- Michael (6/5): - Very friendly helpful staff, but at night there is a lot of noise coming from the mini jacuzzis on each balcony. If you are below one it is very hard to get to sleep due to the noise. The staff did switch the one above me when remembered but l find it hard to believe that is suck a high class resort this night noise is normal.

- Danielle (10/5): - I wasn’t sure about staying here because it seemed off the beaten path, but we rented a car and would choose the town of Pyrgos and Skyfall over and over again. The town is quiet but there are good restaurants. There is a cute little market area within the white stairs of the town. The view is beautiful (sunrise), and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were all very helpful! We thought the having to reserve the gym in advance was going to be annoying, but it turned out to be no problem at all as we always got the time we wanted every day. We went in early October and had a room with a private hot tub, and this would be the only negative- we could never use the hot tub since they said the hottest it got to was 33°C and could be adjusted. It was too cold the whole time. It is centrally located to everything and well worth it for the peace and quiet to sleep outside of Fira or Oia. Definitely try the hike and ask about a traditional Greek experience with plate breaking and music. So fun.

- Tamara Tasha (10/5): - From the moment we arrived at Skyfall Suites, we were all impressed. Nestled in a breathtaking location of Pygros, Greece the views were nothing short of spectacular—panoramic suites that made every sunrise and sunset feel like a private show. Not one room had a bad view. Each picture I captured appeared to be an Instagram background. Almost not real. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived, but the attendant offered to store our luggage's and give us access to the facilities. We opted for lunch instead. As we were getting finished with lunch the attendant showed up with our keys and had already moved our luggage to the room. We had a large two-bedroom villa with an equally large bathroom. We had a small kitchenette area with an electric kettle and small fridge filled with additional beverage at an additional cost of course. But what truly set this hotel apart was the phenomenal customer service. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. From advising us on where to shop eat and excursions. They provided recommendations and when we inquired about cheaper options online, they simple said, those options were fine as well but they couldn’t guarantee or vouch for those vendors – but they were sure it will all be fine. They didn’t try to persuade us to go with their recommendations. We walked about 3 miles on the island every morning got lost never felt like we were in danger. Would stay here again

The team around the hotel are amazing with advice, guidance and helping sort booking and logistics. They catered for an allergy with one of our guests with bespoke food options and amazing service. It made our visit to Santorini a wonderful trip. The local town is stunning, it’s super close to the airport and if you want to relax, chill and switch off would highly commend.

The bed was comfy and the private hot tub and two balconies just added to the overall positive experience. The gym was very well equipped and spotless. My daughter and I enjoyed having a private gym for our daily workouts. We also enjoyed the breakfasts which were lovely and a treat to start our day….the gluten free options were delicious and plentiful too. We wanted a luxurious respite and Sjyfalls exceeded our hopes. It is situated perfectly to walk to Pyrgos town with restaurants and amenities. We loved the short walk to Alchemia for consistently delicious dinners and superb service too. We highly recommend Skyfalls and look forward to another visit.

- luai (2/5): - Very Disappointing Customer Service During a Crisis I had a reservation at this hotel but unfortunately was unable to travel due to an ongoing war in my country and the cancellation of all flights. I contacted the hotel in advance, explained the situation clearly, and requested to cancel or postpone the booking, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility, refund, or even partial credit. I sent the hotel massage before 8 days from the check in . I tried every thing but no one help me . I told them that i want to give the room for someone else and well come on september and well pay a penelty for this changes but no one try to help

- Elizabeth (4/5): - The first day I was staying there they pressured washer the whole hotel very early in the morning until dusk it was very noisy I couldn’t enjoy my time there it was wet everywhere even I was wet the water got inside the room and also one of the guy who I sought at breakfast the next day used his own key to enter in my room used the toilet and left the entrance door open while I wasn’t there and I came I was upset to see that don’t respect a guest who I was paying for that room and not respect for my self who was the guest and also I paid and extra day because they denied to cancel one day when I make a mistake and same instant I called the hotel and denied to cancel one extra day, so keep the money for the extra day who was paid. To this place I will never comback is old the safe was broken is updated the breakfast is limited.
- Andrea (10/5): - Gorgeous hotel. Quiet and perfect for couples. The nicest staff and beautiful rooms. Only negative feedback is the restaurant menu is expensive and limited but you are a 5 min walk to Pyrgos which has great options (Xeoporte was the best). Breakfast was great.

It's not west facing so you don't get the beautiful sunset view of the caldera but, you can see those anywhere in Santorini. What you do get is the underrated and best kept secret in Santorini, an amazing view of the sunrise over the Aegean Sea. Every single morning right from your own balcony. The food served is amazing and delicious. There aren't extensive options but what they do serve is great and you'll be tempted to only eat from the hotel instead of venturing out. The best part of the stay here though is the amazing staff. Regardless of whether it's the restaurant staff, housekeeping, reception, they all go above and beyond for you to make sure you have a perfect stay, not just a great one. The communication between them and with you is top tier. From before your stay even starts to when it ends. If you're visiting for a special occasion, they do everything that they can to make sure it feels that way. The reception desk staff, in particular Stefania, Denise, Katerina, Joana, all were incredibly helpful both via email when booking airport transfers from we landed, making special arrangements for when we checked in to in person when we arrived. They continued this same amazing level of service to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They're incredibly knowledgeable and make fantastic recommendations especially about the local area the hotel is in (Pyrgos).

- NANA (10/5): - Absolutely stunning place to stay and relax. Everyone there is very welcoming especially the receptionist called Elina. Very good breakfast and well served. The other thing that we didn’t enjoy was the hot tub (jacuzzi). It’s nice but the temperature was not hot enough and quite cold as compared to what you would expect. I would recommend the place for anyone.
- stefanie (8/5): - Previously stayed at this property in 2019 and it was 10/10 or more . When we welcomed they had a bottle of wine waiting for us and snacks , the room was amazing . Upon arrival this time they did offer an upgrade which was in my option a less desireable room then what we booked but it was a nice gesture . The room was amazing and the view but this time we were there for our wedding and honeymoon and the welcome was not as last time which was a bit disappointing. The room itself was amazing but did have some mold in the bathroom which they did clean after mentioning . Overall amazing place to stay and the staff are Truly the best and care .
- Paul (8/5): - Detailed, honest and objective review below. I stayed for 4 nights in October 2024. Firstly, I’d say this is a 4 star hotel, not a 5 star hotel. As you’ll see from my review, I enjoyed the stay, but there are a number of elements I’d consider make this hotel actually 4 star. 1) Restrictions - 5 star hotels are not restrictive in nature. For example, I attempted to order a portion of fries from room service and received a “no.” The hotel can’t get newspapers having asked and the evening restaurant menu is a seven course tasting menu, with no other option. 2) The room - 5 star hotels, in my view must be immaculate when it comes to cleanliness. Don’t get me wrong, the room itself was clean and tidy, but the rainfall shower head had a notable amount of limescale on, making the jets shoot in all different directions. The hand held shower head was also split. 3) Check-out - the hotel has no facility or flexibility for late check-out. Santorini airport has limited flights, meaning if you have an evening flight, you can only sit by the pool or in the restaurant (no showers or separate room etc). With a lack of shade, this is quite the ask for those awaiting flights! 4) Amenities - usage of the spa carries a charge of 25 euro per person per hour and must be booked. The gym must also be booked but is free. One might expect the space, at least for a short slot, to be included in the price. The gym is very good itself. Very good views and staff! Recommended to all.

They recommended the best dining venues and amazing cruise experience. We went there for the first time and had the most amazing experience. There are no words to describe the property and the beauty around it. So quiet and serene and the views were indescribable. I have never been to a more beautiful place. The location, the views, the staff, the hotel room, the breakfast were all outstanding, however, the only small feedback I have is that there are 2 big beautiful mirrors, one in the hallway, and one in the bathroom, but none of them have plug sockets close to them, so for us females, it was quite tricky to do our hair/make-up etc. Maybe worth taking this into consideration. A very small issue, but we will definitely be coming back to the same hotel in around 2 years time again. Thank you for making this a truly wonderful summer holiday. Derek & Julie
- Gerardo (10/5): - We absolutely loved staying here at Skyfall Suites-Adults Only for our honeymoon. We are more than happy to have booked with them. Very professional. Great at communicating prior to our stay: 1. Offering transfer from the airport, which we should’ve done; 2. Communicating during our stay with tours, local culture, great spots for us to visit, dining options and so much more without feeling pressured nor worried; 3. They’re even great with communicating with us even after our stay with them by, which we gladly accepted, the transfer to the airport, all while holding our luggage until our transfer picked us up which many places would never offer that. At first, I was nervous about the gym since we are used to longer hours and accessibility, but we were pleasantly surprised! Even with the gym having a 1 hour duration was very manageable for fitness especially during a vacation since most other gyms in Santorini are stricter and are closed Sundays we were happy with the gym. The gym was fully equipped with the essentials needed from a power rack with Olympic barbell, dumbbells that reach 50kg, treadmills, elliptical, bike, and so much more. The breakfast was amazing with the options provided. Again, the staff is very friendly, professional, respects our privacy, isn’t pushy, and is very flexible. Whenever we come back to Santorini, we are certain to book here with Skyfall Suites-Adults Only in the future since we loved the environment and the service!

The whole staff, especially the two ladies at the front desk, were incredibly nice, welcoming, and accommodating. They pointed out the best restaurants, locations, etc. They also helped us setup a sunset boat tour around Santorini/Tholos Naftilos/Red Beach, etc. It was incredible! We were so glad we did it. Last, the in-room breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. A heart-felt “thank you” to the Skyfall Suites staff for helping make our family trip special.

- Dhruvin (10/5): - Was extremely satisfied by the quality of service and experience at Skyfall suites. It’s a very quiet part of Santorini compared to Fira and Oia making it very enjoyable. It is also walking distance from the town centre of Pyrgos and in a central location on the island such that everything is accessible by car within 30 minutes. Staff is very polite and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place for staying in Santorini!
