- ryeoeun (10/5): - 소중한 사람들과 조용하게 연말을 보내고 싶다면 위즈호텔 추천드려요 북적거리는거 싫어해서 파주로 왔는데 눈치게임 대성공!! 나만 알고 싶은 곳이지만 너무 잘보내고 와서 후기 남겨요 스카이라운지에서 스테이크 와인 마시면서 피아노 라이브 연주 들었는데 분위기가 너무 좋았어요 라운지에서 스테이크는 꼭 드셔보세요 스테이크 고기 부드럽고 육즙가득~ 야채가 정말 신선해요 너무 맛있었어요 강이 보이는 리버뷰였는데 정말 낭만적인 시간이었어요 스카이라운지는 꼭 꼭 방문하시길 추천드려요 행복한 화이트 크리스마스 보내고 왔습니다

- Davis (8/5): Not perfect, but very friendly and beautiful - First of all, the people we encountered were friendly. Even my Korean wife, who prefers to avoid speaking to hotel managers because they are often rude to women, had a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated, but aging. Nothing too bad, but it just seemed that while there was a clear style that was impressive, if you looked long enough, you could see that the maintenance was neglected. There were two negatives. First, the in-room jacuzzi tub was broken. Only a couple of jets worked. I booked this hotel specifically because of the jacuzzi tub and wanting to get a little therapy while recovering from an injury. Couldn't happen how I hoped. The second has to do with the maintenance. It rained heavily all day and night and, apparently, the veranda drain was clogged because we woke up in the morning to a flooded room. Our backpacks with our clean clothes had been left on the floor so they were wet. The original solution from the staff was for us to take all of our things to the top floor restaurant, but eventually agreed to open another room for us across the hall for us and have the cleaning staff wash and dry our wet clothing. BONUS: The jacuzzi worked in the new room! With all of this we were barely able to get our clothing back and out of the hotel by checkout time. It would have been nice of them to offer more time or something for the inconvenience, but having stayed in several hotels in Korea, we were just happy they didn't blame us for the rain.

- YOHNG HUN (6/5): 이런 수준에 이 가격을ᆢ - 가섭비가 그리 좋지 않은 오래되고 후진 호텔입니다. 그다지 지저분하진 않지만 그다지 깨끈하지도 않은듯ᆢ살짝 바가지느낌 듭니다.
- Verified traveler (8/5): 주차불가 - 실내가 좁긴한데 충분히 만족스럽게 운용중이었어요 3층 데스크에 원두커피며 컴,인터넷,프린트까지 구비되어 있고 현재는 코로나때문에 조식운영은 안하고 있어서 먹어보진 못했지만 충분히 기대가되네요 다만 예약화면에 주차불가를 못보고 예약해서 주차관리원에게 청천벽력과 같은 얘기를 듣고 환불도 안되는데 멘붕이 왔다가 호텔의 도움으로 주차는 가능하게 되어 해결은 됐는데 입실하고 차몰고 나갔다가 자리없으면 주차가 되지않으니 주의해야겠습니다

- CHIAKI (2/5): 最低でした。최악이 였어요. - 호텔이 서비스가 너무 안됐어요. 그리고 카드가 몇번이나 안돼서 그때마다 사람 불으고 열어달라고 해야되서 너무 짜증났어요. 호텔사람도 태도가 나빠서 말도 안돼요. 맛집도 없고 배달도 거의 안돼서 배달 시키면 1충까지 꺼내러 가야되서 나쁜점이 많았어요. 지금까지 여러 호텔을 사용했지만 그런 최악한 호텔이 처음이 였어요. 그리고 더러웠어요. こんなに最低なホテルは初めてです。カードキーがなんせ開かない。その度にフロントの人を呼ばないといけない。そのフロントの人も謝ることもなくめんどくさそうにして態度も最悪。浴室も汚いしハウスキーピングの人なんて掃除中に部屋でテレビ見て寝てました。あり得ません。周りには何もなく出前を頼もうとしても店がない。唯一あってもホテルの人が部屋まで持って上がらせないので取りに行かないといけない。本当に不便で腹が立つし最低でした。何があっても絶対に行きません。サービス業として最低です。日本ではあり得ない。

- Yang (8/5): 커플끼리 분위기잡기엔 좋으나 가족끼리는 좀... - 일산에는 가족탕이나 온천텔이 아예없어서, 설날전에 목욕을 목적으로 갔습니다. 인테리어는 멋졌지만 목욕을 위해 가족이 가기에는 꺼려지는 곳이었고, 가격에 비해 분위기있는 모텔처럼 느껴졌습니다. 음식이 너무 비싸서 차를 타고 나가서 먹었고, 주변에 편의점도 편안하게 걸어갈수있는거리는 아니었어요. 외져있어서.. 엄청 나쁘진 않았는데... 뭐랄까 불륜의 현장같은 느낌의 호텔이라서 다시 갈것 같진 않구요... 커플들끼리 분위기 잡고 싶으시면 가세요. 참고로 중앙난방식이라서 에어컨이 달려만 있고 켜지지 않습니다. 더우면 창문열어서 열을 식혀야하구요, 월풀은 침대옆에 있어서 불편해요. 슬리퍼는 일회용이 아니구요, 목욕후 입는 반팔 가운있고 주전자와 물도 있습니다만 냉장고는 작동돼지 않습니다. 세면도구도 다 있지만 저희는 따로 챙겨가서 쓰지 않았어요.
