberflächen waren ölig. Beim Einchecken wurde ich zu einem Bildschirm gebeten, habe mich sehr gehetzt gefühlt. Jedes Mal wenn ein neues Fenster aufgegangen ist war plötzlich ein Mitarbeiter da und hat mich gehetzt die Informationen einzugeben ohne dass ich was durchlesen soll. Es war keine Schlange hinter mir zum einchecken. Fand ich schade als ersten Eindruck vom Hotel.

- Georgina (10/5): Came back a second time for the Onsen - I visited with my family years ago and came back because I remembered how good it was. The location was very close to shinjuku station (about a 15 minute walk to get onto the train). The room was spotless and came with lots of amenities. The onsen was lovely and was great to come back to after a day of walking Just be aware, especially if you book a small room, that you may be facing a building and have no view of the sky/ground at all. They were very accommodating and moved me up a few floors when I asked

- Jon (5/5): - Central location I expected a tiny room, but could barely move between the bed and the walls. No window so it was aircon on or aircon off. The image on the booking.com site had a more continental style breakfast, croissant, pan au chocolat etc but it was buns or rice. I knew Shinjuku would be busy but the square outside the hotel has nightly food events which are crazy loud and it means when you leave in the morning, the drunk sleeping random people can be a bit intimidating Staff were friendly and helpful esp with tattoos in the onsen.
- JMB (9/5): Bel hôtel au coeur de KabuKicho / Shinjuku - Très bel hôtel en plein coeur de Kabukicho / Shinjuku (on voyait le dessus de la tête de Godzilla depuis la fenêtre). Super quartier très animé, proche de stations de métro qui permettent d'aller partout (dont l'aéroport avec Narita express). Plein de bons restaurant dans le quartier. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet. Possibilité de laisser les bagages après le check out. Chambre petite, mais confortable. On peut glisser les valises sous le lit. Onsen classique au dernier étage, bien agréable après une longue journée en ville. Salle de bain vraiment très exiguë. Le robinet du lavabo commun avec la douche n'est pas pratique.

The room was similar to others I stayed in, and they had a free luggage minding service. Other hotels I stayed in provided breakfast and tea and coffee. This hotel only had green tea in the room, and the cafe wouldn't give me any other tea without paying for a full breakfast.

People kept putting money to dry their clothes and found out it wasn’t dried after 2hours and was full of dust. So it seems like they are hogging the dryer. The dryers are probably choked. Hence, can’t dry clothes. Wouldn’t stay longer here next time.

Inoltre, le lavatrici e l’asciugatrice disponibili sono sporche, ho lasciato i panni per un’ora in asciugatrice, dopo averla pulita io alla meglio, non solo non sono usciti asciutti nonostante 60 minuti di asciugatura, ma si sono sporcati al suo interno.
