Fournisse peu d’efforts pour utiliser un téléphone et Google traduction lorsque élabore à été le cas le fait de traduire du thaïlandais en français ne fonctionne pas c’est incompréhensible . Dans tous les cas le peu d’échange on été extrêmement difficile , une manager un peu plus souriante et sympa serait un plus aussi.
• Kirsten (7/5): Sehr gepflegte Anlage für wenig Geld! - Sehr einfach gehaltenes Resort. Man muss das aber vorab wissen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Man muss bedenken, dass die Bungalows (wir hatten D3 Hügellage) sehr einfach sind. Also man hat immer wieder mal Tiere zu "Besuch", was aber nicht schlimm war. Die Geckos in verschiedenen Größen kennt man ja von Thailand. War alles gut. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett, das Frühstück war auch sehr ausreichend, wir waren 13 Tage dort.

Lidt slidt sted, man kan godt se det er gammelt. Du kan godt bade i havet, men der er ikke nogen strand, så Beach Resort er lidt misvisende. Du skal have en scooter for at komme til og fra ting, men det kan du nemt gøre både på hotellet men også inde ved siden af.

• Sophie (9/5): beautiful stay. would recommend. staff could be better - - location was beautiful - rooms were great, comfy bed, aircon, great bathroom, always well maintained and topped up by cleaning staff - evening menu was really tasty and well priced - the staff on site could have been better. it appeared as though they were maybe quite understaffed with the same girls working multiple jobs. although we would see they were busy at times, there were times that glasses, cups, food and rubbish were left around the pool for hours (even overnight) and the staff would just be sat talking amongst themselves in the restaurant. would also sometimes take a while to be served in the restaurant. - breakfast was extremely bad. we had breakfast included in our stay but i think we would have been better off eating elsewhere. may have been suitable to another’s taste but for us the options were extremely limited, with most of the breakfast options being thai main meals (noodles, rice and curry). other “hot” options just were not very good and tasted bad

• Uri (9/5): - We had the pleasure of staying at the resort for four nights. We’re a family with two children and booked two cabins. The staff were wonderful—always kind, attentive, and happy to help. The resort has an on-site restaurant that also serves breakfast; the food was excellent, varied, and very fresh. We initially stayed in a cabin on the second row from the beach, and after one night we moved to a beachfront cabin with a jacuzzi on the balcony—this upgrade made a huge difference and truly elevated the experience. Our stay was an absolute delight: a partially open-air shower, a private balcony jacuzzi, and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. The area is calm and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This isn’t a luxury hotel, so don’t expect everything to be brand new or flawless—there’s ongoing maintenance, as you’d expect. But everything that is there is clean, pleasant, and well-kept. Highly recommended—we found it very hard to leave! One area that could use improvement is maintenance—particularly the decking around the pool and in some of the rooms. H

• Adriana (8/5): Ruhig, nettes Hotel mit ein paar Mankos - Wir waren in einer der Hütten oberhalb der Straße. Den Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Das Ankleidezimmer mit Toilette war auch sehr geräumig. Bett bequem und die Terrasse super gemütlich. Das Restaurant hat uns leider nicht gefallen. Das Frühstück war gut, aber zum Abendessen würde ich andere Restaurants eher empfehlen. Sowohl die Preise als auch Qualität des Essens waren nicht wirklich passend. Leider hatten wir auch eine eher unschöne Erfahrung. Für 600b habe wir über das Hotel ein Transport zu Laem Had bestellt. Als wir hingefahren sind hat sich festgestellt, dass der Strand geschlossen war. Ob das Personal davon wusste, können wir nicht sicher sagen. Allgemein empfanden wir die über das Hotel gebuchten Transfers teurer als anderswo im Ort.

(9/5): SUBLIME little piece of paradise ! - leuke ruime bungalow, hele goeie airco, prettig publiek, weinig muggen, goed restaurant met zeer vriendelijke bediening, schoon zwembad met goede ligbedden, makkelijk scooter ter plekke te huren, massages ook ter plekke, heerlijke rustige omgeving, goed vervoer te regelen naar speedboat of longtailboat voor tochtjes en dit alles met elke dag een prachtige zonsopgang ! De zee is niet zo makkelijk toegankelijk maar begrijpelijk dat er een muurtje is gebouwd om het strand niet te laten afkavelen.

Frühstück und Abendessen war super lecker und für jeden etwas dabei. Zimmer gut eingerichtet, sehr schöne outdoor Dusche. Handtuchhalter sowie Duschsregal kurz davor von der Wand zu fallen 😅 nicht schlimm, doch deshalb leider nicht unbedingt gut benutzbar. Badewanne im Bungalow im Holzberschlag, hst zwar eine wunderschöne Aussicht aber es wsr wie eine Sauna und nur mit kalten Wasser genießbar .Die anderen Bungalows haben im Gegensatz nur einen Vorhang, was bei der Hitze von Vorteil ist. Fernseher ging nicht an.

L'hôtel nous a répondu 2 jours après avec des excuses pour le retard. C'est un blague

Die Anlage ist generell sehr grün und sehr gut gepflegt. Frühstücksbüffet war top; Auswahl sehr gut & Blick aufs Wasser. Service war auch immer freundlich !
• Veronique (9/5): Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter - Bungalow très confortable, climatisé et dans un beau parc paysagé. Deux piscines, une en bord de mer à côté du restaurant de l'hotel. Vue superbe sur la baie de Phang Nga. Il faut néanmoins savoir que la baignade en mer est compliquée au niveau de l'hotel, il n'y a pas vraiment de plage. Mais ce n'est pas gênant du tout. Puis une autre piscine vers les bungalows du haut. Nous étions dans un bungalow Hill Top, donc juste de l'autre côté de la rue en hauteur. Aucun bruit, le calme parfait. Il suffisait de descendre et de traverser la rue pour rejoindre l'espace restaurant/petit dejeuner. Rien de gênant et selon moi situation des bungalows du haut beaucoup plus calme et bungalows plus espacés les uns des autres. En bref nous avons adoré notre séjour. La location d'un scooter est conseillée pour visiter l'île. Première belle plage à 15 mn de route. Mais il est facile de se déplacer sur l'ile en scooter et d'aller découvrir de belles plages bien souvent désertes. Rien

• Vivien (6/5): Das Häuschen bedarf ein paar Verbesserungen - Gutes Frühstück Unser Zimmer war direkt an der viel befahrenen Straße und dementsprechend sehr laut. Viele Lücken in den Außenwänden und Türen Dementsprechend kamen viele kleine Tiere rein. Das Moskitonetz ist deswegen notwendig. Badezimmer im Outdoorbereich daher sehr heiß. Abends hat es sehr viele Tiere angelockt. Wenn es regnet und man abends duschen muss und es regnet, tropft das Wasser über das Asbestdach direkt auf einen runter. Tiere sollten hier einem nichts ausmachen.

The hilltop pool was very quiet and we had it all to ourselves for our first full day. We used the laundry service which was great - returned the same day. There is a small supermarket and ATM roadside between the two parts of the resort. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Reception can help arrange taxis - be aware it would be best to sort one ahead of arriving by boat as they can be hard to find on arrival at the pier! The food is lovely in the restaurant on site. We would recommend this resort to others! Be aware as others have said that the sea is only really swimmable at high tide, and the beach pictured is up behind the seawall - though still a great view and setting! We stayed in two different rooms from how we booked it. One beach side and one hilltop. The beachside room didn't appear to have hot water for the shower but the newer hillside room did.

C'est de l'autre côté de la route mais pas au bord donc c'est plus calme qu'au bord de la plage. La plage est très vite accessible. Jolie piscine en bas. Très bon petit déjeuner. La piscine du haut était sale.

• Zuzanna (10/5): Will come back - This hotel is truly beautiful and has a very unique atmosphere. It’s worth noting that the bungalows are located either near the beach or higher up on the hill. You need to walk a little uphill to reach the upper ones, but both locations are equally charming. The rooms are spacious and decorated in a lovely jungle style. The bungalows are very large, and each one has its own private terrace where you can relax in the evening, which we really enjoyed. The hotel has two swimming pools – one in the upper part of the property and another closer to the beach. There is also a private beach area where you can relax and sunbathe. There isn’t really direct access for swimming in the sea, but that’s not a big issue because many beautiful beaches are located very close to the hotel. We highly recommend trying the mango sticky rice and the coconut smoothie – both were absolutely delicious. We didn’t have dinner at the restaurant, so we can’t comment on that. Breakfast was good, although the selection was rather small. However, if you enjoy Thai dishes, you will definitely find something you like. The hotel itself is stunning, but it may not be the best choice for people who are afraid of insects or bothered by jungle sounds at night. For us it was not a problem at all and actually added to the charm. One of the nicest touches was the outdoor shower, which really creates a special island atmosphere. You can also rent a scooter at the hotel for 300 baht per day. The staff were helpful – when our scooter battery died, they quickly replaced it with another one, which we really appreciated. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. If we come back to Koh Yao Yai, we would definitely consider staying here again – maybe next time in a beachfront bungalow. The only small thing we noticed, which also appears in other reviews, is that the staff may feel slightly less friendly compared to other parts of Thailand. However, they were still helpful and we didn’t have any real problems.

Morgens mal kurz raus aus dem Bungalow, Sonnenaufgang gucken, zurück ins Bett, ein Traum ☺️ Auch der Pool war super schön. Frühstücksbuffet war unglaublich gut, das Beste das wir je außerhalb von Europa hatten. Wirklich eine riesige Auswahl (Thaifood, Obst, Kelloggs, süße Stückchen, Waffeln, Pancakes, Nutella, Marmelade, Kaffee, Saft und und). Die Kätzchen, die dort leben, sind ultra süß und wir haben auch einen kleinen Waran vor unserem Bungalow entdeckt. Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen bzgl des Personals außerdem nicht nachvollziehen. Alle waren super freundlich! Vielleicht ein Ding von: wie es in den Wald hineinruft, schallt es zurück? Hatten eine Kakerlake im Bad und viele Moskitos aber das ist halt die Natur, wer damit nicht klar kommt, sollte sich überlegen, vllt nicht in ein tropisches Land zu reisen 🙃

• Heinz (7/5): - Wir hatten ein Familienbungalow mit 2 gegenüberliegenden Zimmern, welche sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und sauber waren. Unser Bungalow war auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, also nicht direkt am Meer. Die verschiedenen Lagen der Bungalows war nicht auf der Booking- Seite erkenntlich oder unterschieden. Unser Pool gleich neben den Bungalow war während unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht sauber und nutzbar. (Das Poolwasser ist anscheinend gekippt.)
• Benjamin (10/5): - Alles war wunderbar und hat reibungslos geklappt. Wer hier ist, hat das Paradies gefunden. Wir werden euch weiterempfehlen 👌🏼
• Dorit (5/5): Hat seine beste Zeit hinter sich! Schade. Preis/ Leistung stimmt nicht! - Die Lage ist gut! Im neueren Teil des Resorts sind die Villen großzügiger und besser ausgestattet. Ablageflächen vorhanden!! Der ältere Teil des Resorts inkl. Restaurant liegt direkt am Strand, der neuere Teil ist durch die Hauptverkehrsstraße davon getrennt. Es ist recht laut. Das Resort ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Fotos auf booking entsprechen nicht mehr der Realität. Der Lack ist ab! Lose Fliesen im Pool, mäßig funktionierender Abfluss, harte Matratzen - da sind 4 Sterne absolut überbewertet. Frühstück bis 10 Uhr heißt, um Schlag 10 Uhr wird das Buffet abgeräumt.
• Heidi (8/5): Dejligt sted med SKØN stor morgenmad med udsigt over havet. Sød personale og vi kunne leje scooter på stedet. Simpelthen - Så fint et sted med dejligt poolområde. stranden er bare hyggelig at se ud på men ikke til at bade i. Super fine hytter. Slidt poolområde men det hænger vi os ikke i. Sengene var alt for hårde og der var ikke noget ordentligt lys. Udendørs bruser er ikke lige mig men hytten var så hyggelig og rigtig go terrasse.
• Steffen (10/5): Resort mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! - Ausgesprochen gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Sehr gutes Frühstück mit schönem Blick auf die Andamanensee. Tolles geräumiges Zimmer mit guter Aufteilung (extra Toilette). Moskitonetz überm Bett. Schöner Infinitypool am Strand (etwas sanierungsbedürftig). Ausreichend Liegen am Strand. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen! Palmen hatten noch ihre Kokosnüsse. Schwieriger Zugang zum Meer über baufällige Treppen. Transfer vom Bootanleger bzw zurück etwas überteuert (300 bzw. 350 Baht je nach Pier).

• Franklin (7/5): Heerlijk gehad op een fijne rustige locatie - Mooi locatie aan het strand met zwembad, heel goed ontbijt aan het strand Personeel kon wat vriendelijker, misschien spreken ze nog geen Engels: ontvangst was wat nors. Fijn dat je een scooter kan huren maar de helmen hadden al een crash gemaakt. Raar dat er ook geen kentekenplaat op de brommer zat

• Lapaire (8/5): 3 nuits - Bel emplacement sur la plage, bungalow confortable, bon petit déjeuner. Location de scooter sur place à 300 THB par jour. La communication avec l'hôtel n'a pas été bonne. Ils n'ont jamais répondu à ma question avant notre arrivée.

• Alina (8/5): Nice and comfy bungalows with the jungle atmosphere and amazing sea and island view. - Very nice bungalows, comfortable and clean. From the pool and restaurant area there is an amazing view of the lots of islands. It was very hard to speak with the staff because they hardly understand english.
• Odd Helge (5/5): Har vært et bra sted, men virker ikke særlig veldrevet i dag. Det ligger nok på managmentet av stedet. Det kan trengs en - Relativt myk seng. Stedet begynner å bli slitt. Var der første gang i 2019 og det har ikke skjedd noe oppgradering på fasilitetene. Uengasjert betjening som sikkert gjør så godt de kan.
• Roger (8/5): Trotz der nicht mehr ganz so glänzenden Fassade würde ich zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt gerne wieder kommen. - Gute Lage, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal Reichhaltiges Frühstücks Buffet. Motorrad miete vor Ort, Shop mit Alkohol Verkauf in unmittelbarer Nähe Das ganze Resort ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An einigen Stellen ist renovations bedarf vorhanden.

• Denis (6/5): Un hotel qui n'est plus à la hauteur - L'hotel est bien placé. Le petit dejeuner est plutôt bien. La location de scooter est facile. Nous étions placés sur la colline .La piscine était impraticable ( eau verte, sale). Notre bungalow n'était pas propre non plus. Il y avait dans la salle de bain des larves de mouches répugnantes. Nous pensions que, lors du ménage quotidien, le problème serait réglé. Mais non, les dames se contentaient de changer les serviettes et de vider les poubelles. Aucun nettoyage.De plus, la literie est très mauvaise . Chaque mouvement de l'un est ressenti par l'autre. L'accueil, à notre arrivée, était un peu froid aussi. La seule preoccupation du manager était le règlement.
