• Lefevre (10/5): Awesome stay - Stayed here 2x. Always satisfying. Old hotel but everything is well maintained. Very clean. No cockroach no lizard. In the morning they clean your car. It's very center. Near to Braga street or alun2. Bandung has traffic jams during weekends so taking ojek it an option. There small fridge in the room. No kettel but there is free flow water and hot water every floor

• Azizah (8/5): Our Stay at Kenangan Hotel - The cleanliness of the rooms and other areas are well maintained. The staff manning the front desk and restaurant are friendly and accommodating. The menu choices however, are quite limited.The hotel is located fairly near the city centre.

• ayia (6/5): Afordable price with a good Surrounding but Kind of Old Hotel - The first thing that came into my mind was its affordable price. For that price i think it's all worth it. Save your high expectation for another higher star hotel. What i love the most staying here is that their friendly hotel staff and a comfortable sleep since it's less noisy than any other hotel around the station.

• Ahmad Nazrul Hisham (8/5): - The hotel is good for the given price. Near to the main road and easy to get public transport (walking distance to the main train station). Room was good and comfortable for me.
• sab (6/5): Walking distance to major shopping centres. - Very convenient and safe to walk to shopping centres such as Pasar Baru, Toko Tiga Jeans, Maya Sari, Kartika Sari. Have also tried the street foods although not to our liking & find that it is more expensive than our local (Malaysia) street foods. Eventhough the hotel cafe is already closed at night, they are willing to help to purchase food from outside.

• BernardLieu (4/5): poorly maintain - This hotel is basically near or in the bandung city itself. but sadly the hotel is kind of poorly maintain, everything seems kind of old, toilet, bed, and wall. even the door lock is semi spoil and it have to be push to lock it. this hotel provide some basic breakfast.
• SSLeongTripAdv (8/5): A Pleasant Surprise - Value for Money - My family of 3 has booked a flight + Kenangan Hotel package through Malindo Air for the most attractive price for 3 nights stay. For the price we paid we did not expect much - we thought we will be contented with the 3 beds + breakfast, and its proximity to the Central market. Yeah there have wifi too, which is a condition for us, and we thought accessing it at the lobby is sufficient for us. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Not only is the wifi available in the room, and all around the hotel, it was very strong too! Each time we came back walking into the hotel gate before reaching the entrance, my Malaysian phone will sound like crazy all the WhatsApp messages I missed - that show how strong their wifi was. Here's the summary on the 2nd Floor room we got: Plus Points: 1. Cheap price for a comfortable stay and good location 2. Strong wifi 3. Free mineral water in room, and hot water available at common area in each floor 4. more than 60 channels on TV 5. Only 15-20 mins from airport (taxi from airport standard about Rp65k, from hotel to airport by meter about Rp40k). 6. clean place and friendly hotel staff 7. small fridge available. Minus Points: 1. Water pressure quite low 2. Breakfast only choice of fried rice or bread. Coffee was good though. 3. No lift - but only max 2 floors. 4. There was a concert in front of the hotel one night, but thankfully it ended before 12 midnight.
• nicok195 (6/5): Good night of sleep - Kenangan is a good place to stay for a night. The bed is comfortable and clean. In the fridge are some complementary drinks which is nice. Free Wifi available. Close to the station. Con for this room: The smell in the bathroom.
• napauly (6/5): Not bad at all. - Room was clean and theres hot shower. Staff friendly. Near to Bandung Train Station and Pasar Baru. Its quite strategic place. All i can is, if you're looking for budget hotel just for sleeping, this is the place. Provide free breakfast like nasi goreng, mee and bread. But do not have your expectation high because it's a old hotel. To me, its worth the price with free breakfast.
• Nils (8/5): Good place near the Bandung train station - Good location near the train station, but to get to areas with shopping or restaurants requires a taxi or a very long walk on streets that are dangerous for pedestrians. Third floor room location was OK for me but would be a problem for disabled guests. Overall, this was very good accommodation for the price.
• Nur Dalila (8/5): Peaceful, clean, walking distance to Pasar Baru - It was a very pleasant stay. The environment was very calm and peaceful. A good budget hotel in a strategic location as only 5 minutes walking to Stasiun Bandung and 15 minutes of walking to Pasar Baru. Easy to get the public transport around this area. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The furniture is a little bit old but still well maintained. Most importantly, the room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again in this hotel if I come to Bandung.
• dominiks489 (2/5): Dirty and overpriced - Almost everything there was dirty and way too expensive. Staff was friendly but didn't speak English. Breakfast was okay but not for the price. TripAdvisor wants me do write more, but it's enough said, just don't go there!
• RobN1224 (2/5): The worst hotel - This is probably the worst hotel we've seen in Indonesia till now. On arrival we were told that the hotel was full except the deluxe rooms. We saw that the hotel wasn't full at all... The room was dirty, smelly and noisy. So is the rest of the hotel with sticky, dusty furniture. The staff was uninterested and didn't make an effort to satisfy us. In the morning at half past seven, you are woken up by the loud propaganda music coming from the puzzlement building next door. It goes on for more than half an hour. Not to mention the mosk at for o clock... Breakfast was poor with just two slices of toast and bad coffee. We payed 295.000IDR for the room but it's not worth it. The Lonely Planet states it's 100.000 less, but it isn't.
• mohdf372 (4/5): Wrong room type - I have booked room via agoda and request for double bed, however i was given a room with 2 single bad. Anyway this hotel nearby to pasar baru. Shopping heaven for 'kaki shopping'.. but the place so crowded and dusty. Must wear mask all the time.
• Carrerazen (8/5): Good budget hotel to consider - We spent 3 nights in this hotels. We booked 2 rooms, 1 was deluxe and another 1 was economy ( due to deluxe room unavailability) 1. Location- Opposite the hotel is the Governor House. 10 minutes walk from Bandung Station, short walk to Pasar Baru n Kartika Sari outlet. Serene surrounding. To Jalan Riau factory outlet, taxi cost us less than IDR20,000. Taxi to Jalan Drago factory outlet cost us IDR30,000 on heavy traffic. 2.Price- reasonable , deluxe room was priced IDR 285,000 per night and economy room - IDR 220,000. 3. Room-for deluxe ,bigger room, air conditioned, queen bed, fridge n tv. Economy room is quite small with fan only. As differences is not much, better opt for deluxe if possible.Both rooms were not equipped with coffee making facility but fortunately the staff was kind to provide us boiled water in a flask. Deluxe room located on second level.. And economy is on ground floor. No lift but that was not a big deal for us. Staff was kind to help us to bring our luggage up n down. 4. Food- breakfast was simple. order either fried rice /fried mee/ bread. However, we ordered room service for one night dinner and was surprised that the food was big portion, nice and reasanably priced. If plan to get food neaby walk to kartika sari food court that offered variety of food. 5. Service- great hospitality and helpful staff. Easy check in and out process.
• 817justinv (6/5): Too expensive - Okay hotel, but too expensive for what you get. Didnt want to eat nasi for breakfast, so i ordered toast but that was poor. The shower is nice (hot water!) We had a standard room (250.000 rp). Location is superb.
• ayu_12 (8/5): Strategic hotel - I have stayed for 2 nights in kenangan hotel. The location is so strategic. It is just next to gabenor house. Walking distance to pasar baru and kartika sari. Easy to get angkutan an taxi. The breakfast is too simple. It is only maggi mee for breakfast. There is no hot water to make coffe in your room. You even need to buy mineral water if you run out the complimentary mineral water.
• Setyabudianto (6/5): Close to Bandung Train station - First time stayed in this hotel back to year 2002 when they re still new evertyhing was fine, They has only 3 deluxe rooms that time. but now they added more deluxe room. Probably this cheapest hotel rate in bandung with the same service and facilty, anyhow I love to stay here for short time because it s very close to Train station of Bandung. Room it self is clean but can be improve, Towels looks old and dull , bathroom smelly, breakfast was limited 2 menus and this served same all day. most day i missed breakfast and i have it somewhere else.
• mielong (8/5): Nice and beautiful place - Stayed for 1 night here on September 2013. Very good place and easy to attraction place like Pasar Baru. Only walking distance for 15 minutes then you will arrive there. Also easy to get taxi or 'angkutan' to go all tourist attractions in Bandung. Really recommend to all tourist here.
• CoCo_Nuttz (8/5): Very nice location. - From this hotel you can walk to Pasar Baru less than 30 minutes. Enjoyed our 1st time walk but if you are heavy shopper, you might need a transportation to get back to the hotel. We don't have problems with the breakfast (you are given three options daily). The most disappointing part is the bathroom. It's very smelly and the we can't get rid of that smell! The housekeeping failed to clean our room on the 1st day. Have to request for it on the 2nd day. Email correspondence very good. Will definitely return to this hotel one day.
• ciciliaiskandar (4/5): A little bit disappointed - The place is actually pretty nice but there were several issues such as: the bedroom floor was dirty by the time we arrived. Hot water was not working. The bathroom was a lil bit smelly. What really bad was the cafetaria: there were only 2 people working and it took them almost 1 hour to get our meal ready when there was nobody else ordering :(
• Setyabudianto (6/5): Location - What I like from this hotel is location in center of city but not in busy noisy road. It s between hotel Vue palace hotel and Governor official residence. Just 5 minutes walking distance to Bandung train station. Room quite clean with simple decoration. found bed sheet and blanket has stain on it. Towel looks old nearly worn out. no restaurant or supermarket around but u can find near train station. Laundry rate was cheap and quick for my shirts
• Patriesh (6/5): Close to the trainstation! - We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is close to the trainstation. So perfect for getting a taxi or train to your next location. It's a simple hotel, nothing special. A room with a double bed, window, tv, fan, closet, western toilet, shower (hot), sink. Breakfast is included, nasi goreng or toast with jam and tea or coffee. In the restaurant is wifi. In the lobby are guides walking around and they give you advice about Bandung, but you can also book a tour. In the weekends the prices are higher. For sunday and monday a standard room 500.000rp
• ZAKI_AHMAD (6/5): Nice & Cheap Hotel - We stay here last July on our 4 days and 3 night at Bandung. The deluxe room were big and can accommodate another bed. The toilet is average with decent hot water. On our last day, my wife and I had our hot shower earlier but when it was my son turn to take the shower, the water was not hot any more. The food was also decent. There are only 2 choice of breakfast between nasi goreng or baked bread. No pool. The hotel is just a walking distance to Pasar Baru and Kartika Sari Factory Outlet. The hotel is suitable if you just want a place to rest after a day of shopping & walking at all the attractive factory outlet in Bandung.
• russel1409 (10/5): Exceed Expectations! - Went there for 4 days and 3 nights. Very near to Pasar Baru, Kartika Sari and Bandung Railway Station. Staffs were friendly, very informative and helpful. Breakfasts were included and They packed our breakfasts with mineral water everyday as we went out early at 5 am.For the last day of the trip they prepared our breakfast at the cafe around 5:30 am because we went out at 6 am. The deluxe rooms were clean, big for 1 more extra bed and space for luggage. Toilets were clean too with hot shower. They provide free Wi-Fi. Meals at the cafe were good and cheap compared to the restaurant we went to in the city. I booked via email at this email address: info@kenanganhotel.com. The reservation, check-in and check-out were smooth. I bet that no other hotel in Bandung that is cheaper yet cleaner than Hotel Kenangan Bandung.
• lynamc2019 (10/5): Highly Recomended - Nice budget hotel - I stayed there with a couple of my friends. I was very satisfied with the room, the bed, the staffs and the breakfast. The location is also a bonus coz it only 5 minutes walk to the train station & only a feet away from the public transport. We recommend for travellers with tight budget & like a hommy-type hotel cause this hotel is sure a perfect one.
